Dear Parents,
Assalam-o-Alaikum

These are unprecedented times and we are learning to navigate the new reality as a
community. From the way we learn to the way we gather, everything looks
different. And yet some things remain the same: FPS' commitment to each family,
faculty dedication to each student, and our support and love for one another as a
whole.

As the summer break approaches, the online sessions will be discontinued. These last
few weeks have shown us the human ability to cope with drastically changed
circumstances over a very short period of time. Despite some earlier challenges, the
teachers, students and parents exhibited extreme perseverance and a huge learning
curve in adapting and adopting ONLINE LEARNING.

This THANK YOU goes out to all parents who were working from home for supporting
the school and subsequently their own child's learning. It has not been easy for
anyone with multiple factors making online learning an additional task for parents.
The school continued to address each query and challenge as it arose in a bid to make
online learning a fulfilling experience, regardless of the odds.

Thank you for making it possible!

Let's please look back with a sense of satisfaction for having created school-like
learning, and making it reasonably and virtually possible. Let's also not forget the
real heroes - the teachers. I think the parents working from home can relate to them
the most. So, here's to all of us!

The Holy month of Ramadan is approaching and it teaches us to practice self-

discipline, self-control, sacrifice, and empathy for those who are less fortunate, thus
encouraging actions of generosity and compulsory charity. Don’t go back to sleep
after Fajr Namaz– this is a great opportunity for family time. Read Quran together.
It is one thing to tell your kids “Go read Quran” and quite another to read Quran to
each other. This frees up the afternoons for Zohr, helping around the house, reading
Quran and napping so your children are fresh for Taraweeh.

This is a time to focus on — and be grateful for — your family’s safety, health, and
well-being. Make building strong family relationships a priority. Reach out to
neighbors, friends, and others in your community to check in, offer support, and
connect virtually. We will get through this together. Our hope is to come out of this
season more resilient than before. Let's continue to encourage each other by sharing
positive messages and be more grateful to the Almighty.

Let’s now take a “Summer Break” and inshaAllah we will connect again before June
to share the plan for the “Catch Up Time.”

On behalf of the school Management and FPS staff, wishing you a blessed Ramadan
that will inspire us and give us the strength to win every challenge.

Sincerely,
Administration
