1) A new version of the HGB assembly and analog drive board has been released for the BC-5000 instrument to improve stability of the HGB lamp. 2) The new version uses a new LED for the HGB lamp module and WBC reaction pool module, and has a black analog drive board with a dip switch and indication label used for matching old and new HGB assemblies. 3) Only the status of switch 1 needs adjusting for different versions of the HGB assembly. Users should download the latest service manual for replacement and adjustment details of the new HGB module.

In order to improve the stability of HGB lamp, new version of HGB assembly and
analog drive board has been released for BC-5000.
Please check more details as below.
1. Compatibility

NOTE: If an instrument with old version of analog drive board, when it needs to be
replaced HGB assembly:
(1) Apply for old version of HGB assembly for replacement.
(2) Apply for new version of HGB assembly and analog drive board to
replace together.

（1） HGB assembly
Except the difference of part number, adding a new label on the signal wire
of new HGB assembly, which shown as below.

Except the difference of part number, the color of board also has difference.
