1.3 Core Monitoring Capabilities:
The proposed monitoring solution should be able to monitor:
Routers, Switches, Firewalls, IPS, IDS, Wireless devices, Other SNMP-
enabled devices
1.4 Should automatically provide real-time, in-depth network
performance statistics after discovery/configuration of devices,
including but not limited to CPU load, Memory utilization, packet
loss etc.
1.5 Should display device status and interface status by different colors
to represent warning and critical status
1.6 Should show both Realtime details and historical details in form of
charts with option to choose the time periods
1.7 Should be able to discover and monitor both IPv4 and IPv6 devices
1.8 Should have options to poll using SNMP v1, v2 and v3 and WMI
1.9 The proposed monitoring solution should be able to discover devices
in the network with SNMP and ICMP capabilities automatically, on
input of IP address ranges, subnets, individual IP addresses, Active
Directory
1.10 Solutions must have multi-vendor network monitoring and

services, processes, accounts and privileges
Solutions should cover DDoS threat detection, Malware Detection &
Investigation
*Proper implementation of IT monitoring system to be completed by the bidder.

Note: Training is mentioned in individual item but bidder may design a comprehensive onsite training
for all items. The Authority may verify the Implementation Status as per Procurement of features by
3rd Party Consultancy Firm and Based on Report, bidder get Certification of UAT.
