expose personnel to the risk of loss of life. Additionally, the extent of damage to property, production losses
and damage to the installations are caused due to such breakdowns. e INDUS SUPER BLAZE belt acts as a
prohibiting tool against Fires by offering various degrees & grades of Fire resistance. Our technical team has
been able to incorporate new technology into the manufacture of INDUS SUPER BLAZE belts by ensuring the
stoppage of fire propagation or limiting the fire propagation at its origin.

INDUS SUPER BLAZE belts are manufactured to address the varying fire resistance standards (National &
International). In the absence of directives from our customers, suitable belts are suggested by our technical
team regarding the appropriate INDUS SUPER BLAZE belt required for any particular application.

SUPER HEAVE
CHEVRON CONVEYOR BELTS

Conveyor belts with a smooth carrying surface are useful for conveying of packed and
unpacked material up to the angle of inclination 22° as an upper limit.

However, when the conveyor belts have to run on steeper inclines, the material they carry
tends to roll back. Increasing the speed of the belt so as to arrest this roll back is one of the
most common method used. However, this leads to greater power consumption and of
course, the roll back of the material is not completely arrested.

INDUS SUPER HEAVE belts are profiled belts, having cleats on their surface, which ensure
that the material is carried along on steep the inclines at normal power consumption and
zero roll back.

Be it coal, aggregate, wood chips or potatoes, INDUS SUPER HEAVE will ensure guaranteed
performance.

INDUS BELTS SUPER TREKKER
Engineered to Deliver STEEP ANGLE BELTS

Space is a major constraint in setting up cost effective conveyor system in any

industry.Hence, the conveyorsystems are designed with high inclination so as to
accommodate it in the given constrained space.

We recommend INDUS SUPER TREKKER belts in such areas where the conveyor
inclination angle is steep. e INDUS SUPER TREKKER Conveyor Belts are modern age
Bucket Elevator Box Belts. ese Belts are made with Cleats and Sidewall. e concept of
these belts is to carry materials on steepest angle upto 90 degree with zero spillage.

ese belts can be driven at the speed of upto 5 M/sec. e space requirement is quite less
as compared to Conventional Belts.

Salient Features:

· Corrugated sidewall belts for transport of bulk goods

· Saves space, since conveyance at inclines of up to 90° is possible
· Material conveyed is protected
·Extremely high stability is provided in the traverse direction, good longitudinal flexibility
· Different feed and discharge directions are possible by rotating the vertical runs

AREAS OF USAGE:
Construction industry, Potash and salt mining, Stones and earth, Fertilizer, Chemical industry, Recycling industry, Rural co-
ops and traders in agricultural commodities, Agriculture.

INDUS SUPER TREKKER comprises of Base Belt, Side Wall & Cleats.

BASE BELTS:
Base belt plays a key role in steep angle Conveyor belts. e base belts are made with special cross rigid Member design to
get more stability and rigidity. e different design of cross rigid belts are available with us as Indus `CTR`, Indus `CBR`, Indus
`CDR`.

SIDE WALL:
e side wall has been designed to achieve adequate rigidity to avoid the buckling under compression experienced by it at
the point of deflection. e top portion of the side wall has been designed against tear & gauging resistant by using special
rubber compound having high elongation at break. e side walls are fully reinforced with Synthetic fabric to get better life.
Mentioned below is a standard available dimension of sidewall but not limited and can be made available in customized
dimensions:

INDUS BELTS

SUPER SPINE
STRAIGHT WARP BELTS
INDUS SUPER SPINE is the world standard in heavy-duty industrial conveyor belting. Its
innovative, straight-warp carcass construction surpasses traditional multiply belts in
virtually every respect, creating a belt that has outstanding operational performance over
a long life span. A single INDUS SUPER SPINE ply more than matches the strength of
several traditional multi-ply layers.

e straight polyester (E) warp threads lie in the direction of belt travel, as do the
polyamide (P) weft threads. Both are joined together by an additional binder yarn made of
polyester(P). e strands are completely straight in both directions and are therefore not
intertwined unlike traditional woven carcasses. is results in maximum protection of the
warp through the weft, with minimal stretch, both lengthwise and crosswise. As there are
no multiple plies, the result is a lightweight belt.
Benefits of INDUS SUPER SPINE
· Impact resistant · Excellent troughing
· Strong adhesion · Lower thickness
· Good flexibility · Low elongation
· Light weight · Longer roll length
· Stable working tension

Superior Impact Resistance: When compared to conventional multiply belts with a similar tensile strength, INDUS SUPER
SPINE stands out with its superior impact resistance. e maximum impact energy of a single ply INDUS SUPER SPINE type
630/1 is comparable to that of a 4-ply EP belt type 1600/4.

Superior Rip Resistance: INDUS SUPER SPINE has a rip resistance that is more than four times greater than conventional
multiply belts that have a similar tensile strength. e rip resistance is not only superior in relation to the multiply EP belts,
but also when compared to Solid Woven.

Superior Tear Resistance: e tear resistance of INDUS SUPER SPINE also leaves conventional multiply belts with a
comparable tensile strength far behind. e tear resistance is measured according to the international ISO 505 standard.

Lower Belt Weight: When compared with the belts having the same grade of the tensile strength, the SW belt provides 5%
to 20% lesser weight leading to power saving. INDUS SUPER SPINE is an extremely cost-effective solution. A lighter belt
type can be used in many applications due to its excellent operational characteristics and finger splice efficiency. e
combination of these factors has been proven to result in exceptionally low operating costs per ton.

Lower Belt ickness: e carcass thickness of both INDUS SUPER SPINE 1 Ply & 2 Ply is similar or smaller than those of
comparable multiply EP conveyor belts from INDUS. For example, the INDUS SUPER SPINE 630/1 carcass has a thickness of
3.2 mm, compared to 5.0 mm for the EP 630/4. As a result, the required drum diameter may be smaller in some cases.

SUPER DUCT
PIPE CONVEYOR BELTS

Material Safety and the hazards due to material spillage caused to the environment has
always been a major concern in a conveyor system.

We recommend INDUS SUPER DUCT belts where the environment has to be protected
from spillage and/or where bulk materials must be conveyed along horizontal and vertical
curves in confined spaces.

e belt can negotiate tight horizontal and vertical curves. is eliminates or reduces
transfer points, which is a big cost saving.

INDUS SUPER DUCT belt protect the conveyed material from external influences like rain
and wind and protect the environment by avoiding spillage of the conveyed material.
Even in the bottom run, no spillage will occur, because the carry side is inside of the tube.
e idler supports can be spaced farther apart, because it’s self-supporting. An additional
conveyor cover is not necessary.

Areas of usage:

· Cement
· Chemical
· Fertilizer
· Power Plants
· Food Industry

BENEFITS
· Tight curves and incline angles up to 30° possible, hence optimal adaptation to local features / terrain / systems

· High strength and ability to negotiate curves: long center distances without intermediate transfers

· Protection of the material conveyed against environmental conditions (e.g. rain, snow, sun and wind)

· Low space requirement thanks to compact design, also ideal for underground mining, cement factories, steel mills and power plants

· e low-stretch strength member enables short take-ups

· Protection of the material conveyed against volatilzation and adulteration due to extraction or addition of parts of the material

· No transfer stations as a result of tight horizontal and vertical curves and relatively high incline angles

· Stable tracking. e special tension member configuration ensures an effective seal in the overlap area

· Protection of the environment and people since hazardous, contaminated, dusty or strong-smelling materials (chemicals, refuse, ash,

etc.) cannot escape

· Low maintenance and cleaning input thanks to standardized, abrasion-resistant components

· Significantly reduced CO2 emissions compared with convention transport by truck.

· High conveying speed

· Belt design offers a long service life and extreme reliability
