I recharged for RS.365
on 29/03/21.There is
nothing mentioned
clearly when the
message came but I
thought the plan is for
365 days and I was very
happy but from 27 /5/21
nothing is working, what
a rubbish. Tell me ,what
to do now. Again have
to waste money in
another rubbish!????

What the f**** plan.
They tried to fool
everybody even I am
also. I was thinked that
plan is 365 but the
validity is 60 days only.
But in the plan, they
didn’t mention about
incoming call only 365
days validity. Proper
network is not there and
proper plan clarity is not
there, then who will
carry this extra luggage
in our phones. Stupid
plan and stupid
organization everybody
wasted us money. Even
I am not able to utilize
my daily 2 gb internet
also because no signal
always waste.

waste.

Do not say Bsnl is
Waste please read all
plan details in the Web
site although BSNL
Needs to b very clear on
all aspects of each plan
their communication is
pathetic however
coming to other private
operators also they are
not here for social
service pucca business
people they fleece you
with attractive words I
had idea it turned out to
b a terrible idea airtel
will never tell any thing
jio will not let u jio
happily result all private
fellows r also like that
only Failing BSNL is a
wonderful plan by
political parties in power.

It is very clearly
mentioned in the plan
that the freebies are
valid only for 60 days,
So it is for us to read
details of the plan, You
can recharge say with
Rs 100/- which us valid
for remaining 300 days
with 100 mins of voice
calls. It is much better
than other networks
like Airtel in my
opinion. I am also like
you a user.

is for the customers,
and a very useful plan
for BSNL, Why would i
be interested in buying
validity when i have no
outgoing after 60 days,
so bloody irritating your
plans are.

I paid Rs 365/- online to
renew my plan, Money
is deducted but the plan
was not renewed. I had
to go to the BSNL office
to renew it by paying
again, When I asked
about this, BSNL people
said I will get a refund,
When can I get the
refund which I paid
online pls.

Rs.365/- now revised
to Rs.397/- plan is
valid for 60 days only,
After that, one can
receive interrupted
incoming calls only
for the whole year, I
believe.
