Whereas, PT. Krakatau Repair service partners wishes to accept professional services from Swiss-
Belexpress Cilegon based on the preffered rates mentioned below and under the terms and
conditions set forth in this agreement.
ESTIMATION COST
Now, therefore, in considerations of the mutual covenants and agreement herein contained, the
parties hereto, intending, to be legally bound, agree as the following.

TERMS & CONDITIONS :
1. METHOD OF PAYMENT
a. Unless a separate written Credit Facility agreed by both contracting parties, Swiss-Belexpress
Cilegon is entitled to, at its discretion, accept and confirm reservations upon advance
payment only with methods as below :
Deposit : 50% Deposit of the total estimation revenue must be paid 7 (seven) working days
after Signed Agreement
The remain balance must be settled latest by 10 Jul 23
b. All payments have to be settled in currency stated on Letter of Agreement by bank transfer
to the bank references stipulated on the invoice, net of any bank charge.
c. Any additional charges must be paid on the day of the event by Cash or Credit Card only.
d. Payment can be made by cash or bank transfer to :

2. RATE RESTRICTIONS
a. The above rates are inclusive of 21% Government Tax and Service Charge and subject to
change without prior notice.
b. The above rates apply for group bookings minimum of 10 rooms and 20 persons.
c. The above rates are NON-Commissionable
3. RESERVATION POLICIES
a. Group reservation details must be received by the hotel 7 (seven) days before the group
arrival.
b. Request for Room Number and Smoking / Non Smoking Room are strictly subject to room
availibility upon group check-in.
c. Swiss-Belexpress Cilegon reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any reservation(s) if the
room(s) requested is unavailable at the time of reservation.
4. CHECK IN & CHECK OUT TIME
Check-in time is at 14.00 and Check-out time is at 12.00.

a. Early Check-In is subject to room availibility
b. Late Check-Out is subject to room availibility and will be charged as follows:
Check-Out after 14.00 – 50% of rates agreed
Check-Out after 18.00 – 100% of rates agreed
5. FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure occurs due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, war,
terrorism, armed conflict, labor strike, lockout, boycott, or other similar events beyond the
reasonable control of the parties, making it inadvisable, illegal or impossible to perform the terms
and conditions of the agreement, to hold the meeting or to provide the facility, the agreement
may be terminated or revised for any of the above reasons with written notice from one party to
the other as supporting data, and any payment which previously made will be kept as floating
deposit which is valid for 6 (six) months since the date of the agreement terminated.
6. CANCELLATION POLICIES
a. In the event this agreement is cancelled, postponed or no show, the following cancellations
fees will be applied automatically :
- Within 7 days, 50% of total estimated amount guaranteed will be charged.
- Within 3 days or less, 100% of total estimated amount guaranteed will be charged.
b. The hotel cannot be held responsible for cancellation due to industrial action or disputes.
7. BANQUET POLICIES
a. Final guarantee of attendance or participants at least 7 (seven) days prior to the event.
b. Extension use of Function Rooms is Subject to Hotel’s discretion and must be communicated
to the Hotel 48 hours prior to the event. There will be additional charges for every hour
extended.
8. FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
a. Swiss-Belexpress Cilegon does not allow any outside or Hotel guests bring food and beverage
items to the premises. Any incoming delivery will be subject to charge based on hotel’s policy.
b. Food and beverage menus selections are to be received by the hotel no later than 4 (four)
working days prior to the commencements of the function. If menus are not received before
this period, the hotel reserves the right to change and adjust menus in light of what supplies
are available to the hotel on short notice.
c. Food served on the buffet are not allowed to be brought outsides the outlet, unless otherwise
agreed on by management.
9. LIABILITY
Swiss-Belexpress Cilegon reserves the right to refuse or cancel any function, which may damage
the Hotel’s reputation or may affect its business and security. The hotel will not be responsible for
any damage or loss of any property brought into the Hotel. The client agrees not to put any signs,
displays, and streamers on electrical connections without permission from the Hotel and client
agrees not to drive nails and screws into permanent parts of the Hotel or its property. Damage
arising in consequence of the above worth will be charged to the client. All Advertising and
entertainment using the hotel name must have approval from management before distribution.
The hotel will not be held responsible for discussion or press release or entertainment from the
meeting. It’s strictly forbidden to smoke within the non smoking area.

This Letter of Agreement constitutes all of the understanding and agreement of whatsover nature or
kind existing between Swiss-Belexpress Cilegon and PT. Krakatau Repair service partners with respect
of function arrangement.
a. This Letter of Agreement shall be binding upon by each of the parties here to and shall inure
solely to the benefit of the parties, theirs respective succesors, and no other person shall
acquire or has any right under or by virtue of this letter.
b. This Letter of Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts and this has the
same effect as if the signatures on the counterparts were on a single copy of this letter.
The provisions of this Letter of Agreement shall be final and irrevocable, and such as provision of this
letter by any party here to, but without prejudice to any other of the remedies of any other party
hereto.
In order for us to be able to apply the preferential rates mentioned above for your particular event,
please notify your acceptance of all terms and conditions of this agreement by emailing the signed
agreement before 17.00 on 10 Jul 23 to email : [email protected] and returning the original
documents of the signed agreement upon arrival.
We are pleased to offering the above mentioned arrangement until on 10 Jul 23, thereafter released
automatically. In the event that we have the same date request on definite basis.
