Performance Task Option 1: Menstruation Calendar


Content: Menstrual Cycle SAMPLE OUTPUT
Performance Standard: Make a creative menstruation
cycle calendar that presents the complete phases of
menstruation.
Competency:
Sample Output
1. Identify the phases of menstruation cycle using a
calendar.

Direction:
-Using long bond paper, make a creative calendar
showing the phases of menstruation cycle:
1. Menstrual phase (From day 1 to 5) : Red Color
2. Follicular phase (From day 1 to 13) : Blue Color
3. Ovulation phase (Day 14) : Green Color
4. Luteal phase (From day 15 to 28) : Yellow Color
-Use different colors for every phase to indicate its period.
-You can put some short caption on the calendar or smileys that would describe each phases, example:

: For Ovulation

-Show your creativity using coloring materials or any creative design that will enhance your output.
-See the rubrics below for your guide in accomplishing your output.
- Submit your output on or before February 25, 2022.

Performance Task Option 2: My Hormones!
Content: Roles of Hormones in Reproductive System
Performance Standard: Create an instructional video that explain the concept of hormones in the male and
female reproductive system.
Competency:
1. Identify the hormones involved in male and female reproductive system.
2. Explain the hormones involved in male and female reproductive system.
Direction:
-Video at least 1-2 minutes .
-Discuss the following on the video:
-What are hormones involved in male reproductive system?
-What are hormones involved in female reproductive system?
-Compare the similarities and differences of hormones in male reproductive system to
hormones of female reproductive system.
-Write your captions in a text box while you insert your recorded voice reading the texts/captions.
-No need to show/video yourself, record your voice only.
-You can download pictures of the hormones to add creativity and details on your video output.
