MEETING PROPER
I. Documents (PSA, FORM 137 & Form 138 (SF9 & SF10) For Transferee).
 Ms. Jamito provided an overview of the essential documents needed for transferees
including PSA, Form 137 and Form 138 and addressed any specific considerations or
requirements related to the documents.
 The adviser also presented an in-depth review of Form 137 and 138, underlying its role as
learners permanent academic record.
II. Pupils Attendance & Behavior
 Ms. Jamito provided a summary of the existing attendance records, bringing attention to
any areas of concern. The discussion centered around identifying factors influencing
patterns or specific issues requiring attention. The role of parents in addressing
attendance and behavioral issues was a key topic of conversation.

III. Class Schedule


 The adviser gave a rundown of the existing class schedule including subjects, teachers
and time slots and action items were identified for implementing the new schedule or
making necessary adjustment, ensuring that learners are dismissed by or before 4:00 PM.

IV. School Rules and Regulations


 A comprehensive review of the current school rules and regulations was discussed
thoroughly with the adviser, highlighted key points and any recent updates like dress
code.
 Ms. Jamito also addressed queries and provided necessary explanations.
V. Guidelines on the Suspension of Classes
 The adviser reiterated to parents the existing protocols for class suspension, discussed
and identified potential factors such as bad weather, emergencies, or other unforeseen
circumstances. The criteria for class suspension were thoroughly discussed.
VI. Grading System
 Ms. Jamito presented an overview of the existing grading system, including criteria,
scales, and any recent updates. She also guided discussions on perceived strengths and
weaknesses, and areas for improvement.
 Parents were given the chance to share their experiences and observations regarding with
the current grading system.
