Planning of activities for the upcoming KK election

- The SK Chairman, Hon. Jeboy B. Fuentespina, started the

agenda by asking for any suggestions on how the council will

- Hon. SK Kagawad Ivy Joy C. Tumanon, suggested that the
program should be done within the organizers as well as the
the SK Sscholarship grants to determine the number of their
attendance.

SK Scholarship selection process

SK Secretary - Hon. Ivy Grace G. Mazo, opened the topic about the proper
selection of Sk scholarship grants.
- Hon. Nikkie Pauline C. Masiado, suggested to prioritize the
college student, to support and help low-income students on
 the path toward college completion.

- The SK Council agreed to the suggestion of Hon. Nikkie

Pauline C. Masiado.

- Hon. SK Chairman Jeboy B. Fuentespina, added the

names of youths with active participation during the program
hosted by the municipality last December 2023.

- The members of the council agreed the suggestions of Hon.

SK Chairman Jeboy B. Fuentespina.

Updates of SK Funds.

- Hon. SK Chairman Jeboy B. Fuentespina, opened the

topic about the financial stability of SK.,

- Hon. Nokz Chilie S. Nieva, said that it should be reported

during monthly session by the SK treasurer, IRISH BETALA.

- Hon. Renz Ivan G. Patarata, suggested to make financial

report and post it in a bulletin board in front of SK office.

- The members of the council agreed the suggestions of Hon.

SK Kagawad Renz Ivan G. Patarata.

SK Treasurer Evaluation of Activities for the upcoming Christmas Party

- The Presiding officer started the agenda by asking for any

questions on how the council will evaluate the upcoming
events for the Christmas party and suggested that it should
be done together with the previous purok officers to provide
better outcome for the upcoming christmas party.
- Some of the members agreed to the suggestions of SK
DANIEL L. LORIA Chairman to conduct sports activities, disco party,and live
SK Secretary band. It was decided that the fund will be generate through
solicitation to sustain the activities
- The Presiding Officer suggested not assigning the SK
members on each activity since it is just a thanks giving party
instead the presiding officer motivates each member to
cooperate.

Creating of Implementing Rules and Procedures for

Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Tayugo

- The Rules and Procedures attached along with this

document were formulated by the SK chairman in
concurrence with the SK council.

SK Council Uniform

- Hon. Warren Criz Botea suggests that uniform should be

made in cotton.

- Hon. Nokz Chlie Nieva suggests that Maroon colour is fit for
SK Uniform.

- Hon. Renz Ivan Patarata suggests gray/dirty white.

- Hon. Ivy Grace Mazo opens up that he operates business

particularly crafting uniform. Let us finalize the color and let’s see
if the color is available in shop.

- The Presiding officer taps Hon. Ryan Mark Llacona as in-

charge in crafting uniform.

Presentation of CBYDP and ABYIP CY:2024

- The CBYDP and ABYIP CY: 2024 attached along with this
document were formulated by the SK chairman in
concurrence with the SK council.

SK Pictorials

- The SK council agreed to wait the approve budget before

taking group pictorial.
