Responsibilities
Execute Systems Administration Service Levels - Monitor systems performance and

Resolve issues - Oversee the assessment of risks to systems - Identify complex system
issues to provide advisory to the stakeholders - Investigate cause of systems issues -

Requirements
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
3 - 5 years of relevant experience
Experience in implementing, managing and supporting a sizeable and complex
network infrastructure and operation in a large organisation with off-site,
subsidiaries/business unit.
Have experience and knowledge in Enterprise IT infrastructure covering routing,
switching, data centre nexus and aci and security devices.
Have vendor, service level and project management skill.
Have people management and interpersonal skills, showing leadership with a positive
working attitude.
CCNA/CCNP/ITIL certification required.
Willing to work on after office hours, weekends and public holiday, when needed.
Assistant Lead/Senior Systems Engineer (Network)
Responsibilities
i) Support infrastructure design and implementation - Support technical system
analysis to determine the extent to which solutions perform “as required” to ensure
that future solutions meet anticipated demand - Support the design and
implementation of infrastructure solutions that adhere to current architecture standards
- Lead the design installations, system migration and integration - Lead the testing and
handover of implemented infrastructure solution
ii) Support infrastructure operations - Support delivery of optimal infrastructure
operations - Create documents on administration, installation, configuration and
troubleshooting - Apply diagnostic tools to perform technical analysis of complex
software, hardware and infrastructure equipment - Support the development of report
on infrastructure capabilities and limitations
iii) Maintain infrastructure - Support the improvement of maintenance capability by
using automation for upgrades, enterprise backup and storage - Identify key
infrastructure operations issues and maintenance priorities - Support the
implementation of agreed infrastructure change requests and maintenance routines -
Develop report on performance and availability of infrastructure systems by review of
service uptime, utilisation, throughput etc.
iv) Optimise infrastructure performance - Support the initiatives to improve the
infrastructure systems and service delivery through automation and virtualisation
technologies - Support the monitoring of performance, availability and security of
infrastructure systems and key operational metrics
v) Resolve incidents - Support problem/issue identification and resolution - Escalate
problems/issues - Support simulation of user problems to resolve operating difficulties

Requirements
CCNA

Lead Engineer (Manager) / Senior Manager
Responsibilities
Set system administration processes
Establish goals and priorities, design, planning, day-to-day operation, maintenance,
and advanced troubleshooting of systems
Align system administration with overall strategic IT service direction and business
needs
Assist with the development of business case justifications and cost/benefit analyses
for spending and initiatives
Anticipate internal and/or external business challenges and/or regulatory issues

Senior Network Engineer
Responsibilities
Participate in project or Maintenance Systems’ meetings and propose improvements if
necessary
Evaluate potential problems and technical issues
Able to identify potential root causes and propose resolutions
Lead and Supervise projects /maintenance Systems and coordinate all team members
to keep workflow on track
Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current,
properly filed and stored
Liaise with backend support group to facilitate Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment and
compliance
Liaise externally with the rest of Service Partners and contractors to facilitate the
project/Maintenance Systems’ fulfilment
Monthly Report and Fault management
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Computer science / IT / Engineering or equivalent
Highly motivated and self-driven to complete assignment with the limited resources
and tight schedule
Good technical skills in engineering, computer and IT systems, and preferably in
communications technologies as well
Good communication and writing skills
At least 2 years of working experience respectively in project management or service
delivery role. Able to handle complex projects, technical challenges and different
groups of users and external contractors
Experience in deploying and implementing enterprise network solutions
CCNA / CCNP highly preferred
Experience in SI environment highly preferred
Strong vendor management in negotiation and collaboration
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and able to work well at all levels
Possess strong analytical skills with positive attitude
Senior / Systems Engineer
Responsibilities
Participate in system- related vulnerabilities testing and drill.
Participate in IT audit and Disaster Recovery Plan.
Monitor network and system utilization
Assist in any other duties as assigned from time to time, where applicable
Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system infrastructure projects.

Requirements
