party's materials that did not consumed ﻭﺃﻥ ﻳﻌﻴﺪ ﺍﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻑ،ﺗﻜﻮﻥ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻬﺪﺗﻪ

work regulation approved by the Ministry ،ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺭﺩ ﺍﻟﺒﺸﺮﻳﺔ ﻭﺍﻟﺘﻨﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ
of Human Resources and Social ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺍﺟﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻱ ﺑﻨﺪ ﺃﻭ ﺃﻣﺮ ﻟﻢ ﻳﺮﺩ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺺ

10.3. Both parties acknowledge that they have ﻳﻘﺮ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻓﺎﻥ ﺑﺎﻧﻬﻤﺎ ﻗﺪ ﻋﻠﻤﺎ ﻭﻓﻬﻤﺎ ﻛﻞ.3.10

interpreted as including amendments that ﺍﻟﺘﻌﺪﻳﻼﺕ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻄﺮﺃ ﻋﻠﻴﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺣﻴﻦ ﻵﺧﺮ
may occur to them from time to time

1. The contract shall be automatically renewed ﻣﺎﻟﻢ، ﻳﺘﺠﺪﺩ ﻫﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻌﻘﺪ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﻴﺎ ﻟﻤﺪﺓ ﻣﻤﺎﺛﻠﺔ.1
for an equivalent period, unless at least 30 ﻳﺸﻌﺮ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺍﻷﻃﺮﺍﻑ ﺑﻌﺪﻡ ﺭﻏﺒﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﻟﺘﺠﺪﻳﺪ ﺑﻤﺪﺓ
