you can reset by opening cassette door latch, powering on, press (.) button
and start and hit the replace battery button if the battery is new. We go
through a good amount of batteries with ours. Hospira sells these pumps are
refurbs and they could just need batteries.

All,
We recently installed the Plum A+ Single and Triple Pumps at our Hospital.
After installation we began to get pumps returned to us saying "Replace
Battery" even when plugged into AC power. I was wondering if anyone has
experienced similar issues with these pumps or have had issues with the
batteries in general. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
