Hyundai Rotem is a Korean company for trains production and the project that I work in, is 20
trains from Hyundai Rotem in HELWAN EL MARG metro line with two years’ warranty and
eight years’ maintenance contract

DUTIES:
 I work in the corrective maintenance team
 Investigate and solve train control problems
 Investigate and solve train electrical problems
 Contact with suppliers for spare parts
 Contact with suppliers for solving train issues
 Make fleet checks on the 20 trains for monitoring issues
 Schedule preventive maintenance for the trains
 Prepare and send NCR (Non Conformity Report) for suppliers of
