Hi, This is Shamima Nasrin. Currently I am residing at Sydney, Australia in dependent VISA. I am From
Bangladesh. Back in my country I have worked for Supermarket, food industry, education counselling
agency and telecommunication company. In all my jobs I have proved myself as an expert in managing
customers, dealing with different situations, time management and completing any kind of task
succesfully. I have completed bachelor in Finance and Masters in Marketing in Bangladesh

In my previous role, I have worked in the supermarket, food industry and telecommunication company.
In all the role I have worked with a team. In a team, each member is assigned with specific roles which
increase the productivity and efficiency of the job. The most admirable aspect of being a team member
is that it enhances communication and collaboration, boost the morale and motivation by creating
shared goals, facilitate learning and development opportunities.
What does good customer service look like to you? How would you show good customer service?
Good customer service is about understanding the needs and expectations of the customers and
providing them with the best possible solutions. It is also about being respectful, courteous, and
empathetic towards the customers, and making them feel valued and appreciated.
I would show good customer service by being friendly, attentive, and empathetic to the customers. I
would greet them warmly with smile. I would ask open-ended questions to understand their situation
and needs and avoid interrupting them or making assumptions. I would thank them for their patience,
feedback, and loyalty, and invite them to contact me again if they have any questions or concerns.
How long will it to reach to the Jobs location:
If I consider the public transport, it will take around 45 minutes on average from my current location.
Once I got the confirmation from the job I am planning to move nearby of my job location so that I can
give my utmost attention and dedication to the jobs.
