‫ين‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ٍ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ٍ‬ ‫" فٱستجاب ل ُ م َرﱡ ُ م أ ِ ى ﻻ أ ِضيع ع َم َل عـ ِم ٍ ۢل ِم ِ‬
‫ٰ‬ ‫َُ َ‬ ‫َٰ ُ ۟ ُ ُ ۟ َ ُ َ‬ ‫َٰ ْ َ ُ ُ ۟‬ ‫َ َ ۟ ُ ْ ۟‬
‫وذوا ِ َس ِ ي ِ َوقـ َتلوا َوق ِتلوا ﻷك ِّف َر ﱠن َع ْ ُ ْم َس ِّيـا ِ ِ ْم َوﻷ ْد ِخل ﱠ ُ ْم َج ﱠنـ ٍ ۢت َت ْج ِرى‬ ‫اج ُروا َوأخ ِر ُجوا ِمن ِديـ ِر ِ م وأ‬
‫ٱﻷ ْ َ ٰـ ُر َث َو ًابا ّم ْن ع ِ ﱠ َ ﱠ ُ َ ُ ُ ْ ُ ﱠ َ‬ ‫َ ْ َ َْ‬
‫اب‪" [3:195].‬‬ ‫ند ٱ ِ ۗ وٱ ِعند ۥه حسن ٱلثو ِ‬ ‫ۭ ِ ِ‬ ‫ِمن تح ِ ا‬

‫صا ِ ً ا ِّمن ذك ٍر أ ْو أن ٰ َو ُ َو ُم ْؤ ِم ٌن فل ُن ْح ِي َ ﱠن ُه َح َياة ط ِّي َبة ۖ َول َن ْج ِزَ ﱠ ُ ْم أ ْج َر ُ م ِبأ ْح َس ِن‬
‫" َم ْن َعم َل َ‬
‫ِ‬
‫َ َ ُ َ ْ َ ُ نَ‬
‫ما انوا عملو ‪" [16:97].‬‬

‫الز َ َاة َو َأط ْع َن ﱠ َ‬
‫الص َﻼ َة َوآت َن ﱠ‬ ‫ﱠ‬ ‫اﻷو َ ٰ َو َأق ْمنَ‬
‫ﱠ ْ ُ ً َ َ ْ َ ُ ُ ُ ﱠ ََ ََﱠ ْ َ ََ ﱡ َ ْ َ ﱠ ْ ُ‬
‫معروفا‪ .‬وقرن ِ بيو ِتكن وﻻ ت جن ت ج ا ا ِ ِلي ِة‬
‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬
‫س َأ ْ َل ْال َب ْ ت َو ُ َط ّ َر ُك ْم َت ْط ً ا َو ْاذ ُك ْر َن َما ُي ْت َ ٰ ُب ُيوت ُكنﱠ‬ ‫ََ ُ َ ُ ﱠَ ُ ُ ﱠُ ُ ْ َ َ ُ ُ ّ‬
‫الر ْج َ‬
‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ورسوله ِإنما ي ِر د ِليذ ِ ب عنكم ِ‬

‫]يت ِخذون أحب َار ْم و ُر َبا ُ ْم أ ْر ًابا ِّمن دو ِن ِ‬

"Divorced women shall wait concerning themselves for three


monthly periods. Nor is it lawful for them to hide what Allah has
created in their wombs, if they have faith in Allah and the Last
Day. And their husbands have the better right to take them back
in that period, if they wish for reconciliation. And women shall
have rights similar to the rights against them, according to what
is equitable; but men have a degree (of advantage) over them.
And Allah is Exalted in Power, Wise…" (Al-Qur'an, 2:228,
‫ََ ﱠ‬ ْ َ َ َ ُ َ َ ََ ُ َ َ ْ ‫ات َي َ َ ﱠب‬
ُ ‫َو ْاﳌُ َط ﱠل َق‬
Arabic: ِ ُ ‫وء ۖ َوﻻ َي ِح ﱡل ل ُ ﱠن أن َيك ُت ْم َن َما خل َق‬ ٍ ‫صن ِبأنف ِس ِ ﱠن ثﻼثة ق ُر‬
َ َْ َ َٰ َ َ ْ ْ ‫ﱠ‬ ْ ُ َ
‫صﻼ ًحا ۚ َول ُ ﱠن‬ ‫أ ْر َح ِام ِ ﱠن ِإن ك ﱠن ُيؤ ِم ﱠن ِبا ِ َوال َي ْو ِم اﻵ ِخ ِر ۖ َو ُ ُعول ُ ُ ﱠن أ َح ﱡق ِب َر ِ ّد ِ ﱠن ِ ذ ِل َك ِإ ْن أ َر ُادوا ِإ‬
ٌ ‫وف ۚ َو ِل ّلر َجال َع َل ْ ﱠن َد َر َج ٌة ۗ َو ﱠ ُ َعز ٌز َح ِك‬ َْ ‫َ َ ﱠ‬ ‫ْ ﱠ‬

‫" وٱﳌطلقـت ي بصن ِبأنف ِس ِ ن ثلـثة قر ٍ‬
‫ص َلٰـ ًحا ۚ َو َل ُ ﱠن م ْث ُل ﱠٱلذى َع َل ْ نﱠ‬ ‫َٰ َ ْ َ َ ُ ۟‬ ‫َ َ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫ﱠ ْ‬
‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬
‫ْ‬ ‫اخ ِر ۚ َو ُ ُعول ُ ُ ﱠن أ َح ﱡق ِب َر ِ ّد ِ ن ِ ذ ِلك ِإن أرادوا ِإ‬
‫ﱠ‬
‫ِ‬ ‫ُي ْؤ ِم ﱠن ِبٱ ِ َوٱل َي ْو ِم ٱلـ‬
‫ٌۢ ﱠ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َْ‬
‫وف ۚ َو ِل ّ ِلر َج ِال َعل ْ ِ ﱠن َد َر َجة ۗ َوٱ ُ َع ِز ٌز َح ِكيم"‪.‬‬

‫َْ ۚ‬

‫صدقت ِب ِل َم ِ‬ ‫"وم ْر َم اب ت ِع ْم َران ال ِ أحص ت ف ْرج َ ا فنفخنا ِف ِيه ِمن ر ِ‬
‫وحنا و‬
‫ْ‬ ‫َ َ‬
‫َو ان ْت ِم َن ال َقا ِن ِت َن"‬

‫َ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫ين َآم ُنوا ْام َ َرأ َت ف ْر َع ْو َن إ ْذ َق َال ْت َ ّب ْابن ع َ‬


‫ند َك َب ْ ًتا ِ ا َ ﱠن ِة َون ِ ّج ِ ِمن‬ ‫ض َر َب ﱠ ُ َم َث ًﻼ ّل ﱠلذ َ‬ ‫" َو َ‬
‫رِ ِ ِ ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ ِ‬
‫وح َنا‬ ‫َ ﱠ َ ْ ََ ْ َ َ َََ َْ‬ ‫ﱠ َ َ َ َ َْ َ‬ ‫َ َْ‬ ‫َ َ َ َ ََ ّ‬
‫ِف ْرع ْون وع َم ِل ِه ون ِج ِ ِمن الق ْو ِم الظ ِ ِاﳌ ن‪ .‬وم ْر َم اب ت ِع ْم َران ال ِ أحص ت ف ْرج َ ا فنفخنا ِف ِيه ِمن ﱡر ِ‬
‫ْ‬ ‫َ َ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫َ َﱠ َ ْ َ‬
‫ات َرِّ َ ا َوك ُت ِب ِه َو ان ْت ِم َن ال َقا ِن ِت َن"‪.‬‬
‫صدقت ِب ِل َم ِ‬ ‫و‬
Men have a degree above…

"‫"للذين آمنوا‬

Mankind, fear your Lord, who created you of a single soul, and
from it created its mate, and from the pair of them scattered
abroad many men and women; and fear God by whom you
demand one of another, and the wombs; surely God ever
watches over you (Al-Qur’an, 4: 1)
‫…‪And from it created its mate‬‬

‫َ ََ‬
‫ل َق ْد خل ْق َنا‬
‫َ‬ ‫ْ َ َ َ‬
‫ان ِ أ ْح َس ِن ت ْق ِو م ٍ◌‬‫اﻹ س‬
‫ِ‬

‫ﱠ‬ ‫ََ‬ ‫َََ ُ ّ ﱠْ‬ ‫َ َﱡَ ﱠ ُ ﱠ ُ َﱠ ُ ُ ﱠ‬


‫س َو ِاح َد ٍة َوخل َق ِم ْ َ ا َز ْو َج َ ا َو َ ث ِم ْ ُ َما‬
‫يا أ ا الناس اتقوا ر كم ال ِذي خلقكم ِمن نف ٍ‬
‫ً َ‬
‫ِر َجاﻻ ك ِث ً ا َو ِ َس ًاء‬

‫س‬ ‫َْ‬ ‫َز ْو َج َ ا‬


‫نف ٍ‬

‫…‪And from it created its mate‬‬

‫َ‬ ‫ۡ ﱠ َ ََََ‬ ‫َ ﱡ َ َ‬ ‫ﱠ َ ٰ ُ َ ٰٓ‬


‫َ‬ ‫ۡ ُۡ‬
‫ال َي ـ َاد ُم َ ۡل أ ُدل َك َع ٰ َ َر ِة ٱ ل ِد َو ُمل ࣲك ﻻ َي ۡب ٰۖ فأكﻼ ِم ۡ َ ا ف َب َد ۡت ل ُ َما‬ ‫س إ َل ۡي ِه ٱلش ۡيطـن ق َ‬‫ََ ۡ َ َ‬
‫فوسو ِ‬
‫َ‬ ‫ۡ ۖ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ٰ‬
‫]‪َ " [20:120-121‬س ۡو َءـ ُ ُ َما َوط ِف َقا َي ۡخ ِص َف ِان َعل ۡ ِ َما ِمن َو َر ِق ٱ َ ﱠن ِة َو َع َ ٰٓ َء َاد ُم َرﱠ ُ ۥه ف َغ َو ٰى‬

“Men are the protectors and maintainers of women, because Allah has
given the one more (strength) than the other, and because they support
them from their means. Therefore, the righteous women are devoutly
obedient, and guard in [the husband's] absence what Allah would
have them guard. As to those women on whose part ye fear disloyalty
and ill-conduct, admonish them (first), (Next), refuse to share their
beds, (And last) beat them (lightly); but if they return to obedience,
seek not against them Means (of annoyance): For Allah is Most High,
great (above you all)” (Al-Qur’an, 4: 34)

‫اط َعة أ ْم ًرا َح ﱠ ٰ ش َ ُدو ِن‪.‬‬ ‫أﻻ علوا ع ﱠ وأتو ِ ي ُم ْس ِل ِم ن‪ .‬قالت يا أ ﱡ َ ا اﳌﻸ أفتو ِ ي ِ أم ِري ما كنت ق ِ‬
‫َ ْ َ ْ ُ َ ْ َ ُ َ َ َ ْ ُ َ َ َ ْ ﱠ ْ ُُ َ َ َ ُ‬ ‫َ ُ َ ْ ُ ُ ُ ُ ﱠ َُ ُ َْ َ‬
‫وك ِإذا َدخلوا‬ ‫س ش ِد ٍيد واﻷمر ِإلي ِك فانظ ِري ماذا تأم ِر ن‪ .‬قالت ِإن اﳌل‬ ‫قالوا نحن أولو قو ٍة وأولو بأ ٍ‬
‫ٌ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ٌ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ّ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ْ‬
‫َ َ َ‬ ‫ٰ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ً‬ ‫ﱠ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ َ ً َ ْ َ ُ َ َ َ َُ َ ﱠَ َ ْ‬
‫اظ َرة ِب َم َي ْر ِج ُع‬
‫ق ْر ة أفسدو ا وجعلوا أ ِعزة أ ِل َ ا أ ِذلة ۖ وكذ ِلك يفعلون‪ .‬و ِ ِ ي ُم ْر ِسلة ِإل ْ ِ م ِ َ ِد ﱠي ٍة فن ِ‬
‫ُْ ُ َ‬
‫اﳌ ْر َسلون﴾ ]‪[27:29-35‬‬

‫ّ ََ ُ َ ْ‬ ‫ُث ﱠم َك َش ْف َنا َعن َس َاء َ ا َفا َذا َ َق ٓائ َم ٌة ُتنظ ُر ا َ ﱠ َ َ ْ‬

‫ود ِان ۖ‬ ‫﴿و َﳌﱠا َو َر َد َم َاء َم ْد َي َن َو َج َد َع َل ْيه ُأ ﱠم ًة ّم َن ﱠ‬
‫َ‬
‫ِ‬ ‫ِِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬
‫َ َ َ ٌ َ‬ ‫َﱠ ُ ْ َ ّ‬ ‫َ َ َ َ ُْ ُ َ َ ََ َ َ ْ‬
‫الر َع ُاء ۖ َوأ ُبونا ش ْيخ ك ِب ٌ ﴾ ]‪[28:23‬‬ ‫قال ما خطبكما ۖ قالتا ﻻ س ِقي ح ٰ يص ِدر ِ‬

‫ال َي ْف َعلون ُه"‬ ‫"و ِ يا رسو ِ ال ِ ساء يفعلنه و ِ‬

‫ََ ْ َ َ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َ ُ ﱠ ْ َ َ َ ﱠ َ َ َ‬
‫الش ْيطانة ِ "‬ ‫أتد ِر ن ما مثل ذاك؟ مثل ذاك مثل الشيط ِان ل ِقي‬

‫ِ‬ ‫ات غضضن ِمن أب ِ ِ‬ ‫ِ ِ‬

‫ض ِرْ َن ِبخ ُم ِر ِ ﱠن َع ٰ ُج ُيو ِ ِ ﱠن"‬

‫الد ِين‬
‫ِ‬ ‫"أ لك من ان قبلكم الغلو ِ‬

‫َ‬ ‫َ َٰ‬ ‫َ َ ﱠ َ َ ُ َ َ ْ ُُ ُ َ ﱠ ﱠ َ ُ ْ َ َ َ ُ َ َ َ َْ َ‬
‫اظ ِر َن ِإن ُاه َولـ ِك ْن ِإذا‬ ‫"يا أ ﱡ َ ا ال ِذين آمنوا ﻻ تدخلوا ب ُيوت الن ِ ّ ِ ِإﻻ أن يؤذن لك ْم ِإ ٰ طع ٍام غ َ ن ِ‬
‫ﱠ ﱠ ََ ْ َ ْ‬ ‫ﱠ َٰ ُ ْ َ َ ُ ْ‬ ‫َْ َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُ ُ َ ْ ُُ َ َ َ ُ َ َ‬
‫يث ۚ َ ِإن ذ ِلكم ان يؤ ِذي الن ِ ٰ ف س َتح ِ‬ ‫د ِعيت ْم فادخلوا ف ِإذا ط ِع ْمت ْم فان ِش ُروا َوﻻ ُم ْستأ ِ ِس ن ِ َ ِد ٍ‬

‫اب ۚ ذ ِلك ْم أط َ ُر‬ ‫ِمنكم ۖ واللـه ﻻ ستح ِ ِمن ا َ ِق ۚ و ِ ذا سألتمو ن م َتاعا فاسأل َو ن ِمن ور ِاء ِ َ ٍ‬
‫اج ُه من َ ْعده أ َب ًدا ۚ إ ﱠن َٰذل ُك ْم َ َ‬
‫اللـه َوَﻻ أن َت ُ ْ َ َ‬ ‫ُُْ ُ َ ﱠ‬ ‫ُُ ُ َ ُُ ﱠ َ َ َ َ َ ُ‬
‫ان‬ ‫ِ ِ‬ ‫ِِ‬ ‫نكحوا أزو ِ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِلقلو ِ ك ْم وقلو ِ ِ ن ۚ وما ان لك ْم أن تؤذوا َرسول ِ‬
‫َ ﱠ‬
‫ند الل ِـه َع ِظ ًيما]‪"[33:53‬‬‫ِع‬

‫ض ْع َن ب ْال َق ْو ِل َف َي ْط َم َع ﱠال ِذي َق ْلب ِه َم َر ٌ‬‫الن ّ َل ْس ُ ﱠن َ َأ َحد ّم َن ال ّ َساء ۚ إن ﱠات َق ْي ُ ﱠن َف َﻼ َت ْخ َ‬


‫َ َ َ ﱠ‬
‫ض‬
‫َ‬ ‫ِ‬ ‫ِ‬
‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ِ‬
‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ٍ ِ ِ ِ ِِ‬
‫َ‬ ‫"يا ِ ساء ِ ِ‬

‫ٰ َ ْ َ ﱠ َ َ َ ﱠ َ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫ْ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُ‬ ‫ً َ َ‬ ‫ُْ َ ً‬
‫الز اة َوأ ِط ْع َن‬ ‫َوقل َن ق ْوﻻ ﱠم ْع ُروفا‪َ .‬وق ْرن ِ ُب ُيو ِتك ﱠن َوﻻ ت َ ﱠ ْج َن ت َ ﱡ َج ا َ ا ِ ِل ﱠي ِة اﻷو ۖ وأ ِقمن الصﻼة وآ ِت ن‬
‫ُ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ُْ َ‬ ‫َ ُ َ ْ‬ ‫ﱠَََُ َُ ﱠَ ُ ُ ﱠُ ُْ َ َ ُ ُ ّ ْ َ َ ْ‬
‫س أ ْ َل ال َب ْ ِت َو ُ ط ِّ َرك ْم تط ِ ً ا‪َ .‬واذك ْرن َما ُي ْت ٰ ِ ُب ُيو ِتك ﱠن‬ ‫الرج‬
‫اللـه ورسوله ۚ ِإنما ي ِر د اللـه ِليذ ِ ب ع َنكم ِ‬
‫َ‬ ‫ﱠ َ ْ َْ ﱠ ﱠ‬
‫الل َـه َ َ‬

‫ال‪»ِ :‬لت ِجع ْل ل َ ا ص ِ‬ ‫" َيا َن ﱠ ﱠ ِ ‪ ،‬إ ﱠنا َأ َح ُد َنا َل ْ َس ْت َل َ ا ج ْل َب ٌ‬

‫الصﻼة ۚ َو َمن ت َز ٰى ف ِإ ﱠن َما َي َ ٰى ِل َن ْف ِس ِه ۚ َو ِ ِ اﳌ ِص ُ "‬ ‫ين َيخش ْون َرﱠ ُ م ِبالغ ْي ِب َوأق ُاموا‬ ‫ال ِذ‬

‫ٱلصل ٰوة‬ ‫وف و و ع ِن ٱﳌنك ِر و ِقيمو‬ ‫ض يأمرون ِبٱﳌعر ِ‬ ‫" وٱﳌؤ ِمنو وٱﳌؤ ِمنت عض م أوِلياء ع ٍ‬
‫ٌ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫ٌ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ‬ ‫َ ُ ْ ُ َن ﱠ َ ٰ َ َ ُ ُ َن ﱠ َ َ َ ُ َ ُ ۚ ُ ۟ َٰٓ َ َ َ ْ َ ُ ُ ُ ﱠ ُۗ ﱠ ﱠ‬
‫و ؤتو ٱلز وة و ِطيعو ٱ ورسول ۥٓه أول ِئك س حم م ٱ ِإن ٱ ع ِز ز ح ِكيم "‬
