A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PUNONG BARANGAY AND THE BARANGAY


TREASURER TO DISBURSE THE AMOUNT OF 67, 000.00 AS BUDGET OF THE
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN FOR THE CULTURAL AND SPORTS ACTIVITIES.

WHEREAS, Section 20 (a) of the Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act (RA) NO.
10742), states that ten percent(10%) of the general fund of the barangay shall be set
aside for the SK. The Sangguniang Barangay shall appropriate the SK funds in lump-
sum, which shall be disbursed solely for youth development and empowerment
purposes;

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan cannot perform yet the said financial
independence in the operations, disbursements and encashment of their fund,
income and expenditure;

NOW THEREFORE, be it resolved as it is hereby resolved upon the unanimous


presented, it was;

RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be furnish to all concerned


offices for their information and guidance;
APPROVED AND ADOPTED UNANIMOUSLY.
