Note 2. The Caution money is refundable subject to deductions for damages or lost property and one term’s
notice in writing of the intention to withdraw a child from school. Any deductions due to lost or damaged
property should be replenished immediately.
Note 3: Intention to transfer a child, must be done by giving a term’s notice in writing which should be
acknowledged by the school head.
Note 4. A non-refundable reservation fee for new students in the sum of Kes 50,000/= is payable per student.
This sum is part of the school fees upon joining but, the reservation fee will not be refunded if the
student does not take up the vacancy offered.
Note 5. Any amount that remains outstanding for a period exceeding 30 days after the term commences will be
charged interest at the rate of 3% per Month.
*Fees once paid is not refundable. Fees is subject to review by Management. Last review December 2023
