* You may use your own laptop (only Windows based computer, Apple computer is not supported).

 In week 1 (CD will meet you at D1-041b, day & time to be notified by email):
 Assigning PC and seating in the computer lab (D1-041b)
 Assigning Design team & Design project

 Elect a class rep by the end of 2nd week, following the procedure set by
the UL Students Life (ulstudentlife.ie/get-involved/class-reps/)

19
Class Reps
What do Class Reps do?
• They are the point of contact for the class with your lecturers, tutors and SU
• They provide feedback at course board meetings
• Email their class with info & updates on tutorials, exams timetables, etc.
• They organise fun stuff like class nights out, hoodies, etc.

Why would you?

Time to step-up, become a leader, a communicator, take responsibility – it
looks great on your CV!

How to become a class rep…

• Pick up the application form from Students’ Union reception
• Get 10 signatures from your classmates
• Return completed form to the Students’ Union ASAP
