<Important> Precautions concerning version upgrade

Also, from V8.0 each graphics engine of OpenGL and Direct3D can be selected. In this document, precautions are described when
using graphics engine in OpenGL mode.
* About switching of OpenGL and Direct3D, refer to "CADmeister Online help" -> "Customize" -> "Graphics Engine"
Display speeding up function has released in CADmeister V7.0. However, by a part of structure of "Graphic board (GA hereafter)"
and "Driver", the phenomenon such as slowing down of display, freeze and system down occurred in CADmeister using customer.
To solve this problem, from V8.0 customization function that display speeding up function will be valid in only structure of confirmed
operation in UEL Corporation is added.

Function that display speeding up is validated only in case of GA / driver structure with operating

performance.
- Terminal information of GA / driver that operation confirmed in UEL Corporation if validating display
speeding up function is described in graphics information file (hereafter information file). Structure is
confirmed when starting CADmeister, and if description does not exist in information file, display speeding
Detailed up function is validated ant the system operates in compatible display function.

- If information file does not exist, the system operates by validating display speeding up function.
- The display speeding up function can be made effective through "Setting of graphics engine" in "Port/
Display mode setting" of the "Option" command.
Remarks - Contents of information file is added and updated periodically. For details, please contact to sales
representative.
- Operation in structure that is not described in information file that we provide is not covered under
operation warranty.

<To customers who installed CADmeister V7.0 or later and use display speeding up function>
Sometimes display speeding up function is invalidated that was validated by CADmeister version upgrade or driver update. In
case that structure you use is not described in information file after version upgrade, display speeding up function can be used
continuously by using the "Option" command.

Effectiveness and ineffectiveness of the display accelerator capability can be checked using "Property" of the port.
