Purpose:
Purpose of Recruitment & Selection is to hire the right person for the vacant
positions
6. Before finalizing the candidate, HR has to check last few months’ salary
slips, bank statement as well as Reference check (at least 2 reference).
7. Once all formalities are done then provide the offer letter to candidate.
8. Before candidate joins kindly make arrangement of his sitting and
amenities which are required like Desktop/Laptop, chair etc.
9. On the day of joining of new candidate, arrange induction and introduce
him/her with company employees.
10.Provide Appointment letter and keep photocopy of same in his personal
file.
11.Ask the candidate to fill the Joining Form & Collect the Qualification
docs, photographs, appointment letter & experience letter from past
employer, ID proof, Address proof and file it in personal file.
12.Once employee finish his probation period, get filled the Probation
Evaluation Form by his immediate Supervisor as well as HOD. If HOD
satisfied with his performance then provide Confirmation letter to
employee and prepare his/her PMS.
