Project: HRMS
Description: HRMS is HR and payroll management system we developed in house for Times BPO Services
as we process payroll for our clients such as Bentley, Indorama, and BALCO etc. HRMS is such a vast
system which has modules for Training, Attendance, and Income Tax, Staffing, Provident fund and ESI.
HRMS is the in-house product designed and implemented to process the payroll and HR management
system for Bentley Nevada a branch of GE capital, and other clients. We redesigned it is the payroll and
HR system to incorporate new functionality needed for organization which included provident fund
processing, maintaining provident fund and various forms reports. The earlier system was in FoxPro and
they were struggling managing dbf files and reports. Reports used to be printed by DMP printer.
Responsibilities:
Replication support, Database Encryption knowledge, providing database tuning and monitoring
database security, performance, and utilization.
Perform the process of database security in compliance with the company’s policy, provide
physical model recommendations and provide escalation support for the production database.
