Interflon Food Lube (aerosol)


Highly versatile dry film lubricant for the food industry
Highly versatile, dry film lubricant fortified with MicPol® Technology. For a multitude of general machine parts, cables, and chain
lubrication, etc. in applications within (non)food-stuff environments. Formulated to reduce your maintenance, down time costs and
the number of lubricants currently in use. Goes on wet, displaces moisture, breaks down deposits and penetrates even into the most
inaccessible areas. Treats seized parts and prevents the formation rust and other corrosives. Gives a highly durable, non-staining, dry
lubrication film that prevents wear on moving parts. Resistant to high pressures, resists water wash-off and will not attract dirt, dust
and other abrasives.

Interflon Food Lube is listed by the NSF for the use in applications with incidental food contact.

Applications
For the lubrication of chains, cables, sliding tracks, joints, pivots, cams, belts, elevators, pulleys, threaded parts, bolts, rollers, taps, val-
ves, conveyors and many other moving parts operating in food-stuff environment.

*Distinguishing MOSH from synthetic components with the current available analyzing techniques is not 100% accurate. Therefore, profound knowledge of raw materials is required.

Instructions for use


Shake or stir before use according to the size of the packaging. Parts should be cleaned first with a solvent or alkaline cleaning agent.
Spray Interflon Food Lube onto parts such as cables and chains and allow to penetrate. Wipe off the excess of lubricant with a clean
cloth. When applied in an automatic lubrication system, an agitation system is required. Please consult your technical advisor for more
specific details.

Note: do not use too much Interflon Food Lube. Applying a thin layer, with occasional re-lubrication, gives a better result than a thick
layer.
