STATEMENT OF OFFENCE:
Entering into a National Park without a written Permit cis 21 (1) and (2) of the
National Parks Act Cap 282 R.E. 2002.
PARTICULARS OF OFFDENCE:
That SHEKA NYANDA and EMANUEL MASENGWA are jointly and together charged on
2nd day of April, 2014 at about 08:00hrs at Mongombiti Area, into Serengeti National
Park within Bunda District in Mara Region, were found entered into the said area
without having any written permit from the Director of National Parks.

STATEMENT OF OFFENCE:
Unlawful Possession of Weapons in a National Park cis 24 (1) (b) and (2) of the
National Parks Act Cap. 282 (R.E 2002) read together with paragraph 14(c) of the
first schedule to the Economic and Organized Crime Control Act Cap. 200 (R.E
2002)
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE:
That SHEKA NYANDA and EMANUEL MASENGWA are jOintly and together charged on
2nd day of April, 2014 at about 08:00hrs at Mongombiti Area, into Serengeti National
Park within Bunda District in Mara Region, were found in unlawful possession of
weapons to wit: one knife and one bush knife into the Serengeti National Park

without permit and failed to satisfy to the authorized Officer that the said weapons
were intended to be used for the purpose other than hunting, killing, wounding or
capturing of Animals.

STATEMENT OF THE OFFENCE:
Unlawful hunting in a National Park, cis 23 (1) of the National Parks Act, (CAP 282
RE 2002) read together with Paragraph 14(a) of the first schedule to the Economic
and Organized Crime Control Act Cap. 200 (RE 2002)
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE:
That SHEKA NYANDA and EMANUEL MASENGWA are jointly and together charged on
2nd day of April, 2014 at about 08:00hrs at Mongombiti Area, into Serengeti National
Park within Bunda District in Mara Region, were found hunted Game Animal by
chasing using one motor cycle with chasses No. IX6POJE196Z003261 made
HONDA to wit: one Zebra in the said National Park without having any written permit
from the Director of the National Parks.

Unlawful Possession of Government Trophies cis 86(1) and (2) (b) of The Wildlife
Conservation Act No. 05 of 2009 read together with Paragraph 14(d) of the first
schedule to the Economic and Organized Crime Control Act Cap. 200 (RE 2002).
PARTICULARS OF OFFENCE: -
That SHEKA NYANDA and EMANUEL MASENGWA are jointly and together charged on
2nd day of April, 2014 at about 08:00hrs at Mongombiti Area, into Serengeti National
Park within Bunda District in Mara Region" in unlawful possession of Government
Trophies to wit: full carcasses of Zebra valued at Tsh 1,920,000.00 the property of
Tanzania Government.
