Entrepreneur vs. Employees

The document compares and contrasts the mindsets and goals of entrepreneurs and employees. It notes that entrepreneurs create new things and take risks, setting their own clear goals and making decisions independently. Their advantages include being their own boss and setting their own schedules and visions. The main differences outlined are that entrepreneurs create new paths while employees follow set directions, entrepreneurs live for risks while employees take fewer, and entrepreneurs plan while employees execute tasks.
