Prices : The above offered prices are Ex-Works Kalol, North Gujarat basis.
Taxes & duties : Applicable as per Govt. levis. In case of any change in the duty structure at the time of supply, the
same shall be applicable
Freight : Extra
Payment : 50% advance with order and balance 50% before dispatch against Proforma Invoice
Validity : 15 days foracceptance, 30 daysfor supply & thereafter subject to our re-confirmation.
Delivery period : 4 weeks after receipt of technically & commercially clear confirmed order and receipt of
advance
Inspection : Inspection, if any, will be carried out at our works before dispatch.
Installation : As above mentioned,
Grillage : Will be charged Extra

ERRECTION OF THE TANK
We will be furnishing to you guidelines for foundation & staging. You (client) will have to prepare the
final detailed construction drawings keeping in mind the wind load, soil characteristics, site condition
etc. We will also be giving you guidelines for Grillage. You shall have to prepare the Grillage strictly as
per the guidelines given by us.
In addition, we will be giving you the check-list which will have to be suitably filled in and sent to us
for verifying the readiness of the site for undertaking assembling of the tank.
You can also carry-out erection of the tank through your own team of workmen. If desired by you, we
can depute our site engineer/supervisor at extra cost. The quotation for carrying out supervision
work is being submitted separately.

WARRANTY
The various components going into assembly of SMC Panel Tank are warrantee for a period of 12
months from the date of bill against manufacturing defects.
If any material found defect, the same will be replaced free of cost within warrantee period. After
guarantee period, any replacement, labour and transport will be on chargeable basis.
The assembled panel tank, however, can perform differently due to several factors such as faulty
foundation, staging, grillage etc. The problems arising out of such factors shall be totally excluded
from this warrantee.
OUR LIABILITY UNDER THIS WARRANTY WILL BE RESTRICTED TO
✓ Repair of the items found to be defective at site or at our factory at our option
✓ Replacement of items found beyond repair provided the defective items are sent to works at
your cost.
THE WARRANTY SHALL SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
✓ Defects arising out of the faults in the foundation, staging, grillage etc. as built/fabricated by
you.
✓ Defects arising out of the failure of the foundation, staging, grillage etc. or in their various
Elements/constitution
✓ Problems arising out of the environmental, climatic and other factors being different from thones
mentioned in the “check-list for erection” as submitted by you.
✓ Misuse or abuse of the components of the tank or the assembled tank by you.
✓ Consequential or allied losses or damages to you.
✓ The total liability under this guarantee, will and never exceed net ex-works value of the
components found defective.
