Step by step of the following:

A. Previewing the Picture Before Printing


1. Click the File Tab
2. Point to Print
3. Click Print Preview
4. Click the Close Print Preview button if you are done checking the drawing

B. Printing the Picture


1. Click the File Tab
2. Click the Print command.
3. On the print dialog box, give the necessary information.
4. Click Print

The following tools in the images and clipboard group:

1. Selecting - It is the first thing to do before you can work on an image or


object. This is done to get the object, image or just part of it.
2. Copying - This tools duplicates the image or shape you select.
3. Cut - This tool will allow you to move an object or image anywhere you
want on the canvas.
4. Rotating - This tool will change the position of the images or object in any
direction.
5. Resizing - This tool will allow to change the height, size of width of an
image.
6. Cropping - This tool will get off the part of the image in order to take away
a part of the image that are not needed.

The shortcut keys of the following command:

Copy – Ctrl + C
Cut – Ctrl + X
Paste – Ctrl + V
Underline – Ctrl + U
Resize – Ctrl + W
Print – Ctrl + P
