 Introduction

My spiritual search did not contribute to inner growth. As I see

it now, my forty years-long chase in spiritual shadows of
meditation, seminars, books, tapes, teachers, and teachings
only looked important. It was a waste of time, except these
years brought me to the realization of the necessity to be my
best teacher and doctor. It happened when I let go of all
teachers and teachings of all spiritual rigmarole created by the
others when my mind was stark naked. Only then, I saw the
light of the day. Only then I discovered The Code of Life that
enabled me to know the Truth about “spiritual” industry,
teachers, and teachings.
Most searchers are enticed by the quagmire of the world's
spiritual fraud and die disappointed, frustrated, and angry with
themselves. You do not have to be one of them.
You do not need to make this mistake. All we need is Love and
trust in our inherent ability to know the Truth. Once I accepted
it, everything fell in place.

Energy
Life is all about energy

Here we discuss mental energy. To make it simple, we are

using the word "energy" instead of mental energy.

Energy is waves of various lengths and frequencies. Love is a

form of energy. In the human world, true Love is the most
potent form of energy with the highest frequency an average
brain can generate: 10 to the 56 power. All matter is energy in
motion. Even the most solid seeming objects are energy that
vibrates with different frequencies. The more intense is the
frequency, the more benevolent and constructive is the
corresponding energy. The intelligent energy of an

unimaginable high frequency "created" our Universe. The
intensity of the frequency has no upper limit. Its lower limit is
zero, or the state of death.

What is common to Love and cancer? Energy. What makes

Love and cancer so different? Frequency. True Love is a 100%
energy level (with a frequency of ten to the 56 power). Cancer
cells' have a 6% level of energy with the corresponding
frequency of ten to the16 power. Energoinformational shield
of Coronavirus has 4% energy with a corresponding frequency
of 10 to the eight power. The higher is the frequency, the higher
is the level of energy and more benevolent.

People have a low energy level, mostly because they have not
been brought up in a loving environment. Statistically (the year
2017), over 75% of American children have been brought in in
an unhappy environment.

When the energy level is low, the lack of it disorients genes in

several glands of the brain, which prompts people's
inappropriate behavior. Depending on how low is their energy
level, people would commit offenses, crimes, hurt others, and
adhere to abnormal ways of living. Some people would do it
unintentionally. People like Bush, Obama, and Hitler have
been doing it purposefully. Whether intentionally or not,
people are doing it because of the deficient energy level, which
is corresponding with low I.Q.

Frequency is how often an event repeats itself over a set

amount of time. In physics, the frequency of a wave is the
number of wave crests that pass a point in one second (A wave
crest is the peak of the wave). Hertz (symbol Hz) is the unit
measuring frequency. The higher the frequency, the shorter the

wavelength. Short wavelengths are more energetic than long
wavelengths and have a higher penetrating power. They are
also "manageable," meaning they can be focused. With The
Code of Life, we are using these higher frequencies to focus its
energy on pathogens' energoinformational shields and destroy
it.

Frequency makes energy "damaging" or "benevolent." The

lower is frequency, the more damaging it is to one's body and
brain, as well as to other people. It happens because the lower
is the frequency (and corresponding energy), the longer is its
wave. The longer is the wave, the more powerful is its busting
power that damages/destroy energoinformational shields of the
body and organs. Coronavirus has a very low frequency, which
makes it even more dangerous.

Every living being except ameba and Protozoa has an

energoinformational shield protecting it from damage. In
addition to the energoinformational shields protecting every
organ, a human being has an overall energoinformational
shield called the aura. When the organ's energoinformational
shield is damaged, it "opens the door" for pathogens to enter.
When the shield is destroyed, the organ dies.
Low energy (below 52% level) is harmful and destructive. This
harmful quality cannot be noticed at the 51% level, but it is
gradually increasing as the level of energy, and consequent
frequency keeps dropping. Energy above 52% is benevolent
and constructive. High-frequency energy heals. People know
little to nothing about the impact of lower frequency energy.
However, they intuitively feel it is dangerous; they also know
love heals.

The above numbers are relative, as even at an energy level of
40%, one may still be relatively healthy, yet more vulnerable
to disease. There may be some damage done to
energoinformational shields and to the orientation of genes,
which may not be readily apparent.

Deficiency of the energy is in itself a disease. At 2% of the

energy level, one could be alive but very ill with cancer or a
similar disease. Energy deficiency creates a fungus-like
situation that allows pathogens to spread and consume the
person to the point of death. Hitler's energy level was 2%. He
had 46% cancer (prostate, colon, liver, brain tumor, etc.), his
brain genome was damaged 25%, his veins were clogged 47%,
but he was still alive. It is a puzzle of how this man was able
to live until he was 67 years old.

More research needs to be done in the field of the energy/

frequency levels and their effect on human health; however,
this information and examples provided in the book are
sufficient to understand how damaging or beneficial the energy
could be.

Another issue is the one with less than 52% energy level
(frequency of ten to the thirty-six power) would instinctively
try to raise their energy level to be as far away as possible from
"0" or the point of death by involuntarily sucking energy from
other people.

The lower is one's energy level, the more unnatural is the

person to illness and less stable psychologically. People with
very low energy level instinctively try to hide their state of
despair under the pretense of happiness. They may appear
friendly and agreeable, but when something goes wrong, they

explode with anger and attack. How could one recognize a
person with a low energy level? Trust yourself and be calm.
One way to detect energy deficiency is to tell a person about
The Code of Life. People with energy levels 48% and less will
reject it. They are instinctively afraid of higher energies and
Truth. Ask The Code of how trustworthy people are when their
energy level below 15%. The best way to learn anything about
a person in question without using the tools is to become the
Master of Simplicity (see: The Code of Life Communications
and System of Health).

Games of Thrones, The Dutchman, Cats, Godfather, thrillers,

horror pictures, and similar talented trash is harmful, as it is
bombarding the viewers with long waves/low-frequency
energy. Famous half-humans called "celebrities" with very low
energy levels are creating this garbage. Greedy and insecure,
all they think is money at any cost. Sex and violence are easier
to create than a beautiful love story. These talented trash-
creators are poisoning the world with violent entertainment.
They do not know Love because Love means higher energy
levels.

People with deficient energy know no love and happiness.

They are invading countries, taking bribes, endorsing
pornography. They are creating nothing beneficial but
destroying positive creation. They put themselves on death row
and, while alive, hurting others. It is a life of fame that usually
is ended by cancer. Is it worth living?

People with a high level of energy create Spinderella, Claus,

Moana, Puss in Boots, The Legend of 1900, Apprentice, Le
Petit Prince, Knives Out.

I knew Vince since the time I lived in Toronto, Canada, over
30 years ago. He was a successful businessperson. I did not see
him for many years. Suddenly, I received a call from a mutual
friend; she said Vince hit rock bottom. He was living in a
basement, did not talk to anyone; his relationship with his wife
and son deteriorated.

My friend knew about me practicing The Code of Life, she told

Vince about it, and Vince asked if I could help. Of course, I
said, but remembering my lessons with other people, I
consulted The Code of Life. Today, I often feel I know the
reason before asking The Code. Most of the time, it has been
low energy. Again, my feeling was correct. Vince was doing
something harmful. I did not need to know the nature of the
activity. It was essential to know his energy level was 10 %. I
was not allowed to talk to him but could send an e-mail, which
I did.

I wrote Vince I was not allowed to help, or even talk to him

because he is involved in some unnatural harmful activity that
he must quit for me to be able to help. I never heard from him
again. What hounded me even today is that Vince asked me for
help, I knew I could help him, but I had to turn him down.
Unfortunately, it happens often when people with deficient
energy levels are refusing help by refusing to quit their harmful
activity.

 A Parable

During the initial seven million years of human Evolution, life

was peaceful in Satan Realm. Humanity was ignorant and was
of no concern to devils. Three million years ago, a great
commotion erupted in devils' mire -- disturbing news of the
people becoming intelligent. It was terrible news because
unchecked, awareness would cause Satan's realm to vanish
together with all its inhabitants.
Evil Right and Satan' Coalition of the Realm, two
organizations, guarding the evil heritage and uniting all devils,
sent a joint delegation of concerned imps to the Black House
to meet with Satan, the oldest evil spirit and a ruler of the
Realm. Satan, who was almost beyond time, was false proud
and cunning. Enhancing these usual evil qualities was his
boundless greed and thirst for wealth and power – the most
precious values taught to young devils. He already knew what
was happening. It was not the first time he dealt with emerging
humanity, for he had lived through many universes, and every
one of them had humans. Satan was almost eternal.
His foul appearance was revolting. When satisfied, he had a
nasty habit of crossing himself with one of his huge hind
hooves. The evilest of all evil spirits, he had a plan that had
been tested many times in the past. But today was not the day
to implement it. To the great dismay of his evil audience, Satan
declared that nothing could be done at the moment because
beings from higher realms were rulers of the third human race.
He wished he could convert those enlightened rulers to
ignorance, but it was beyond his powers. Nevertheless, he
boasted that in a little while, he would effectively derail

humanity's spiritual progress and stall it for a very long time.
Satisfied, the delegates left.
Satan was the ruler of the physical universe, and he had at his
disposal every evil means to ensure his rule for eternity. But
deep in his dark heart, fear was lurking, for he remembered that
in the past, he eventually had to succumb to those nasty things
humans called awareness and Freedom, and give up his rule.
Yet he was determined to fight to the very end, for in his great
ignorance, he was convinced that he might crush awareness
and Freedom forever.
Three million years passed in relative quiet. Then Satan called
on his subjects and announced that humanity was ready to be
invaded. Imps rejoiced at the news. Satan disclosed his plan.
At a time, there were four major human tribes on Earth. The
devils' task was to find the most ignorant men in each tribe and
offer them the wealth and power of the universe for being
God's representatives. The men would be called priests.
Some young imps squeaked their doubt, for they knew there
was no God.
'We know it, but they don't,' Satan growled. 'Besides, it is
money and control that priests will crave. God will be the
carrot and stick for all others.' According to Satan's wicked
plan, each tribe had to have its own god, somewhat different
from the gods of other tribes. The priests had to make the
tribesmen believe that their god was the only true God in the
universe. Satan's delightful experience proved that led by
priests, tribes would soon begin to fight each other for their
gods. Millions would perish in wars.
The third important point was for the priests to make their flock
fear god, and pray to it for everything they needed. Satan knew

that this would make people dependent on gods in everything
they do. People would lose their self-confidence and turn into
obedient cattle. They will be unaware of their innate powers
and would forever become Satan's slaves.
Nevertheless, the devils whined their protest in a sickening
chorus: they did not want to give priests wealth and power.
'Idiots!' Satan smirked. 'You can't give what you don't have.
Promise! Is it the first time you will have to lie?' He cursed
badly, 'Priests’ power will be imaginary. Only people’s fear of
God will sustain it. As to wealth,’ -- Satan leered disgustingly
and crossed himself with his left hind hoof -- ‘they will rob
their subjects, who will be happy to be robbed in exchange for
the promise of paradise... after death, of course.’
It was not all, however. When done with priests, imps would
find other greedy, worthless humans in each tribe and would
infect them with false pride and thirst for power. Taught the
eternal evil dictum divide and conquer, these robots of men
would be called politicians, the leaders of humanity. They will
very sincerely work for the best of themselves. With priests
and politicians, Satan knew that he would get humanity well
under control. It would be thoroughly organized, divided by
religion, and further split up by false pride and the chauvinism
of corrupted leaders.
Anti-Semitism and racism had worked well for Satan in
previous universes. Countless millions were destroyed by
priests and politicians using these evil tools. They must be
used again. Thus, Satan was to invade young humanity with
four evils: priests, politicians, gods, and paradise. But there
was more to it: a fifth column, a grand betrayal. Humanity’s
most ignorant ruthless thieves – spiritual teachers, whose

craving fame is boundless, would secretly collaborate with the
invasion.
Satan was delighted in anticipation of all these humans fighting
and murdering one another like spiders in the can. Politicians
and priests would instigate the devastating wars and genocides.
They would create inflations and depressions, obliterating
people’s wellbeing and spiritual teachers would kill awareness.
Neither did Satan forget children. He believed that damage
done to the young improves his chances of winning. Priests
would be instructed to teach the young to fear God. Devils
would persuade priests to mutilate the young. So it happened.
Satan invaded humanity with his four evils and a fifth column.
Darkness enveloped the light of young awareness, harmony
with nature was lost, and humanity’s inner Evolution was
thwarted for millennia.

It is vital to recognize the damage that fraud called Spiritual

Industry is doing to people in the U.S. and around the world.
So far, the Truth about the American “spiritual” industry was
hidden behind teachers’ blabber and useless, often damaging
teachings. Anyone who had a well-hanged tongue and some
Indian background like Dipak Chopra could name himself a
guru and milk seekers. Not anymore. With The Code of Life,
any person can accurately determine the mental energy level
of the self-appointed teachers, drop them, and become his/her
best teacher.

It is impossible to find an enlightened teacher because there is
none. An enlightened person does not have teachings and does
not teach. He would show you to the door and suggest finding
your way. When you obey, you will grow. Most people waste
their lives with teachers and teachings and grow dejected. Not
one person ever became enlightened in America, Europe, and
India in the last hundred years.
Today, in the whole world, there are only five enlightened
people. Unknown, they live in Bangladesh.
Unless enlightened, a teacher is influenced by the elements of
the environment, religious doctrines, culture with its traditions
and philosophy, as well as by the genetic inheritance. Any
influence would cause a teacher to err.
How many enlightened teachers in the American spiritual
industry? With The Code of Life, you will receive a truthful
answer. It can be said, however, a reply to this question is
extremely disappointing.
An entire concept of spiritual teaching is but a hoax, created
by the ignorance in order to make money and satisfy cravings
of the ego. There is no such thing as spiritual teaching. What
blabberers call spirituality is an entirely private inner state that
cannot be taught. Spirituality is a made-up word to describe
something that does not exist. There is an inner state of Love
and peace that can only be discovered when our energy level
is above 96%. All teachings put together will not help to
discover it. However, when we leave behind all teachings
together with teachers, all that clatter of seminars, books, and
tapes, this beautiful state will open without any effort on our
part.

When it comes to inner growth, an unenlightened teacher is a
disaster, a murderer. It will be teaching with his ignorant mind,
and every mind is ignorant to one degree or another unless it is
enlightened. A true teacher, an enlightened teacher, does not
teach, because he knows there is nothing there that can be
taught. He has no teachings. Rest assured, he would never use
someone else’s teaching.” With no exception, so-called
teachings are but a fraud of one degree or another.
More than often, this fraud is unintentional, because most
ignorant “Masters” sincerely believe they know the Truth.
Unfortunately, creators of teachings are all but a fraud.
The first problem of the American Spiritual Industry is it works
for profit. If some individuals are not working for profit, they
are “teaching” to satisfy their ego.
Just take a look at the description of these teachers:
“Spiritual teachers fall into several subcategories: Shaykhs or
Sufi teachers, Gurus (including Hindu Gurus, Sant Mat
Gurus, and Sikh Gurus), Buddhist teachers, including Tibetan
Lamas (which is really simply the Tibetan word for Guru),
and Mahasiddhas, who may be claimed by both Buddhist and
Hindu traditions.” One could get nauseous just from reading
this paragraph.
The second problem is there no teachings. So-called teachings
that fill up your bookshelves have been created either by the
deluded persons like Paramahansa Yogananda (10% energy
level ) and Swami Sri Yikteswar (37%) or by the deliberate
fraud like Allan Watts (21%), Deepak Chopra (11%), Elkhart
Tolle (31%), Wayne Dyer (27%), Neville Goddard (26%),
Rhonda Byrne (29%), Abraham Hicks (26%), Barbara Marx
Hubbard (17%), Jaggy Vasudev (21%), Neale Donald Walsch
(32%), Robert Adams (13%), Adyashanti (25%), American

Indian elder (13%), Alex Anatole (11%), Michael L. Brown
(16%), John Starr Cooke (14%), Gary Zukav (13%), and a long
host of others.
This organized “spiritual” mafia with the energy level of
meager 29% is “teaching” American people who have an
average energy level of over 60%. It would be laughable if not
being disastrous.
The third hurdle is that the industry is inhibiting people’s
natural ability to find the way and grow.
Spiritual fraud begins with teachers’ low positive energy
levels. An average energy level of the spiritual teachers
displayed on the Wikipedia list is hazardous at 7%. When the
person who calls himself a teacher has a low energy level, it
will do you damage, not good. Many teachers are deeply
ignorant, like Nisargadatta, a chain smoker. Could this person
teach with his 16% energy level? This man is a spiritual
disaster. It would be right to say the entire American and the
world spiritual industry is a disaster.
Could an unenlightened teacher teach Love and Freedom?
Most spiritual teachers in the U.S. have positive energy levels
below 20%. Their negative energy would damage your health.
These teachers should not teach; their books and seminars
belong in the garbage bin. All seminars are mouse traps created
by the ignorant. You would do a great service to yourself by
becoming your best teacher.
In education, to be a great teacher in any field of knowledge,
the teacher must have a talent related to that field of knowledge
in addition to the knowledge received in college. When there
is no talent, an average teacher will not be nearly as effective
as a talented teacher. In the spiritual world, talent is

Enlightenment. The one who is enlightened will not teach, an
unenlightened person cannot be a teacher. Then, the only way
to progress is to become your best teacher. It is what nature and
Love want you to be.
Deepak Chopra, Journalist, Medical Professional, Doctor, etc.
is one of the leading spiritual minds today. His teachings are
rooted in the doctrine of reincarnation and God. However,
Love does not support uncertainties; it does not teach
prefabricated concepts. Love only supports Truth and
Freedom.
The following information regarding Chopra is partly from the
article in The Guardian by Sue Blackmore “Deepak Chopra
may be wealthy, but even he knows that’s all an illusion. The
guru’s twisting of ‘spirituality’ to tell his followers that they
can be rich and stay young misses the point of enlightenment.”

The average level of American Indians’ energy was over 80%.

An average level of the energy of the European invaders that
murdered American Indians was 12%, and the Energy of the
U.S. government today is 8%. Has it done anything to improve
the wellbeing of the American people? With 8% energy level,
this government is degenerating and destroying.

Dipak Chopra’s energy level is 11%. Andrew Carnegie’s level

of energy was 91%. Look at the faces below and see how you
feel, then ask more questions.

At 11% destructive energy, Chopra is but a fraud. Mr. Chopra’s
worth is $80 million he amassed by selling his valueless
spiritual ideas at the highest price.

“Spiritual people should not be ashamed of being wealthy,”

Chopra declares. Mr. Chopra believes in giving, is he giving?
There are 137 wealthiest people living today who pledged 50%
to 100% of their fortune to charity. There is no Mr. Chopra
among them.

It seems a Master should have no problem to heal his body

spiritually. Not every Master has this ability. Paramahansa
Yogananda (1893-1952) was named Incarnation of Love.
What Love? He died from cancer, overweight at the age of 59.
At the end of his life, Yogananda could hardly walk. Would an
enlightened master eat to the point of killing himself?
Vivekananda (17%), a “foremost master of meditation”, and
the first Indian spiritual ambassador to the U.S., died at the age
of 35 from cancer.

Check it out with The Code and learn Meditation and Yoga are
useless techniques that can be damaging. Some simple
postures like shoulder stand may be useful for some people.

There is no teaching that is not infected by the cultural and

religious past and present. Unfortunately, nearly 100% of all
teachings, east, and west, are but fake news. The reason is
clever ignorant people have created every teaching. “Masters
are 100% correct!” Says Lester. With only 10% of the energy
level, what would Lester know? Whatever Lester said was
tinted with ignorance, for Lester was an outright spiritual
fraud.

Paramahansa Yogananda was a teacher of meditation. Lester

was highly respectful of Yogananda. Lester’s were only 10%

positive energy level, and Yogananda’s positive energy level
was 15%. Like attracts like. Both were not people of Truth with
their energy level much lower than of an average American.
Vedas and its made-up concepts of gods and reincarnation
were Yogananda’s Trojan teaching horses.
Lester believed he owned an island in his past life. There was
no enlightened person in the history who believed in
reincarnation. Even Yogananda’s guru Swami Sri Yikteswar
kept silent about reincarnation. Yogananda was enforcing
celibacy on Self-Realization Fellowship employees and young
men who wanted to become SRF monks.
The most heinous tool of spiritual ignorance and fraud was
Autobiography of the Yogi allegedly authored by Yogananda.
With this book, I embarked on my spiritual journey and many
years of wasted time. I loved the book. It was enticing and
convincing, even like the legacy of John Kennedy, whose
picture I had on the wall by my bad while I was living in
Russia.
When the Truth was known about Kennedy, when I was able
to confirm it with The Code of Life, it was disturbing. It was
the same with Autobiography of the Yogi. The book happened
to be a spiritual sham, a lie from cover to cover. Millions have
been deceived by the SRF with this fraud.
At the end of the book, there is a certificate made by the well-
known Los Angeles cemetery stating that the officials watched
Yogananda’s dead body for twenty days finding no sign of the
decay. The Code of Life, however, confirms this popular in the
U.S. self-proclaimed “guru” died from obesity and cancer, the
signs of decay appeared within a few hours of death.

Being as stupid as most searchers, I went several times to the
place of the Yogananda burial, meditating there for several
hours, obviously with no results. The Code of Life advised I
should not have done it because the very low energy of the
grave (3%) was unhealthy. Curious, I checked the energy level
of the burial place for James Madison, Father of the U.S.
Constitution. It was 92%. During his life, James Madison’s
energy level was also 92%. It was an amazing and comforting
discovery.
Osho (Bhagwan Shree Rajneesh, died 1990) was an unusual
teacher. While the average level of energy of the Indian
masters in America during Osho’s time was only 16% (which
means fraud), Osho’s was 52%. He is highly respected in India
and is the second (after another fraud Indira Gandhi with 15%
energy level) whose heritage is deposited into the National
Archive of India (5% energy level). It is left to the imagination
as to what is kept in this archive.

“Rajneesh's syncretic teachings emphasize the importance

of meditation, courage, creativity, and humor – qualities that
he viewed as being suppressed by adherence to static belief
systems, religious tradition, and socialization. Rajneesh's
teachings have had a notable impact on Western New
Age thought, and their popularity has increased markedly
since his death." Wikipedia’s blabber. We cannot blame
Wikipedia for writing this nonsense instead of telling the
Truth, for ignorance is universally supported by the ignorance.

In the past, I was enthralled by Osho’s eloquence and studied

his teachings. I still have about twenty of his books in Russian
and English, but keep them only as reference proving

enormous popularity of the talented unintentional fraud. The
only truthful part in Osho’s books was his sense of humor:

A woman brought her daughter to the gynecologist for a

checkup. “Your daughter is pregnant,” concluded the doctor.
“But it can’t be!” Fumed, the mother. “You know, mom,”
added daughter, “I have never even kissed a man!” The doctor
went to the window and stared into it for a long time. “Is there
something wrong,” asked mother, worried. “Two thousand
years ago, a similar story happened, and the star has risen… I
am waiting to see another star...”

Nevertheless, Osho’s belief system is static in its manipulative

way. It is hard to recognize fraud behind an eloquent, talented
blabber. As it is with all teachers of the East, Osho’s discourses
were rooted in reincarnation. He implied he is the incarnation
of Buddha. Osho was talking about love and Freedom, being
far away from what he was talking about.

There is nothing wrong witth collecting expensive cars. Osho

had a dozen of them. The question arises, would a free one
collect anything? Not yet fully engaging The Code, I wrote in
the previous version of Masters and Mistakes, “When after
reading this chapter you would still study teachings, it is your
responsibility to pick up the jewels and let go of dross.”
However, with The Code, we need to study nothing except be
our best teachers, for The Code of Life would lead us to the
Truth, which is Love, and Love is all we need.

With only 52% of energy level, which is the threshold to

deficiency, Osho was a pretender. A good talker, he is a good
example of the narrow-minded person heavily marred by the
cultural and religious limitations, something that we do not

need at all. Unfortunately, it is so with all eastern and western
teachers of the past and present, with only a few rare
exceptions.

So far, there were only Buddha and a couple of Zen Masters

who was able to rise above limitations and conditioning of the
time.
At the beginning of my journey, I was not able to escape the
reincarnation trap. I was fascinated with the notions of Astral
and Causal realms and wrote a novel Gates of the Dead taking
place in those realms. It was my schooling and mostly a waste
of time as if today some children feel their time in school is a
waste. You do not need to repeat this mistake.
When you are not sure about things like soul, the afterlife,
reincarnation, etc., do not ask questions anybody, but file a
request with your Code of Life.
Like all other spiritual teachers, Lester Levenson made a
mistake and became a teacher in Sedona Institute that you
should avoid like a plague as its owner and lecturer’s energy
level is below 30%. Avoid all retreats along with their
lecturers. A retreat may give you a temporary feeling of
satisfaction, but it is deceiving. People in retreats are bosting
of their achievements, which are mostly not real fleeting
experiences.
The worst thing in retreat is a teacher, for all of them, are
energy deficient. The energy-deficient person will instinctively
sack people’s energy to replenish their lack of energy to stay
as fas as possible from the point Zero, or death. The retreat
organizers love to be in the crowd to raise their energy level on
account of the participants. But you do not need to be in the
crowd where you would gain nothing.

The release technique is quite helpful, but that is only when
you do not have The Code of Life and are not able to check the
accuracy of your decisions. Even helpful techniques will
become obstacles while occupying your mind with concepts
delaying your realization of Love and Freedom. Your purpose
is Freedom; your means for achieving this purpose is the start
naked mind.
With an energy level of 10%, Lester was far from being a
decent person. Because of such low positive energy level,
Lester could not teach. Both Yogananda and Lester did much
damage to students.
A lie is damaging. The entire world of “spirituality” is a lie. It
creates psychological conflict, as every lie we accept as
truthful is measured against true Love – our judge within.
When there is a mismatch, the inner conflict is inevitable. It is
the reason why veterans who fought in foreign lands have
psychological problems.
What have they been fighting for in Iraq? This conflict was
intensified when energy-deficient Bush admitted on national
television there were no weapons of mass destruction in Iraq,
and another fraud energy-deficient Obama regretted murdering
President Sadat Hussain. Then what American soldiers were
fighting for in Iraq and Libia raising these countries to the
ground? A lie has a low energy level. It disorients genes in
Paraterminal gyrus, Fornix, and Cuneus of the brain, resulting
in psychological disorders.
The Code of Life advises there was another person, not Lester,
who formulated the Releasing Technique. Lester took the
credit and let the person go, which triggered protests followed
by litigation. Larry Crain, now deceased, confirmed some
unfortunate facts about Lester. Some of Lester's associates

made themselves teachers. When I asked them to confirm some
facts, I received no reply. Ask The Code what the energy levels
of these self-appointed teachers are. Best of all, throw all
teachers out of your life and become your best teacher.
Upon obtaining information about true Lester, I decided to give
credit to The Unknown, a true discoverer of the Releasing
Technique. You may keep the books you have purchased
because I wiped out Lester’s negativity from all my books as
it is explained in The Code of Love Communications and
System of Health.
Omar Khayyam, who lived in Persia in the eleven century, was
a well-known mathematician and astronomer. Omar’s energy
level was 100%; he was free. His little poems called Rubaiyat,
– songs of Love and Vine – created his fame. Omar’s poems
defy time, despite the often misinterpretation of their meaning.
Yogananda did a good job with his misinterpretations in the
SRF book Vine of the Mystic.
Would you enjoy Omar’s enlightening poems less if you
learned Omar made “mistakes,” including falling in love with
a beautiful young woman when he was 80? Regardless of
“mistakes” and gossip, when we listen to the Rubaiyat with an
open heart, we are uplifted and moved from our dreamland into
the beautiful world of Love.
Alas, the spring should vanish with the rose!
That Youth’s sweet-scented manuscript should close!
The Nightingale that in the branches sang,
Ah, whence and whither flown again, who knows!

Omar’s life defies all those gurus’ ignorant assertions about

the Freedom, love, and sex.

 Be your best teacher and doctor

Believe not because some old manuscripts are produced,

believe not because it is your national belief, believe not
because you have been made to believe from your childhood,
but reason Truth out, and after you have analyzed it, then if
you find it will do good to one and all, believe it, live up to it
and help others live up to it.

It was the cold winter of 1943, the third year of World War II.
All frozen, Volga river was covered with a thick layer of
snow, creating an eerie, desolate setting with a fisherman boat
visible far away laying on the side, frozen in the barren
kingdom of white.
On the high river-shore, there stood an old mansion – our
home. Its owners murdered by communists, the mention was
converted into a kindergarten for children saved from
relentless fascist bombing of Moscow,
Along a wide corridor, three little boys were running. They
wanted to start a game popular at a time – the war game. To
start the game, they had to still and hide huge banner propped
onto a long pole. Crash! Caught between two columns, the
pole split, tearing a heavy red sheet of the banner to shreds.
In the morning, children wearing the pioneer scarfs were all
assembled for a special ceremony in the large room that used
to be a dance hall in older times. In the center of the hall, the
torn-apart red banner was placed on top of the table together
with the broken pole. A young woman, also wearing red
scarf, called my name. As I came in, she said something I
could not hear because I was crying. Then she bent over and

took off my red scarf. Instantly, I turn and run away as she
kept screaming after me to return.
From that time on, I have never joined any gathering. Whether
it was Pioneers or Komsomol, Communists party or a church
crowed, I was avoiding crowds like the plague.

We are born to be our best teachers. Life has no meaning unless

we find Happiness and share it, helping others to find it. We
also would help the world’s oneness against the negative trends
of war, fraudulent governments, violent entertainment,
pornography, and other diseases plugging humanity. It would
happen effortlessly when our energy level is 80% and higher.

When you decide on a life of Happiness to be your purpose,

choose to be your best teacher. Do not become the victim of
the self-proclaimed gurus, their seminars, and books. Do not
get lured by the spiritual industry’s promises. Most people
spend their lives searching, attending seminars, and studying
teachings. It is a useless, unnatural learning process. Leave the
search and start practicing with The Code of Life. Studying
teachings and attending seminars is but a waste of life, for no
one ever found Love and Freedom in books and crowds. The
spiritual industry is a fraud with all books, information, and
seminars created by the low mental energy “teachers” who
have no right to teach. The so-called spiritual teacher is a myth;
it does not exist. All these “teachers” teach someone else’s
teachings or interpretations of the other teaching – just another
fake.

There is a flood of spiritual teachings. For some reason, we

may be attracted to one or another. However, to everything,
there is a season and the time for every purpose under the

heaven. No matter how long you were searching, drop it. Love
does not need to be searched. You have it.

The answers come from within. It will happen sooner when

you become your only teacher. With The Code of Life, you can
learn the Truth about teachers, scriptures, and every other piece
of information.

You have no choice because already you are your best teacher
with all the knowledge available to you. The question is how
to access it, and the answer the stark naked mind and The Code
of Life is all you need.

Witnessing the mind

Witnessing the mind and loving yourself is of paramount

importance as it creates a solid base for acceptance of The Code
of Life. It is also beneficial in everyday life because it sets us
up in the present moment and leads to natural mind control.
Witnessing the mind can be done only in the present. When
witnessing becomes your natural state, you are effortlessly
watching the mind. A silent intuitive part of the mind can
watch the emotional thinking process (ETP) naturally leading
you to live in the present. To live each present moment
completely and fully enjoy the wonder and beauty of each
instant could be experienced only in the present. Thus,
mastering witnessing the mind, you will also realize another
secret of life: letting the future take care of itself.

Progress can be made on the path when you master witnessing

the mind and would unconditionally love yourself. There is a

difference between witnessing and watching the mind. In the
beginning, we are watching the mind, a process that can
involve some emotions. As you progress, watching turns into
an imperturbable (emotionless) witnessing and you become fit
to the following description of Hui Neng:

In your contact with all types of men, ignore the faults of

others. Be indifferent to their merit or demerit, good or evil.
For such an attitude accords with the imperturbability of the
essence of Mind.

Here be indifferent means having no strenuous thoughts and

emotions when interacting with other people. There is no such
thing as indifference. The word indifference is used to cover
hidden negativity.

How amazingly timely things happen when we let them

happen when we let the future take care of itself. We let it
happen when we are loving and peaceful when our energy level
is high. It naturally happens when Love leads us. Everyone I
met in life can be categorized as a loving or not loving person.
I saw loving people have fewer problems. They are content,
accepting, and patient because their energy level is high.
People, who have been denied Love in their childhood and did
not rediscover it in their adult life, usually have low energy
level; they are irritable, impatient, often getting angry, and
have no contentment.

The resistance of The Code of Life is the resistance of Love.

The limited mind has been our guide for such a long time, it
made us subjects to itself. It does not want to give up control
for it trusts nothing but itself. One of the reasons the mind

resists choosing Love’s guidance is our thinking habit: we love
to think, but also hate it when the mind keeps thinking on its
own, and we cannot control it. When our energy level is high,
Love communicates its message via intuition, which is another
wonder to the limited mind.

When our energy level is high, we naturally, effortlessly, let

the future take care of itself. To the persons caught up in their
limited mind, the idea of future taking care of itself seems
strange. With low energy, the mind becomes obsessed with
trying to exert control over the uncontrollable.

A drop of the sea carries within it all the sea. Each present
moment carries within it all life. It is forever old because it
holds our entire past. It is forever young as it contains our
future. When the negative subconscious past is gone, our
energy level rises, we live each present moment completely, let
the future take care of itself and experience the wholeness of
Life.

Society teaches pushing and striving, which is the only thing

left to do when the energy level is low. There is a big difference
between using force and applying strength. When the energy
level is high, society is left behind together with its forces; it is
no longer able to influence us. Force is of the ego, while
strength is of Love. Mastering others requires force, says the
Tao, Mastering the Self needs strength.

Watch the mind without reacting to thoughts and feelings, as if

you are watching someone else’s mind or as you are watching
a train passing by. There is nothing complicated about it.
Consistently remind yourself of the watching. Soon you will

notice how gaps of quiet in between your thoughts increase.
Watch the mind until watching becomes as effortless as
breathing. By this time, you will know your mind well.
Raise your energy level, and with practice, the mind will begin
to watch itself without any effort on your part. At that time,
you will be able to effortlessly and instantly to let go/transform
into Love any negative thought and emotion. It is that simple:
decide to watch, and continue watching, watching, and
watching, that is all.
Learning how to watch the mind may be likened to learning
how to ride a bicycle. Until we begin to practice, it seems very
difficult to ride on two wheels. Once we learned how to ride, it
becomes natural; we never think about it again. It is the same
as witnessing the mind. First, it seems a strange and difficult
thing to do. As you begin practicing, the ease and benefits of
the witnessing become manifest.

Always remain in the present. No matter what is happening in

your inner and outer world, stay in the present moment. Do not
follow your mind’s movement to the past or future. Just watch
it. There is a big difference between daydreaming and
witnessing the mind.

For example, nostalgia is negative because it makes you idle

in the past. It is also adding a sort of “sweet sadness” to the
experience and making you regret or enjoy some things you
did. When you are witnessing nostalgia, it will show what
needs to be transformed into Love.

The mind is naturally empty, and only when it remains empty,

without grasping and rejecting, can it respond to natural
things without prejudice. It should be like a river gorge with a

swan flying overhead. The river has no desire to retain the
swan; yet, the swan’s passing is traced by its shadow without
any omission. Another example: a mirror will reflect things
perfectly, whether they are beautiful or ugly. It never refuses
to show a thing; nor does it retain the thing after it is gone. The
mind should be as open as this.

Your mind will naturally open when you raise your energy
level to 99% and more.

Oh, come with old Khayyam and leave the wise

To talk; one thing is certain, that time flies;
One thing is certain, and the rest is lies;
The flower that once has blown forever dies.

I was convinced it was just an old Sufi fairytale that I love.

Suddenly, something stirred within and made me check the
Story with The Code of Life. To my amazement, The Code
confirmed the existence of the higher dimension! Sultan’s
Story describing his life in the other dimension is fictional, The
Prophet’s meeting with God 90.000 is allegoric, but another,
higher frequency world exists, said The Code. I could not

believe it and kept checking this information again and again
with the same result: The Code insisted The High World does
exist. “Maybe it is my passionate wish for the story to be true
influenced The Code,” I thought, but The Code asserted there
is no interference or influence of any kind. See the conclusion
of this bizarre exploration at the end of the Story.
We live either in the world of Hell or in the world of heaven,
but most people live in between these two worlds.
The world of Hell is reserved for people with 12% and lower
energy levels. The world of heaven is reserved for people with
a 92% energy level and higher. All other people who have their
energy level between 13% and 92% live between these two
worlds. These numbers may slightly vary depending on
personal data.

“A Sultan of Persia called a conference of learned men, and

soon a dispute arose. The subject was the Night Journey of the
Prophet Mohammed. It is said that on this occasion, the
Prophet was taken from his bed up into the celestial spheres.
During this period, he saw paradise and Hell, conferred
with God 90,000 times, and had many other experiences – and
was returned to his room while his bed was yet warm. A pot of
water that had been overturned by the flight and spilled was
still not empty when the Prophet returned.
“Some felt this was possible by a different measurement of
time. The Sultan claimed it was impossible.
“The news of this conflict came to the Sufi sheik
Shahabudin, who immediately presented himself at court. The
Sultan showed due humility to the teacher, who said:
“I intend to proceed without further delay to my
demonstration.
“The sheik ordered a vessel of water to be brought. ‘You
would see how swiftly a mortal man might travel,’ said the

sheik, and asked the Sultan to put his head in water for a
moment.
“The Sultan obeyed the sheik’s request. At that instant, the
water seized him. Down he went into the water; roaring filled
his ears and darkness his eyes. He straggled slowly, as in a
dream, pushing against rolling swells; his mouth opened, and
he tasted salt.
“As quickly as he was caught, he was freed. He stood chest-
deep in the sea, facing a sandy shore fringed with green;
behind, the white walls of the city rose, set against towering
clouds. The air was warm and very still.
“He waded ashore, a stranger in a strange land. But
someone awaited him. In the shadows of the palms, a young
woman stood, a pale, pretty, dark-eyed woman. She regarded
him gravely for some moments; then, she smiled.
“You are the man from the sea,” she said. “It was foretold
today you would come to me to be my husband. I am the
daughter of the goldsmith.” She put out her hand to him, and
at her touch, the memories of his own life faded until they were
only pale images, no more than glimpses of a childhood lived
long ago.
“The goldsmith’s daughter led him into a coastal town, not
unlike those that bordered his domain in his world. Dusty date
palms lined its dirt streets; behind the palms, high, blank walls
rose – silent facades masking the busy lives within.
“‘What country is this, lady?’ asked the Sultan, who was a
sultan no more.
“‘Why, this is the country,’ she replied.
“‘Has it no name?’
“‘It needs no name.’
“‘Who foretold that I would rise from the sea today?’
“‘My mother,’ she said, with a glance of surprise. ‘Our
husbands always come from the sea and return to the sea when
marriage is ended. Our mothers tell us the day.’

 “The Sultan thought of men he had known, men who had
disappeared without warning or explanation. He said nothing;
there seemed to be nothing to say.
“The goldsmith’s daughter paused by a high wooden gate
and rang a bell. At once, the gate swung open into the courtyard
of the goldsmith’s house. Here, all was shady, lush, and cool.
A fountain played in the center of the tiled court, and at the
fountain’s edge, the goldsmith stood, a tall man robed in fine
white linen. He greeted the Sultan with equanimity; indeed, his
words had the ring of ritual. ‘Welcome, my son from the sea,’
he said.
“Thus was the Persian ruler received into a family in a
world he did not know. He accepted his lot – and indeed, his
lot was not a hard one. The woman he married was beautiful,
and her lure was gentle; the goldsmith was himself a rich man,
and the quarters he had for his daughter and son-in-law were
airy rooms, opening onto the courtyard.
“So the Sultan married the goldsmith’s daughter, according
to the custom of the country, and he took up his father-in-law’s
craft: The crucible, the anvil, and the graver of the goldsmith
replaced the spear and sword of the Sultan’s youth.
“He was happy in that place. After a year, his wife bore
him a daughter, as darkeyed as she; by the time the girl was
walking, another had been born. His wife bore a third child a
year later, but this child died. Birth killed the mother.
“After the burial was finished and the wails of mourning
were stilled, late on an afternoon when his daughters were quiet
in the care of their nurses, the young widower stood alone in
the courtyard, spent with sorrow and numb with grief. A step
sounded on the tiles; he raised his eyes to meet the gaze of his
father-in-law.
“‘The gate stands open, son of the sea,’ the goldsmith said.
“The younger man understood that, by the custom, he must
seek his death. He nodded slowly. Then he walked out of the
gate and into the dusty streets of the town. No one appeared.

No voice called farewell to him. Through the bordering palms,
he walked across the hot sand. Without hesitation, he waded
into the welcoming sea, which tugged at his robes, drawing
him onward until the waters closed over his head. He raised his
face to catch the last of the light. When he did so, he saw not
watery shafts but the stone walls of the palace of his youth,
exactly as he had left it years before; even the patches of sun
on the floor were the same.
“Across from him, the dim eyes of the sheik met his own.
“‘Have you journeyed long, lord?’ the old man asked.
“‘For many years.’
“‘For seconds only,’ said the sheik. ‘For the space between
one breath and the next. There are places where time marches
to a different rhythm. Thus, you could see anything can
happen. What is important, however, is the significance of the
happening. In your case, there was one kind of significance.
In the case of the Prophet, there was another kind.’”
Then what is so significant about The Code, I thought. The
answer came instantly to my mind: “The Code is at the core of
all life. When it is discovered and used consciously, it puts you
at the helm of life, making it truly happy, healthy, and
prosperous.”
What country the Sultan had entered through the water in
the golden bowl, he could not say. He never found it, nor did
he ever learn the fate of the children he had fathered. All he
knew from his adventure was that another world besides his
own existed, a world whose patterns and rules were different,
and where he had been allowed no more than the briefest so-
journ. He had returned only with memories and with a longing
that never left him.
Such ventures as the Sultan’s were not uncommon once.
Tale after the tale was told of men and women who crossed the
boundaries of their world into the lands most folks had not even

dreamed of; tale after tale recorded the incursions of other-
worldly beings onto the solid-seeming ground held by
humankind.
The passageways between the worlds were always shifting,
and the tales always had a nostalgic tone. The old lands were
fast disappearing one by one; the gateways between them in
the new, human-ruled Earth were shutting. For all the danger,
adventurers sought the lands of enchantment while they could.
And for many centuries, those lands were accessible,
glimmering at the edge of inner vision, just over the horizon,
or hidden but capable of being found. A hundred percent of the
energy level is necessary to discover the lands.

When I asked The Code if I can now travel to The High World,
the reply was negative. The reason is I would not come back
because my body will die. When could I go? At the time of
death

I checked another time if the other dimension exists and

discovered it does vibrate with frequencies ranging from 10 to the
67 power to 10 to the 110 power while our world frequency is
ranging from the zero power (death) to 10 to the 67 power. The
10 to the 67 power frequency exists in both worlds, creating a
bridge that makes it possible to journey from our world to The
High World at the time of death.
Does it sound a fairytale? I agree, only this fairytale is real. I
asked The Code, could reincarnation be real? The reply was
negative. Is the Bible a word of God? Negative. Is the Koran a
word of God? Negative. Is there biblical God? Negative. Is there
Allah? Negative. Is there the Infinite Intelligence and Infinite
Field of Knowledge? Affirmative. I kept checking. Then I asked
again if The Prophet has conferred many times with some entity
in another dimension? Affirmative. Was it God? Negative.

Was he “taken from his bed”? Negative. It was a mental journey.
How real is The High World? 100%. How real was The Prophet’s
experience? It was genuine. Did The Prophet connect to The
High World? Negative. Did The Prophet connect to the unknown
state of Infinite Intelligence/Infinite Field of Knowledge – the
highest state? Affirmative. Is there life after death? Negative. Is
there Paradise or Hell? Negative. Do Paradise and Hell exist only
on Earth? Affirmative. For people who died, is there some
unknown existence after death? Affirmative.
My further research confirmed The High World is purely mental.
There are no oceans, mountains, clouds, and sky; there is no
physical nature. From our point of view, The High World does
not exist, but it does exist beyond our mental point of view.
Enlightened beings communicated this information to Brahmins
over seven thousand years in the past. Brahmins, being not wise
people with an average 21% energy level and I.Q. 31, corrupted
it while creating their religion of Upanishads (25% energy level)
and Vedas (19%).
From that unintentional Hindu religious sham, all other religions
were born, creating chaos of Hell on Earth. Even today, Indian
people have an overall 29% energy level, while American people
have over 60% level and Russian people 68%.
Is there proof of The High World vibrating with frequencies of
10 to the 67 power to 10 to the 110 power? Science cannot
prove it because it cannot detect such high frequencies.
According to The Code of Life, The High World will never be
proved. One reason is that it is not necessary; another – it may
be harmful to prove it. When someone becomes desperate and
tired of living, knowing The High World is true, suicide will
be an easy way out.
There is, however, an indirect proof. There are many historical
facts confirmed by science, like the existence of some

personalities. We can confirm it with The Code. For example,
there lived once upon a time Tsar Solomon, says the science.
The Code confirms it. The Bible says he was wise had 600
concubines in his harem. The Code says Solomon was not at
all wise; he had 35 concubines. We trust The Code because it
has a 100% energy level and frequency 10 to the 6000 power.
The fraud begins at a 28% energy level, confirmed by
thousands of examples. We do not trust the Bible because it
has only a 5% energy level.
Our energy level must be above 95% to use The Code to
confirm historical facts. Knowledge about dead people and the
universe can be obtained with The Code because this
information exists in The Infinite Field of Knowledge.
The purpose of life is impossible to define. Every individual
creates his/her purpose. Some people make fame and wealth
their purpose; others – arts and music; yet others – engineering,
sports, architecture, you name it. Most of us believe children
are the purpose of our life. But children grow up, and this
purpose is gone. We believe when our purpose is fulfilled it
will bring us Happiness. However, Happiness is an inner state
depending on nothing from outside, including children.
Only a 100% mental energy level will make us truly happy.
Today, five people in whole world are truly happy. Then what
is the purpose of living? When we become our best teachers,
we learn there is no purpose. The purpose of living is an
artificial concept making people spinning wheels like the
squirrel’s wheel. Being best teachers means discarding all
teachers and teachings, living without depending on people
and things, making the mind stark naked. At that point, the
Infinite Intelligence would start effortlessly guide us, like it
guides the world of nature, and there will no longer be a need

for a purpose. Our mental energy will rise, and Happiness will
down on its own. Only then, The High World will make sense
to us.
There were about twenty known pandemics in the past 1000
years. Here are some of them. According to The Code of Life,
Coronavirus killed 220 million people 5000 years ago, almost
half the Earth’s population. Black Death, the year 1347, killed
200 million people. Small Pox, the year 1520, killed 56 million
people. Spanish Flue in 1918 killed 50 million people.
HIV/AIDS in 1981 killed 25 million people. What is common
to these pandemics is that people who died had an average
mental energy level below 20 %. No one with higher than 52%
energy level was hurt. It is the same today with COVID19.
What does it all tell you? Raise your mental energy level; the
higher is your energy level, the healthier you are and happier.
Infinite intelligence created Universe and enabled Evolution
resulted in the development of the high-energy human beings
capable of making their world a Paradise.
