1) The following document should be enclosed along with the application form.

A) Photocopy of the All Semester Marksheet (Self Attested)


B) Original Transfer Certificate from the College/Institution last attended

2) The fee of Rs. 1000/- for the issue of Migration Certificate. The fee should be paid in the form of Cash or Demand Draft
in favour of the “Karnavati University payable at Ahmedabad” (The Cheque of any type shall not be accepted)
3) Fees not refundable and not adjustable in any case.

4) In case of any wrong information provided in the form, candidate will be fully responsible for the
same and University may take appropriate action against him/her.
