Greetings!

Dear Ma'am/Sir,

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you of my recent absences
from March 1 to March 6, 2024 (last week up to this date) due to illness. On Monday
and Tuesday, I experienced severe symptoms of illness, including dizziness and
weakness, which significantly impacted my ability to perform my duties effectively.
I suspect that I have a fatigue because of non-stop helping and guarding my
grandfather at the hospital. While I took precautions to minimize and avoid the risk of
being fatigue, the demanding/needing nature to helping at the hospital previously may
have contributed to my current health situation.
Due to these circumstances, I decided to prioritize my health and well-being by taking
time off to rest and recover. I apologize for any inconvenience my absences that has
caused, and I assure you that I am taking all necessary steps to ease my fatigue and
return to work as soon as possible.
