Subject: Complaint regarding possession of 2BHK Flat Respected Sales Manager,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the interior of the 2BHK flat that I recently received
from GPT Builders and Promoters Pvt Ltd. As per our agreement, the flat was supposed to be
designed with high-quality fixtures and fittings, but I am disappointed to say that the actual result is
not as per the promised specifications.

I had expected a well-designed and well-finished interior of my new flat, but to my surprise, the walls
and paint colour are not as per our agreement. Also, the quality of the fixtures and fittings is
substandard and not up to my expectations. The overall design of the flat is not as per the sample
flats that I was shown during the booking process.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the situation, and I request you to take immediate action to rectify
the issues. I would like the interiors of my flat to be changed to match the agreed specifications, or
alternatively, I would like to receive compensation for the difference in cost between the agreed
specifications and the actual result.

If no action is taken, I will have no option but to take legal action against the company. I hope that we
can resolve this matter quickly and amicably without the need for legal action.

I request you to acknowledge this complaint letter and provi de me with a response within the next 7
working days.
