INSTRUCTIONS

1. Write your name, surname, grade and the date on your rubric.
2. This assessment consists of 2 pages.
3. You will be assessed continuously throughout the term.
4. Perform movement sequences that require consistency and control in smooth and
continuous combinations of rotation, balance, locomotion, elevation.

Learners will complete activities in stations.

Station 1 – Learners will balance on one leg for 30 seconds.


Station 2 – Learners will balance on one leg and one arm for 30 seconds.
Station 3 – Learners will skip with a rope.
Station 4 – Learners will perform 5 star jumps.
Station 5 – Learners will perform 5 turning jumps.
Station 6 – Learners will perform a forward roll.
Station 7 – Learners will roll like a log.

Learners have to run from one station to another.
