Job Summary
As the Business Analyst, you will be responsible for providing insight and analysis on the company’s business
operations. You will help implement strategic initiatives for improved efficiency and productivity. The successful
candidate will lead projects to produce better cost-effective results and increased revenue. The candidate should be
knowledgeable in data analysis, business processes, project management, as well as documentation and reporting.
Under general supervision, the Business Analyst will be able to oversee the planning and implementation of multiple
projects and ensure proper documentation with minimal assistance.
General Responsibilities
• Gather, review, and analyze business operations and industry data
• Research and assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
• Evaluate and communicate recommendations for improving operations with production, managerial, and
executive teams
• Create project documentation and training materials for new processes and operations
• Monitor newly implemented/ revised business processes to ensure business requirements
• Provide support with applications in production by tracking and troubleshooting problems
• Maintain updated processes with monthly status reports to all appropriate parties
• Utilize feedback to continue to improve the newly adopted processes
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, or computer science preferred
• 3-5 years of Business Analyst experience in testing and mapping business processes
• Excellent research and critical thinking skills
• Experience in generating process documentation and reports
• Excellent written, interpersonal, and presentational skills
• Experience in project management
• CBAP certification preferred
• Ability to travel, as needed
