ACOSTAwas called to order by the PB (Punong Barangay) at exactly 3:00 in the afternoon.

OPENING PRAYER:

As requested by the Punong Barangay, SBM Jay A. Acoba led the invocation to seek guidance
from the Almighty God.

ROLL CALL:

After the prayer, the PB directed the Secretary Rosie A. Addu to call the roll to which nine (10)
members responded and a quorum was declared.

READING/CORRECTIONS/AMENDMENTS/APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES OF PREVIOUS
LOVELY JOY
SESSION:

SBM MIRIAM BADUA moved that the reading of the minutes of the previous session be
dispensed and moved for its approval because copies of the same were already distributed
earlier to all members present with the corrections and amendments. The body duly seconded.

COMMITTEE REPORT

Committee on Youth and Sports SK Chairman Lovely Joy S. Madariaga mentioned that the
Basketball League Championship,(both categories, aged 23 under and aged 24 above started
last February 27-March 03, 2024 at Barangay 12 Basketball Court @ exactly 5:30 in the
afternoon.
REFERENCE OF BUSSINESS:

1. Peace and order, according to PB our Barangay was generally peaceful there were no
untoward incidents happened. The body agreed.
2. About Clean and Green Kudos to all of us for the excellent cooperation and unity during
our weekly Clean up drive.
3. Burning of Garbages - PB suggested that she will make a notice letter to be passed and
signed by the concerned residence, for their first offense.The body agreed.
4. HAPAG – in progress
5. BNEO expenses - Punong Barangay Lourie Ann E. Tuliao mentioned about the upcoming
BNEO on March 12 and 13 2024, 33k per Barangay, Ph2,500.00 per head/official.
Transportation expenses – 5k for the Van rental,the budget allocated was Ph300.00 per
Barangay official, total of Ph3,300.00,therefore the Ph1,700.00 will be equally divided
(Ph155.00) per official.
6. MENRO – PB mentioned about the garbage picking-up, that starting on March 04,2024
(Monday) there will be one(1) SBM and one(1) Tanod present during the picked-up time
schedule and after that, the said duty officials will clean the area.

OTHER MATTERS:

1. Stray Dogs – PB mentioned again to the body to please reiterate the importance of
disseminating to the community the LAW against stray dogs and it’s importance.
2. PB mentioned about the contribution, that every expenses of the Barangay should be
equally divided by the Barangay Officials, SBM Armando V. Acosta and SBM Rosephil R.
Ramones dis-agreed or refused, they told the body that if it’s too much expensive, like
the repaint of our Barangay Hall they said they cannot share, but if not that much they
can share for the contribution.
3. PB mentioned the RIA VAN repairment, expenses will be the allocated budget for the RIA
Van.
4. Group Chat- PB mentioned about the Barangay official Group Chat (GC), to please reply
her messages not only to be SEEN specially to answer her call by the Barangay Official
members ONLY of the said GC.
5. PB mentioned about the Chairs, Tables and other Barangay Properties, that the
Barangay residence are free of charged for the rent. But SBM Rosephil R. Ramones
suggested that borrowers after their event they should return it immediately to avoid
damages of Barangay properties, the body agreed.

ADJOURNMENT:

Having no more topics to be discussed, on motion of SBM Miriam Badua duly seconded,
the session was adjourned at exactly 5:15 in the afternoon.
