DEED OF AGREEMENT

-------- SECOND PARTY

WHEREAS the FIRST PARTY ________________ is the authorized Signing Authority on behalf of New
Era which serves many more services at the sector of education, training, career grooming, life
coaching, recruitment, consultancy etc since March 2019. Second party namely …………….. have
decided to receive consultancy from FIRST PARTY for the process to get employment visa and job
placement with residency in UAE.

WHEREAS collectively they are referred to as “parties” and individually as “party” as the context may
require.

Parties agree that the sole purpose of this consultancy is to gain a better career opportunity for
SECOND PARTY and contribute the nation by earning remittance. For any fraudulent activities by
either party, no responsibilities will bestow upon the other party.

Now therefore following terms and conditions are hereby agreed between the parties:

1. SECOND PARTY shall provide his NID copy, original passport, all educational certificate
copies, updated resume, passport size high resolution photograph with formal dress and white
background and work experience certificate (if any).
2. SECOND PARTY shall pay an amount of BDT 1,15,000/= (One Lac and Fifteen Thousand
only) to FIRST PARTY as first installment from the total payable amount of BDT 4,65,000/= (Four
Lacs and Sixty-Five Thousand Only).
3. FIRST PARTY agrees to help for receiving following documents which can be verified in
UAE Govt website through QR Code Scan:
✓ Job Offer Letter from UAE company
✓ Employment Contract from UAE company
✓ Work Permit from UAE Govt
4. The offer letter must include but not be limited to following facilities from UAE
company:
✓ Food and Accommodation facilities provided by company
✓ Minimum 2500 AED as salary
✓ Minimum weekly 01 off day
✓ Minimum 02 years employment contract
5. FIRST PARTY shall return the file opening charge to the SECOND PARTY if he fails to
provide the offer letter including the mentioned facilities within 01 (One) calendar month from
file opening date.
6. As a security of refund, FIRST PARTY shall provide a security cheque from ________
Bank Account Number ____________ Dated ____________
7. SECOND PARTY agrees to return the above-mentioned cheque upon successfully
receiving the documents mentioned in Clause 3.
8. SECOND PARTY holds the sole responsibilities regarding the authenticity of provided
documents. If in any steps of the process it is found that there are errors in the documents,
FIRST PARTY shall be indemnified from all responsibilities and none of the paid amount shall be
refunded and the security cheque will no longer be valid based upon this agreement.
9. SECOND PARTY holds the responsibilities to be liable for any loss incurred by FIRST
PARTY due to the error in documents of SECOND PARTY.
10. SECOND PARTY agrees to accept the offer letter if he receives the offer including the
mentioned facilities. If he does not accept the offer, he shall not be refunded with the paid
amount and pay additional BDT 10,000/= (Ten Thousand Only) as consultancy fees to the FIRST
PARTY.
11. If SECOND PARTY does not accept the offer, further proceedings according to this
agreement will become null and void. If SECOND PARTY accepts the offer, further proceedings
according to this agreement shall commence accordingly.
12. Upon acceptance of above-mentioned documents, SECOND PARTY agrees to pay an
amount of BDT 2,00,000/= (Two Lacs only) to the FIRST PARTY.
13. FIRST PARTY agrees to help SECOND PARTY for receiving following documents after
receiving the above-mentioned payment:
✓ 02 months’ employment visa
✓ Joining date
✓ Flight schedule
✓ Air ticket (one way)
✓ Training materials
14. SECOND PARTY agrees to pay an amount of BDT 1,50,000/= (One Lac and Fifty
Thousand) upon receiving the above-mentioned documents including his original passport.
15. FIRST PARTY agrees to help SECOND PARTY for receiving following services after
receiving the above-mentioned payment:
✓ Support during airport departure in Bangladesh
 ✓ Receiving during airport arrival in UAE
✓ Medical checkup formalities in UAE Govt authorised medical checkup centre
✓ 02 years employment visa formalities upon receiving medically fit report in medical
checkup
✓ Visa stamping from UAE Govt
✓ Residency permit formalities
✓ Biometric formalities
✓ Emirates ID formalities
✓ Salary account formalities
16. SECOND PARTY shall be fully liable at his own for his own medical fitness result. FIRST
PARTY shall hold no responsibility if SECOND PARTY is found medically unfit in the medical
fitness test conducted by UAE Govt authorized medical checkup centre and none of the
payment will be refunded due to this reason.
17. In case of any dispute, parties shall sit and discuss the matters between each other to
sort out.
18. This agreement will be made in duplicate and each party will keep 01 (One) copy of this
agreement.
19. No Part of this agreement shall be altered and nothing may be added hereto unless
approved by the parties in a general meeting.
20. All other matters not provided herein, the Business Agreement shall be governed by
The Contract Act, 1872 as applicable from time to time.
