Carpet On Demand is the first, hand tufted carpet factory specializing in
custom made carpets and rugs in Lebanon. With a production capacity of
more than 500 square meters per month, we pride ourselves in using the
finest raw materials: 100% New Zealand Wool and 100% Bamboo Viscose.
Hand tufted carpet is the newest technology of customizing carpets as per
client requirement and color selection of any size needed, seamlessly
without any joints of fabric. The carpet is completely hand made and
unique, from the artwork through the detailed finishing.
Our vision is to provide our clients with the best products, best results and
finish. To do so, we employ specialized carpet designers to create the
artwork and use their expertise to bring the design to life. Our design and
carpet production team have over 10 years of experience in hand tufted
carpet design and production.
Easy Steps to Customize
Your Perfect Carpet:
Choose a design reference with our
Design design team
Select the carpet size: width and
Size length
Select the raw material: 100% New
Material Zealand wool, 100% Bamboo Viscose
or a mix of the two materials
Select the color from our color
Color palette
Pile Height Select the pile height of the yarn from
7mm to 70mm
Artwork and Samples
After identifying the carpet
design, our design team will draw
initial designs of the carpet as per
the given size and color selection,
and submit the artwork to the
client for approval.
Upon client approval, we will start
the production of a 30x30cm
sample.
Carpet Production
Once the client approves both
artwork and samples, production will
begin.
We provide several production
timeframes:
1. Urgent delivery: 6-8 weeks
2. Normal delivery: 8-10 weeks
3. Economic delivery: 10-12 weeks
Quality Control
In order to offer you the best products and
finishes, we never compromise on quality.
We only use 100% New Zealand wool and
100% Bamboo Viscose, and can provide
certificates of origin as requested.
Our carpet production takes place in our
factory, under the supervision of a well-
experienced design and production team.
The team follows a strict 3-round inspection
policy for each step of the production
process: from drawing, tufting through
finishing to ensure the highest satisfaction of
quality and design in our carpets.
