Agitator Calculation

This document provides calculations for mixing preparation in a 1000L tank. It determines: 1) The suitable blade diameter of 1000mm based on an allowable tip speed range. 2) The Reynolds number and power number for the agitator design. 3) The required motor power of 0.522 hp, which is less than the available 1 hp motor. 4) The critical speeds and recommended operating ranges for different shaft diameters to avoid excess stress or deflection.
