Foreman Quality Control (Pit – Stockpile)
Responsible for Foreman activities in the field, Includes:
• Ensuring stockpile conditions remain clean.
• Checking the presence of coal parting in the stockpile so that the quality of the coal before
export is maintained.
• Controlling the results of coal getting to the stockpile is going well. Both in terms of road
access and the condition of the stockpile.
• From the coal getting activity to the stockpile, a blending process is carried out with stacking
parameters so that the coal in the stockpile is neatly arranged and there is no buildup.
• Ensuring the coal hulling process runs well.
• Conduct safety meetings and implement standard procedure operation (sop) as well as
play an active role in the SMKP of activities
