of Honeywell’s major initiatives.
 Award: BRAVO Bronze Award and Award certificate.

Individual Excellence Award


 Summary: Recognizes employees for contributions to growth and customer service.
Individual achievements must go above and beyond daily responsibilities and
exemplify Honeywell’s 8 Behaviors.
 Award: BRAVO Bronze Award and Award certificate.

Results should demonstrate one or more of the following:


 Better price
 Lower cost to serve
 Increased productivity
 Improved customer satisfaction or superior customer service
 Work that is done Right and Fast the first time
 Superb use of the Honeywell User Experience (HUE)
 Improvements to quality, delivery, product value, cycle time, or technology
 Increased results due to team diversity (diversity of team backgrounds, thoughts, experiences,
cross-functional knowledge, etc.)
 Work aligned with HOS Gold, which brings all of our best practices and processes – including
HOS Bronze and Silver, Velocity Product Development, Functional Transformation, and the
Honeywell User Experience – into a single initiative, enabling us to grow faster than our
competition

 It is easy to understand by someone outside your business unit – define ALL acronyms and tell
the story simply (who, what, where, when, why, and how)
 It includes quantitative as well as qualitative results achieved
 It embodies Honeywell’s 8 Behaviors and is in full compliance with the Code of Business
Conduct

2. What problem or opportunity did the team/employee work to resolve?

3. Describe the solution, what was achieved, and why this is significant for the business. Be
sure to highlight use of HOS Gold, HUE, Right and Fast, or other key initiatives.

When submitting a nomination, it is critical that you ensure all information is complete and accurate. Keep
in mind that this nomination form will be submitted as is to Country Presidents & SBG/ SBU Leaders for
review and consideration.

All fields on this form are required and incomplete forms will be returned prior to review. Please contact
your business finance to validate the financial impact if needed. Please consider attaching more details
with this nomination if necessary.

A Judging committee will be arranged with participation of Country Presidents & SBG/ SBU Leaders.
Nominator shall be asked to be available and present about the nomination.

Winners will be asked to submit photos for internal use only.
