The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Introduction
Many books have been written about nutrition by educated and titled
"expert nutritionists". Many studies have been performed by experts
in the fields of biology, physiology, metabolism and other scientifically
approved methods.
But with all the expert titles and all the research there still seems to
be questions as well as a lack of real scientific answers.
For example, why do some people have elevated triglycerides,
cholesterol and uric acid? Why are so many people suffering from
digestive disorders? What is the real cause of obesity? What is the
correct diet that will control weight and provide energy and strength?
Why does nutrition continue to be such a mystery?
Well, we know nutrition plays an important role in human and animal
health since the time Hippocrates said “let food be your medicine and
medicine be your food”.
We eat different diets around the world yet we still suffer some form
of disease. Is there a diet that can actually be used to prevent
disease or heal the human body? Is the answer in a vegetable diet, in
a fruit diet or in a meat rich diet?
Some of us have tried many diets but without success of better
health.
I will address some basic principles of quantum physics. I will also
explain some of the
1) structural differences between plant and human/animal cells,
2) the differences of metabolic processes in those two different types
of cells and
3) what happens when we make mistakes in our dietary choices.
My hope is you will have an elementary understanding in order to
Dr. Darko Velcek 3
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
make informed future food choices.
Since we are told in schools and by our health “experts” how glucose
is the designated energy source for our cells and carbohydrates and
fiber are absolutely crucial for our health I will mention something you
can easily test by yourselves.
Many nutritionists are claiming that eating ripe raw bananas provide
ample energy because of the carbohydrate content. On top of it
potassium, proteins, iron and “soluble fibers” are mentioned
presenting bananas as some kind of super food.
For one, there is no such a thing as water soluble cellulose and all
membranes in plants are made from cellulose. Not even hydrochloric
stomach acid can make a dent in cellulose. The lie about soluble
fibers came from the same people that told us about the dangers of
cholesterol, animal fats and proteins. The same people that are telling
us of health benefits in carbohydrate diet and vegetable oils. The
popular science is here to misguide us and to lead us the wrong way
so that we can be easily manipulated and herded as sheep or cattle.
The truth is that if you eat nothing but raw ripe bananas, no matter
how many kilos of them per day, you will become malnourished and
die from lack of energy.
How is that possible since “specialists” in nutrition are claiming that
just two bananas will keep us going for hours?
I urge you to try it for yourselves. I did, and I have lost 4 kilos of
weight in a week eating on average 4-6 kilos of bananas a day.
Chemical laboratories are proving high carbohydrate content of
bananas so how is this possible?
Food we eat in a raw state provides completely different amount and
type of nutrients from the food we process or heat up. This makes all
nutritive claims propagated by nutritionists bogus and fake. So in this
manual I am going to show you what happens with the food we
Dr. Darko Velcek 4
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
manipulate and how this manipulation affects our lives as far as our
health is concerned.
If you find that reading this book is confusing, I suggest that instead
reading it as it is written, you simply follow one type of nutrient as it
goes from the mouth to its final destination, the cell of your body. For
example take carbohydrate/glucose and read that happens with it
through the different chapters, then do the same with fat or protein.

The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Introduction to a Quantum Aspect of Creation (the
Source Field)
Everything in the universe is a representation of energy. This
scientific fact of Quantum Physics is actually mentioned in the Bible
where the "source field" (the void ) is described as darkness, a dark
pool of energy. Sound (voice of God, "Let there be light...") is
introduced which causes this energy to vibrate in a particular manner.
(Only 30 minutes is needed to see the science I am sharing.)
http://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/cymatics-how-sound-informs-the-
material-realm/
Now comes the famous question: what was first, the chicken or the
egg, the sound or the frequency? Does the vibration produce the
sound or does the sound produce the vibration? Great questions but
we will not address that philosophical arena.
In order not to get lost in philosophical discussions let us just trust
and accept that God made the sound which caused energy to vibrate
with those specific frequencies that produced sacred geometry called
the Flower of Life and subsequently we have this three dimensional
experience we call LIFE and all that is in it.
We will now briefly discuss a bit of science. A taught string (like on a
guitar) when plucked vibrates with a certain frequency that produces
a certain tone, or sound. In addition, there can be an external sound
that can affect the string by causing it to vibrate which will produce a
sound of the initial sound waves frequency.
Dr. Darko Velcek 6
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Vesica Pisces.
Sound relates to a
particular frequency.
Collision of a sound wave or energy wave results in what is known as
sacred geometry, which is the first expression after the circle as seen
above in the graphic "Vesica Pisces". This form produces light and
polarity we call energy (electromagnetism) and represents gravity.
Light is shown to have weight due to its electromagnetic properties.
(If you desire more information, please google: Sacred Geometry or
you can read the book, The Flower of Life.)
Frequencies produce geometric form - sacred geometry or the Flower
of Life.
Dr. Darko Velcek 7
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Our brain is programmed to interpret (see) those geometric forms and
in a similar manner computers are programmed to interpret
sequences of zeros and ones. From the quantum field perspective,
we receive sound or electromagnetic frequency and light in a wave
form/particle form that is expressed in the graphic above.
The following are images of the creation of a new life as a cell divides
(Sacred Geometry) at the moment of conception and continues to
divide to form a living being.
Dr. Darko Velcek 8
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Everything is a product of frequencies. The above graphic shows the
division of cells and is recognized as The Flower of Life/Sacret
Geometry.
Frequencies are interpreted by our brain's program (anatomy)
expressed through light. The brains program allows the frequencies
to be interpreted as objects and through the optic nerve it is projected
and seen as three dimensional reality. Everything operates from
assigned programs. Without a program, we would only have light
particles, vibrating energy and its corresponding sound.
This concept is important to comprehend so we can relate to and
understand food and our genetic response to it. If this seems strange
please consider that food is also energy represented by its frequency.
The solid form/an apple, for example is seen as an apple because of
the brain's programing (the optic nerve that transmits the frequencies
of light to the brain and that interprets "an apple"). Different
frequencies represent different foods because each food has its own
frequency signature or vibrational imprint.
Dr. Darko Velcek 9
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Food
Remember, food is an energetic expression of frequencies seen as
matter due to the brain's anatomy/programming. As far as we are
concerned in this discussion, food is what living creatures need to
sustain their lives that encompasses the supply of energy, building
material, cleansing material, enzymes, vitamins, etc.
Before we can discuss food's nutritional values, we must realize
nutrition is stored within the cell. In addition, we need to distinguish
between two different forms of life. One form is plant and the other is
animal form. These two forms are
Dr. Darko Velcek 10
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
1) structurally different,
2) have different metabolism and because of that metabolism
3) they have different energetic demands.
Cellular Structure and the Metabolism of Plant
Cells
I am not going to elaborate on the chemical processes that provide a
plant with minerals or photo synthesis in the production of sugar and
oxygen. However, I will address important aspects of plants that may
influence cellular reactions and changes that result when people eat
plants.
Plant cells are surrounded by a protective wall (membrane) of
complex carbohydrates that we call fiber (cellulose). The
fiber/cellulose is very strong and no animal can break it down simply
Dr. Darko Velcek 11
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
by chewing it. There needs to be a enzyme (cellulase) that dissolves
cellulose/fiber, however that enzyme is only produced by some
bacteria. Within the cells are little cellular organs (organelle) of which
one that we are going to concentrate on is called mitochondria.
Mitochondria are basically the same in plant cells as in animal cells
yet there is a difference in the way they function.
Plants synthesize energy from light through the use of chlorophyll.
Plants produce an energy source for itself and stores it to use later for
growth of new shoots (new plants). This energy source is sugar
(glucose or starch). Glucose/sugar is a chain of carbons connected to
hydrogen and oxygen but it is not sweet. Unfortunately, because it is
not sweet many authors of nutritional books do not mention glucose
when addressing sugars.
Plants use sugar as a
basic ingredient but in different forms depending on whether the
sugar is for structural needs or energetic needs. Glucose/sugar is the
basic ingredient of carbohydrates in plants. Glucose bonds to
fructose then forms sucrose together they form carbohydrate (a
complex sugar). More elaborate and complex sugar structure creates
what we call fiber, cellulose. This is structural unit of plants.
As you can see plants are all about glucose/sugar. When the plant
needs energy it will release glucose from a cell in the root where it is
stored. When energy is needed the plant will send glucose. Since
glucose has oxygen in its structure there is no need for additional
oxygen.
Dr. Darko Velcek 12
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Remember, glucose is not sweet although it is a sugar. Sweet sugar
is fructose so the more fructose there is in a carbohydrate the
sweeter it will be.
We do not think of carbohydrates as sugar although carbs are
primarilly composed of glucose. Most people who know the physical
dangers of refined white sugar will not consume it. But they will, in
error consume bread, potatoes, rice and pasta not knowing those
items are pure sugar. They relate to these foods as carbs but do not
understand a carbohydrate is another word for complex sugar.
Somehow, educators forgot to mention this important aspect of
“science” when discussing diet or nutrition.
Most plants have designated cells where glucose and fructose are
stored. Usually glucose is kept in the roots like potatoes or yucca.
Seeds store their glucose in what is known as grains.
Some seeds, like walnuts, peanuts, almonds, etc. have fat mixed with
glucose/sugar. Because fat has more energy than glucose the seed
can be small yet provide enough energy to make a tree grow. For
example, look at the size of a small acorn from which a mighty oak
tree grows.
Every plant has a chemical defense system in the form of toxic
proteins. Some toxins are stronger and some are weaker. These
toxins mostly affect an animal's digestion by causing intestinal
inflammation, bloating and vomiting. Some toxic proteins induce fast
intestinal contractions thus omnivores and carnivores use them for
purging their digestive tract. This is the reason dogs and cats eat
grass when they feel the need to purge.
Protective toxic proteins are present in green or unripe fruit. Fruits are
meant to be eaten ripe when the seeds are ready to sprout
(procreate). When ripe those protective proteins diminish and there is
an increase of fructose (very sweet sugar) to entice animals to eat
them and thus spread the seeds.
Dr. Darko Velcek 13
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Notice that all seeds are surrounded by a brown "paper-like" coating
of the toxic protective proteins mentioned above. Those proteins are
incorporated within the thin brown "paper-like membrane" of the
seed. This is the reason seed eating birds thoroughly clean the seed
before eating it, to not have intestinal distress. You may recall parrots
only eat the seed's center and discard the shell making a big mess.
Ginger and garlic contain neruo toxins. Garlic contains the sulphone-
hydroxil group which is a strong neuro toxin and causes many
adverse reactions in the body. (You may want to view the youtube
lectures by Russell Blaylock, M.D. about food and neurotoxins.)
I learned about garlic toxicity from Dr. Robert Beck. My opinion is that
observation is the only scientific method we should consider to
implement. I have personally experienced that because, as Albert
Einstein noted, experiments can be influenced through our
expectation and intention.
Cellular Structure and Metabolism in Human and
Animal Cells
The major difference between the cellular structure of plants and the
cellular structure of animals is the membrane.
We mentioned earlier that plant cells have membranes made of fiber
(cellulose). Animal cell membranes are made of saturated fat and
protein (lipoprotein also called cholesterol). Another difference is that
animal cells are programmed to utilize fat as energy. Remember, plants
use glucose as energy.
Dr. Darko Velcek 14
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Fat is the reason mitochondria of human/animal cells function different
from the mitrochondria of plant cells. To be able to extract energy from
fat, human/animal mitochondria must have a supply of oxygen to inject
into the fat during the hydrogen release.
To better understand this concept let us address fat.
Fats (Fatty Acids)
Fat is a chain of carbon connected with hydrogen. When every carbon is
saturated with hydrogen it is called saturated fat, get it? The structure of
saturated fat is seen in the graphic below
Dr. Darko Velcek 15
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Note the graphic of saturated fat is straight and has carboxyl group
on the end making it acid. Individual molecules of fat are called fatty
acids. Because saturated fatty acids are straight they compact easily
and become solid in a refrigerator, for example butter, pork fat and
coconut oil.
The carbon chain can be short, medium, or long thus we refer to
them as short chain saturated fat, medium chain saturated or long
chain saturated fat.
In addition there are fatty acids in which one or more carbons are
missing the atom of hydrogen. Such fatty acids are called
unsaturated fats, get it? Almonds and peanuts and avocados are
healthy unsaturated fats. Sunflower seed oil is unsaturated fat.
Here we can further separate fats according to how many carbons
are missing the hydrogen molecule and in what order. We can have
mono (one) unsaturated fats like olive oil which is missing one
hydrogen per molecule.
We can have poly (many) unsaturated fat that is missing more than
one hydrogen per molecule. When hydrogen is missing, the carbon
creates a double bond that bends the fatty acid making it difficult to
compact. Such fats are therefore liquids that we call oils.
When every third carbon is missing hydrogen it is called omega3.
When every sixth carbon is missing hydrogen we call it omega 6.
When every ninth carbon is missing hydrogen we call it omega 9.
Dr. Darko Velcek 16
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
These double bonds of carbon where hydrogen is missing are
chemically active and easily break allowing carbon to bond to oxygen.
When this happens we say that the fat is oxidized or rancid.
Further the double bond can be in a Cis
or Trans configuration
Dr. Darko Velcek 17
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
One bends the molecule and the other is maintaining it straight.
For the purpose of understanding cellular energy production it is
important to know that fat does not contain oxygen in its structure. So
when fat enters the human cell's mitochondria to produce energy that
fat is a type of fatty acid and must be connected to oxygen. This is
why the animal cell mitochondria has an oxygen pump.
Remember, plant cell mitochondria uses glucose for its energy source
therefore a plant cell mitochondria does not need an oxygen pump.
Animal cell mitochondria is geared to use fat for energy and not
glucose as "the experts" have been telling us.
More research shows how fat (triglyceride) is the designated energy
source for human/animal cells. All unused energy in human or animal
body is converted to triglyceride (fat) and stored in the adipose tissue
(fat cells) as an energy reserve.
Remember, only plants can store glucose and it is stored in the root
and their seeds.
Digestion in Humans and Omnivore Animals
We will discuss digestion in segments. First, the digestive tract begins
in the mouth and ends at the rectum.
Second, we will discuss the absorption of nutrients into the blood and
the way nutrition is transported to the cells.
And thirdly, we will discuss cellular metabolism that produces energy.
Frequently, authors of food values (nutrition) do not recognize that
Dr. Darko Velcek 18
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
nutrition depends on whether the food is raw or cooked. Also,
nutrients vary thus various amounts of a particular nutrient will be
absorbed differently depending on how the food was prepared and
eaten and how was the digestive tract conditioned by eating habits..
We mistakingly refer to that absorption process as nutrition typing. It
is true that some people will absorb more sugar into the blood stream
then others but this has nothing to do with the metabolic type of the
individual. I will explain why this happens and it has nothing to do with
blood groups or nutritional typing.
Some people metabolize fat efficiently and do not accumulate it and
some people accumulate fat. This also has nothing to do with their
body type and has everything to do with their genetic expression. The
genetic expression is controlled by the environment in which cells are
living and depends on the type of food eaten. The good news is that
the type of food consumed can be easily readjusted.
So let's get on with it.
Digestion of the Food in the Digestive Tract
For ease of understanding, I will not get into chemical details and I
will present digestion as simple as possible. I will show how digestion
is supposed to work and later I will explain cellular changes as the
result of eating the wrong foods.
Digestion of Plant Based Food
Plant based diets do not provide much nutrition. Remember the need
for the enzyme cellulase to break down the plant's fibrous
membrane? If you eat lettuce, cucumber, carrot, tomato, sprouts or
fruits like apple, orange, melon, cherries or berries there is really not
much nutrition absorbed during the digestive process.
Dr. Darko Velcek 19
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
That lack of absorption is because cell membranes are protected with
the fiber of cellulose and mere digestion cannot break down the food
and it passes out our system. Extracellular juice can provide some
nutrition because raw juice has a small amount of simple sugars in
the form of glucose and fructose.
Plants with high amounts of starch (carbohydrates which are complex
sugars) are potatoes, yucca, rice, grains, breadfruit, banana. ..
As you see we do not greatly benefit from a raw vegetable diet,
maybe some enzymes and vitamins but most is locked within the
fiber of the cellular structure.
Eating a raw food diet does not provide much energy although
drinking vegetable juice offers more nutrients than eating raw.
Unfortunately, there is not enough nutrition in a raw diet to sustain life
over decades. And because juice is concentrated plant food, if too
much juice is consumed too often there may be a saturation of certain
elements.
For example if a gallon of carrot juice is consumed daily for extended
period of time it may be too much beta carotene for the body to
handle. Saturation of the cell can cause toxic effects and not just
discoloration of the skin. Beta carotene oxidizes easily and toxic
results can manifest and heath can be compromised.
The small intestines will absorb small amounts of simple sugars
(fructose and glucose) and take it to the blood stream. For
absorption to take place there has to be transporting mechanism
available.
This transporter mechanism, for sugar is a protein called GLUT.
When we eat raw vegetables we experience the same as other
omnivores which is GLUT is available in small amounts. So no matter
how much glucose or fructose comes into the small intestine, only
small amounts of it will be absorbed into the blood which is ok.
Since only small amounts of sugar are absorbed into the blood, the
Dr. Darko Velcek 20
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
remaining sugars ends up in the large intestines fermenting and
causing loose stools or diarrhea. The reason eating prunes or other
dried fruits softens the stool is elevated amounts of sugar in the big
intestine. Diarrhea is the result of inflamed intestines that compromise
absorption of water. Using stool softeners is only good for
emergencies and should not be used as a daily routine because
inflamed intestines do not just prevent water absorption. They prevent
absorption of nutrients as well.
Digestion of Meat (Animal Protein)
Let us first define that protein is a a group of different amino acids
connected with peptide bonds. Proteins are the products of the cells
that created them and because of this each animal and organ carries
an electromagnetic (vibrational) signature.
There is a difference between animal based proteins and plant based
proteins. Animal based proteins have an amino acid structure similar
to humans that results in complete amino acids that are easily broken
down and absorbed. No matter if it is the meat of fish, fowl, pig or cow
or other animals it is a healthy source of amino acids easily utilized as
building blocks or as energy.
Plant based protein has a different configuration of amino acids
because plants are different and the protein is more difficult to access
because of that fibrous membrane. Plant based protein is therefore
assessed as an inferior source.
When I refer to an animal based protein I am referring to muscle meat
or organ meat. One of the best super foods is liver because it has
both protein and a healthy amount of fat. Since muscle meats are
usually tough and low on fat, wild omnivores and carnivores including
Indigenous people prefer to eat inner organs including the intestines
first and allow the muscles to relax and partially self digest before
eating them.
Dr. Darko Velcek 21
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
When meat (protein) enters the mouth, chewing and saliva are the
first steps in the digestive process. The meat is swallowed, goes to
the stomach where it begins to breaks down under the influence of
stomach acid (hydrochloric acid) and enzymes (pepsin) into smaller
chains of protein molecules (peptides). This produces an intrinsic
factor which is a small protein necessary to be used as a transporter
for vitamin B12 absorption. Without it we cannot absorb vitamin B12
no matter how much of it we take and in which form it comes.
Later this acidic environment neutralizes itself by utilizing sodium
bicarbonate that is produced at the same time as stomach acid is
made but remains in the stomach lining protecting the stomach from
the hydrochloric acid. Then slowly these peptides are allowed into the
duodenum and the small intestines. Here in this alkaline environment
is a continued break down of the meat. The process of meat break
down is completed when it arrives at the basic amino acid form which
the meat is composed of. The purpose is to totally diminish the
original electromagnetic signature of the protein so it can be
absorbed into the blood and does not cause a disturbance from an
attack by the immune system. If the immune system were to identify
the vibrational signature as protein it would be seen as "foreign" and
it would attack it in a move to protect the body. This is why protein
has to break down into amino acids from which the body can make
new protein with its own signature.
Digestion and the Transportation of Fat
In the chapter about cellular digestion I explain that fat mostly comes
connected with protein or glycerol forming either cholesterol or
triglyceride. Cholesterol is a compound where fatty acids are
connected to protein and the triglyceride is three fatty acids
connected to glycerol. Those are the two forms in which fat can be
transported through the blood.
As triglyceride and cholesterol enter the digestive tract they begin to
Dr. Darko Velcek 22
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
break down in smaller molecules under the influence of the enzyme
lipase. As lipase is water soluble it cannot penetrate into the fat thus it
works only on the surface where it can reach the fat molecules. When
lipase enters the small intestine it will mix with bile salts that help
break the bigger fat mass and make it more accessible to lipase. Now
the triglycerides and cholesterol are broken down into simple amino
acids, glycerol and fatty acids. Remember, only when fat is broken
down into fatty acids can it will be absorbed into the blood.
Digestion of Cooked and Processed Foods
Food undergoes many changes when it is processed or cooked.
Everyone has observed how cooking changes the smell, the taste
and the consistency of the food. Meat and plants change their
structure and their chemistry.
So let's see what happens with vegetables after they have been
exposed to the heat.
Heat Treated Vegetables
Vegetables exposed to heat cause a burst of the cellulose fiber
(membrane). This means everything that was packed within the
membrane is out and exposed.
Notice that vegetables mostly contain glucose, more than other
sugars. The more cooked the vegetables, the more acidic they
become because more fiber is dissolved and more sugar is exposed
because the membranes broke down. Even very alkaline green
vegetables like spinach turn acidic when cooked. Remember, sugar
causes acidic affects in the body due to the way it is handled by the
cells of the body.
Plants are nothing but sugar in different forms. Food chemists in the
laboratory, dissecting and checking for nutritional values of food, do
Dr. Darko Velcek 23
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
not consider food changes when heat is applied. Thus, those
nutritional facts we were told are completely incorrect. The nutritional
value of food solely depends on preparation.
Remember, the main energetic ingredient of plants is the non-sweet
sugar called glucose or starch. There is much more
sugar/glucose/starch in plant cells than protein.
Remember, cooking or processing the plant releases
sugar/glucose/starch from the fiber. Read the nutritional content of
processed food, sugar is in first place. Even salty crackers have
sugar/glucose/fructose in first place on the list of ingredients and salt
is used to suppresses its sweetness.
I cal sugar dietary carbohydrates or dietary glucose. Why dietary?
Because the glucose is exposed to our digestive system and
absorbed into our blood. For example raw ripe banana has minuscule
amount of dietary carbohydrates and when eaten you will need more
energy to digest it then what energy the banana will provide so you
will lose weight.. When you cook or fry banana, it is loaded with
dietary carbohydrates and will make you gain weight.
In the chapter about the body's distribution of nutrient we follow what
happens next.
Heat Treated Animal Protein
We know how meat changes the way it smells when exposed to heat.
It does not matter if the meat is from chicken or fish or pig or cow, the
smell changes when it moves from raw to cooked. The consistency
and flavor of the animal protein also changes after exposed to heat
above 55 degrees Celsius. The best way to eat animal protein is
when heat does not exceed 45 degrees Celsius.
Individual protein molecules in raw meat are wound-up in coils that
Dr. Darko Velcek 24
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
are bonded together. When meat is heated, the bonds break and the
protein molecules unwind. Heat also shrinks the muscle fibers both in
diameter and in length when water is released and protein molecules
recombine, or "coagulate". The final stage of the denaturation
process results in protein coagulation that occurs as amino acid
chains undergo changes during the cooking process. This makes the
meat tough, chewy and even mealy. You experience this with cooked
liver. Raw liver is sweet, juicy and soft (creamy) but when you cook
the liver it becomes bitter, dry and mealy.
We wrongly assume that protein is easier to digest when cooked.
Contrary, cooked coagulated protein looses its enzymes and
remember enzymes are important for digestion. Further, coagulated
protein is deprived of water which is also needed in the digestive
process. Enzymes cannot penetrate coagulated protein and digestion
is only superficial thus cooked meat digests slow and is easily
attacked by fungus and bacteria which produce their own toxins that
eventually get into the blood. These actions result in rotting
(putrefaction) creating bad odor and gases from the slow digestion
the meat lingers in the intestines.
So if you are eating cooked meat, please drink plenty of water after
the meal.
Heat Treated Fats
Fats can be from plant or animal sources.
Most plants have little fat. However, there are some plants with fat
sources like avocado and some seeds (walnuts, macademia nuts,
almonds, peanuts, coconut, etc.). We call those fats oil because it is
mostly unsaturated with the exception of coconut oil which is mostly
saturated.
Dr. Darko Velcek 25
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Almost all of the vegetable oils we consume are used in cooking.
They are concentrated omega 6 oils and are very susceptible to
oxidation especially with elevated heat, that makes the oil more
reactive as they oxidize and create health problems. Soy oil is the
worse because of it being genetically modified. Only freshly
fermented natural soy is tolerable and this is found in Japan.
Since most vegetable oils are unstable and reactive to heat these oils
are not a good nutritional source.
We perform much better when consuming saturated fats that are not
affected by heat. Animal based fats exposed to heat remain intact
and enter our digestive tract in the form of cholesterol (bonded to
protein) or triglyceride, if bonded to glycerol. The heat transforms the
fat into liquid but does not change the structure of saturated fat.
So it is safe to say that saturated fats (butter, animal fat) exposed to
heat are not negatively affected and do not change their
characteristics. For this reason saturated fats should be used in
cooking.
From plant sources only coconut and palm oil should be used in
kooking because they are saturated however the flavor of coconut oil
lingers on food. For baking fish, beef, pig or chicken natural butter is
wonderful and requires lower cooking temperatures to prevent the
butter from burning while enhancing the flavor. If you want to sear the
meat and you have to increase the heat, add a drop of olive oil to the
butter so it does not burn.
Absorption and Distribution of Nutrients
After food is broken down into its basic elements some of those
elements are absorbed with water and others require a transporting
mechanism to take them through the cellular intestinal wall into the
blood.
I will again discuss sugar but in a different context.
Dr. Darko Velcek 26
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Absorption of Glucose and Fructose
Sugars like glucose and fructose need a transporting mechanism for
them to be able to enter the blood from the intestines. This
transporting mechanism is a protein called GLUT.
We are told there is a separate GLUT for glucose (GLUT 2) and a
separate GLUT for fructose (GLUT 5). I think that this is irrelevant in
this discussion because GLUT 2 will bond both glucose and fructose
alike.
Previously, I mentioned only a small amount of GLUT is available
when we eat correctly. We can see this in wild omnivores and the
Inuit people (Eskimos) because they continue to consume their
original diet. As a result they are the only Indigenous who had no
"medicine man" as they were never sick. They had no disease when
eating their original diet.
Still longer fasts are recommended as more genetic readjustments
are achieved and this means healing and not just detoxifying.. This is
normal because eating correctly results in absence or jut negligible
amount of sugar in the diet so GLUT is present in traces.
It is important to note that fructose is more sticky (viscous) thus it
bonds faster to GLUT. This means there is more absorption of
fructose than glucose when they are both present in digestive tract. If
we consume a large amount of dried fruits, only small amounts of
fructose will be absorbed due to the lack of GLUT transporters, thus
the remaining fructose ends up in the large intestines. This
abundance of fructose in the large intestine results in fermentation,
more inflammation of the intestines, less water absorption, soft stools
and in some cases diarrhea as the frutose/sugar is expelled.
Our cells do not accept fructose so the liver will convert that fructose
to glucose and bind it to a protein creating glycogen. Now this
glycogen can go back into the blood and can be used in the case of
Dr. Darko Velcek 27
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
stress or an emergency.
The amount of glycogen produced is determined by cellular request
and not by the availability of fructose or glucose. Under the influence
of stress-hormones cells will use the glycogen and produce
instant energy therefor assisting with the task and increase muscle
strength (dealing with an emergency).
On the other hand when glucose finds itself in the small intestines
then small amounts are absorbed to stimulate insulin production
because without insulin the glucose cannot enter the cells. The
pancreas will be stimulated to produce adequate amount of insulin.
Insulin is actually an irritant to cells which by irritating the cells forces
them to accept the insulin.
Every time the pancreas produces insulin it over-produces since it is
very unusual for glucose to appear in digestive tract and be absorbed
into the blood, so pancreas does not know how much of the glucose
will arrive so calibrates its production to the incoming amount of
glucose. This always results with over production of insulin. With
increased glucose production there is also increased GLUT
production for transportation. As more glucose is present in the blood
then more GLUT is needed resulting in more insulin demands and
higher sugar absorption rate.
The liver can only process about 20 grams of fructose within a 24
hour period. One serving of Coca Cola has more than 30 grams of
sugar which is more than 15 grams of fructose.
The liver must break down fructose that cannot be transformed into
glycogen. The liver breaks down fructose into uric acid and fat
(triglyceride) using the same process to break down alcohol. This
explains how excessive amounts of fructose in the blood harms the
liver as alcohol harms the liver.
When large amounts of fructose/glucose are present in the blood the
liver will produce a large amounts of triglycerides causing fatty liver.
Dr. Darko Velcek 28
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Those triglycerides will be slowly released into the blood stream and
what is not used by cells for energy will be deposited in adipose
tissue as fat. The amount of triglycerides is controlled so cells absorb
only what they are capable of dealing with and the remaining
triglycerides are designated to serve as a fat reserve, the reserve
energy for our cells when they require energy and we cannot eat.
Glucose in the blood is absorbed by cells under the influence of
insulin. Cells have their limitation thus only small amounts of glucose
can be absorbed and the remaining glucose is repackaged by the
liver. The liver will transform glucose into triglyceride and send it back
into the blood, so more fat is stored in the adipose tissues.
These huge amounts of sugar in the blood present a serious strain on
the pancreas which must maximize insulin production. In the process
of the stress placed on the pancreas it has to increase the insulin
production and with it the size of pancreas itself. Humans have the
largest pancreas of all animals mass for mass. There will come a limit
and breaking point where the pancreas cannot produce more insulin.
Remember that insulin irritates cells which results in a thickening of
their cellular membranes. In order to engage in self-protection cells
need more building blocks which is cholesterol. Thus, cholesterol
blood levels increase. Thicker cellular membranes make it difficult for
insulin to penetrate which results in the higher insulin demands.
When this is no longer possible, this results with medical diagnosis of
Diabetes Melitus II or the insulin resistance.
Thicker cellular membranes make the cellular absorption of nutrients
more difficult and the tissue hardens. This thicker and harder tissue
creates problems in blood circulation as blood vessels become less
flexible. This starts to affect kidneys as they start having difficulty to
filter the blood. Also this thicker cellular membrane makes osmotic
cellular hydration more difficult so cells absorb less water.... and we
can go on and on.
I described the problems in my book “The Owners Manual For The
Dr. Darko Velcek 29
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Human Body”.
Absorption and Distribution of Proteins
After meat has been eaten and proteins have been broken into amino
acids and lost their electromagnetic signature, the amino acids are
absorbed into the blood by an absorption system that is not well
understood.
Remember that because amino acids no longer have an
electromagnetic signature they are not attacked by the immune
system and freely float in the blood being available to all cells. Only
calibrated amounts remain in the circulation thus the excess will be
processed by the liver. The liver first accommodates the cellular
demand for protein then accommodates cholesterol and then the
extra protein is transformed into glycogen and triglycerides before
stored as fat in the adipose tissue.
Absorption and distribution of fat
In the digestive system, within the small intestine fat breaks down into
fatty acids with the enzyme lipase which is water soluble. The fatty
acids are transported to the absorptive enterocyte of the small
intestine. Since fat is not soluble in water, it cannot proceed into the
blood. The fat must be emulsified similar to washing a greasy plate
with detergent, the fat becomes water soluble and washed of the
plate.
Within the enterocyte, fatty acids are predominantly connected to
glycerol forming triglycerides. This way they become water soluble
and can be transported through the blood. If there is a cellular
request for building material then enterocytes fills the demand as it
produces cholesterol by bonding fatty acids to necessary protein.
Cholesterol is also water soluble and enters into circulation.
Dr. Darko Velcek 30
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Everything that was absorbed by the digestive tract after entering the
blood goes directly into the liver.
The liver is the analyzing station that examines everything entering
the body. If not enough cholesterol was produced (low fat or no fat
due to vegan or vegetarian diet) the liver produces more cholesterol
utilizing either triglyceride or glucose for that purpose. This is why
some people have high cholesterol even when they do not eat it in
the food. The body's demanded for cholesterol will be supplied.
Fatty acids being transported in the form of triglycerides are used for
energy so if the level of triglycerides in the blood rises, they are taken
out from the circulation and deposited in adipose tissue as cellular
food reserve.
Cellular absorption and Energy Production
I will discuss cellular digestion in human/animal cells. By nature
human/animal cells are programmed to use fat as the principal
energy source. I will begin by explaining how animal cells absorb fat
and how energy is produced from it. I will not discuss the details of
chemical reactions. Instead I will make it simple and logical so that
everyone can understand.
Dr. Darko Velcek 31
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Cellular Manipulation of Fat
Triglycerides cannot pass through cell membranes freely. Special
enzymes on the walls of cells called lipase must break down
triglycerides into free fatty acids and glycerol. Fatty acids can then be
taken up by cells via the fatty acid transporter (FAT).
Once fatty acids are inside of the cell they are used to produce
energy. Earlier,I mentioned how fat is a chain of carbon connected to
hydrogen. Hydrogen has to be separated as an energy source. This
is done within an organelle called mitochondria by a chemical
reaction in which carbon is bonded to oxygen as CO2 and eliminated
from the cell.
Remember, fat does not have oxygen in its molecular structure so
oxygen has to be brought in from the outside and injected into the
chemical process. Human/animal cell's mitochondria have an oxygen
pump that inject the oxygen into the chemical process. I have
mentioned previously that mitochondria of plant cells do not have the
need for oxygen so they do not possess this oxygen pump.
A cell's energy needs determines the number of mitochondria present
within a cell. For example, muscle cells that are not exercised have
smaller numbers of mitochondria than those active muscles.
The same is true with neurons. A person not actively engaged in
thinking and with serious rountine/robot activities has less
mitochondria within brain cells than a pilot, fighter, chess player,
dancer, hiker, traveler, etc. We must be aware of the body's
intelligence and realize that the body strives for the most efficient
route. The body creates what it needs and dismantles what is not
needed.
For example, if the energetic need of a cell is 10 Ah (amperes per
hour) and one mitochondria can produce 1 Ah of energy, the cell will
activate 10 mitochondria to efficiently cope with the energy demand.
(The actual parameters are much higher but I am simplifying them for
Dr. Darko Velcek 32
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
the ease of understanding.)
Cells are intelligent and calibrate the mitochondria for the highest
experienced consumption of energy. If the cell is not active, the
energy that is not used is stored within the cell, similar as electricity is
stored within a car battery. Water within the cell is polarized and this
allows it to hold the electric charge.
Cells can store enough energy to be able to run on it for about an
hour. Whenever there is an energetic need cells alert the brain to
send them food. When busy working, the brain will not alert us to eat.
Instead the brain orders triglycerides to be released from adipose
tissue into the blood.
This action allows predator animals to hunt for extended periods of
time and prey animals to escape or hide them without needing to eat
or experiencing weakness or loss of concentration. As long as the
body has fat available the cells will be properly energized and animal
or human will have muscle and neural power. If your cells are
working correctly, you will not feel hunger when occupied and you will
not have a loss of concentration. It seems hungry feelings occur with
phisical inactivity and boredom.
Actions like distance running or intense concentration deplete energy
and if unable to resupply energy exhaustion will result. However, if we
regularly engage in the activity we produce more mitochondria and
our energy supply is stronger. This requires conditioning. This is why
our power and endurance increase with training.
Every human/animal cell has a small amount of fast burning booster
fuel that it will use in the event of an emergency. This fuel is a sugar,
glucose that is stored within the cells bonded to a protein. This
emergency fuel is called glycogen.
Glycogen is produced within cells during resting period, especially
during sleep and glycogen is calibrated to the expected demand. Its
usage is triggered by a stress protein and this is why we have up to
Dr. Darko Velcek 33
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
10 times more power when we are in a desperate crisis, fighting for
our life. Once sprung into the action, glucose produces a lot of energy
in a short amount of time because glucose releases energy when in
the mitochondria without the need of oxygen and makes the reaction
explosively fast when oxygen is added. Since there are plenty of
mitochondria active within our cells when we eat correctly,
tremendous amount of energy is generated from small amount of
glycogen giving us peek power.
Cellular Manipulation of Protein
Earlier I mentioned how proteins first are broken down into single
amino acids before they can be bonded to transporting peptides and
pulled into the intestinal wall. From there the amino acids are
released into the blood where they serve two purposes.
One purpose of amino acids is to be used as building blocks for the
new protein produced by cells. The second purpose is to become an
energy source. Cells decide what is the priority.
Amino acids not used by the cellular structure are converted to
triglycerides in the liver and stored in the adipose tissue for later use.
The by-products of this process are uric acid and CO2. Uric acid is
used as a strong antioxidant and excess is eliminated through the
urine.
Cellular Manipulation of Sugar (Glucose)
Glucose is bonded to its transporter (GLUT) and enters the blood
stream. GLUT's presence is minimal because there is very little
sugar found in our (intestines of omnivores) intestines when we eat
correctly. The sugar normally found there is fructose that came from
eating fruits and glucose is only found in traces at best.
Dietary carbohydrates/glucose in the blood increases sugar
Dr. Darko Velcek 34
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
absorption causing the body to be poisoned. It is not a rapid
poisoning because the buildup of GLUT transporters is a slow
process. Fortunately, because it is slow, cells have time to adjust to
steadily increased amount of blood sugar and reduce the amount of
active mitochondria to prevent cellular damage. However, the
changes cells must make to accommodate the influx of glucose
begins creating a multitude of problems that are classified as
diseases.
As increased amount of glucose enters the blood, an alarm is
activated and the pancreas immediately produces insulin, then
releases it into the blood to agitate cells and force them to absorb the
glucose. Because this is not a natural process but one of emergency
the pancreas over-produces insulin - “better more than not enough!”
That irritation that insulin produced forces glucose to enter the cells
and removes it from blood circulation and all is believed to be well.
Reality is vastly different.
The glucose was removed from the blood and forced inside the cell.
Solving the blood problem creates a cell problem. The cell's
mitochondria must solve that problem by converting the glucose into
energy. Unfortunately, it is plant food “glucose” within a human/animal
mitochondria. What is the big deal you may ask?
Remember, that glucose does not need oxygen to produce energy
because oxygen is part of the glucose molecule. Thus, as glucose
begins its chemical transformation process the mitochondria injects
oxygen into the reaction and we know oxygen accelerates a burning
process. Result is similar like when we are in stress and cells start to
burn emergency glycogen. Only there is no emergency, no need for
high amount of energy and no way to utilize it.
Glucose creates violent reactions where large amounts of energy is
created in a short amount of time. Remember how glycogen is used
to create vast amount of energy necessary when fighting for our lives.
Since many mitochondria are present, cells are in danger of
Dr. Darko Velcek 35
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
overcharging which would cause irreparable damage to the cell. Cells
are faced with a potentially dangerous situation and must rapidly
deactivate some of the mitochondria. Cells will adjust the amount of
mitochondria to cellular energy demand having in consideration
glucose as fuel since it is abundant and has to be utilized.
Glucose should not be used as daily energy supplier because
glucose reduces the amount of active mitochondria making it difficult
for the cell to supply energy when glucose is not available.
Remember, the body does not store glucose thus to use glucose as
primary fuel it would be necessary for us to eat every two hours in
order to have adequate supply of cellular energy. The body must
maintain its energy supply to function and food is fuel that becomes
energy. Without sufficient energy the body will become weakened
and concentration diminishes and hypoglycemia (low energy) results
as cells try to grab any available peace of glucose to maintain optimal
energetic level.
If our cells are meant to use fat as energy source, why don't they use
fat in this situation? Because, of the danger of overcharging and
damaging themselves from fast burning glucose, cells will reduce the
number of active mitochondria for this process. Since we eat
carbohydrates daily, we are daily increasing the absorption of sugar
so every day more and more sugar is being taken in by our cells. This
means that daily our cells mitochondria level subsides. If the cell
needed 10 mitochondria to fill in energy requirements utilizing fat,
when glucose showed up in traces cell dismantled one mitochondria.
So when we are working and cannot eat our cells will produce only
90% energy required from fat. Not a big deal. But after a while as
glucose becomes the main cellular energy source, there could be
only 3 mitochondria active. This now presents a huge problem and
this is when hypoglycemia occurs. This means the more glucose
added to the diet, the less mitochondria remains active and less
energy cells produce when utilizing fat as the source of energy.
Dr. Darko Velcek 36
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Dietary glucose is dangerous to human/animal cells as seen by the
cellular response time to reactivate mitochondria in order to efficiently
utilize fat. Cells wait at least 24 hours before slowly increasing the
number of mitochondria. All who have fasted experienced a
challenging first day with feeling hungry, weak, growling stomach and
even headaches. The second day becomes easier as some
mitochondria has activated so more energy is produced utilizing fat of
our body and by the third day there may be feelings of hunger but no
weakness.
A person can control the glucose supply simply by eating multiple
times per day. More precisely, we would have to eat carbohydrates
every two hours to maintain correct level of cellular energy. Night time
and sleep are different stories. While sleeping, the brain no longer
has managerial tasks like digestion or muscle activity or
concentration or the need to problem solve or cope with stress. This
allows more energy for the cells to address hydration, cleansing and
reparation including glycogen production for the next days expected
activities. Cells complete maintenance during the brain's inactivity
(while in a deep sleep). Since we do not eat while sleeping cellular
restoration is underpowered and incomplete. Because of a lack of
energy some wake up hungry in the night and eat and carbohydrates
are most often chosen.
The following are some of results from eating a carbohydrate diet
1. Obesity
Because of hunger and weakness during the day since cells
cannot supply enough energy leading some people to overeat. As a
result of the over consumption of carbohydrates and because the
cellular limitation for sugar is fulfilled, the liver must transform the
remaining glucose into fat (triglycerides) and store it for later use.
This over consumption of carbohydrate/glucose and conversion
into triglycerides becomes a vicious cycle because we produce fat
(from overeating) and the cells are only partially able to use
Dr. Darko Velcek 37
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
triglycerides for energy since glucose is used, so we become fat.
Overeating carbohydrates/sugar will lead to obesity and there is no
way around it my friends.
2. Fatty Liver
Because of overeating, cells cannot use all the carbohydrates
ingested. The liver becomes flooded by glucose that has to be
processed into triglycerides. This fills the liver with triglycerides and
we diagnose it as Fatty Liver Syndrome.
3. Elevated Triglycerides in the blood and hypoglycemia
Cells are programmed to use fat for energy. When energy is missing
the cells must request more food. The body can only offer stored fat
and so triglycerides are released into the blood from adipose tissue.
Cells cannot produce enough of energy utilizing fat because they
have diminished the amount of mitochondria so they ask for more
fuel. Glucose cannot be stored in our body and released on demand
so triglycerides are sent again . Triglyceride levels now rises in the
blood and hypoglycemia (low glucose) and weakness are
experienced as cells in a desperation deplete glycogen while waiting
for a glucose.
4 . Diabetes Mellitus
As more and more glucose goes into the blood, from eating
carbohydrates, insulin is over-produced causing cell irritation. Cells
begin to protect themselves from this irritant by thickening their
membranes causing a need for more insulin to stimulate the cell to
accept the glucose. That action cause membranes to become thicker
and denser which presents more needs for insulin. Insulin resistance
(due to thick dense cells) is the diagnosis of Type Two Diabetes. This
condition can escalate to a level where insulin must be injected to
increase its level so that cells accept the glucose and this person is
diagnosed with Type One diabetes.
5. Elevated Cholesterol
Dr. Darko Velcek 38
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
The cellular membranes are made of saturated fat and protein.
This material is being delivered to the cells via cholesterol. Higher the
cellular demand for cholesterol, higher will blood cholesterol become.
The cell requests cholesterol to use to build a thicker membrane to
protect itself from the irritation of the increased bombardment of
insulin and to repair damaged membranes due to the over
consumption of glucose/carbohydrates.
6. Circulatory Problems
When cell membranes are thicker it causes hydration problems.
Dehydrated cells have difficulty cleansing themselves and become
acidic. These same cells form blood vessels that become less flexible
as they are thickening and may cause hardening of the arteries. Stiff
blood vessels lead to a increased blood pressure and difficulty in
blood circulation. Acidic cells lead to inflammation of blood vessels.
7. Inflammation & necrosis of feet
Inflammation of blood vessels increases difficulty of circulation
which especially affects peripheral blood flow. This is noticed in feet
swelling and water retention. This swelling produces painful feet. As
inflammation worsens cells in the feet die from inadequate blood
supply (necrosis). If necrosis is severe amputation may be necessary.
The situation of inflammation also lowers lymphatic circulation and
creates issues with in the brain and eyes.
Dietary glucose is the reason obese people experience multiple
inflammations and appear bloated from the over-consumption of
carbohydrates. The problem of obesity is created by the food. A
person becomes fat from over-eating plant food
(glucose/carbohydrates) that is cooked or processed. I cal such
carbohydrates, dietary carbohydrates.
8. Immune Deficiency
The presence of glucose forces Cells to reprogram their
chemistry in order to accommodate the glucose. Manipulating
Dr. Darko Velcek 39
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
glucose requires cells to produce a special enzyme (glycoside
hydrolase). When carbohydrates appear in the digestive tract the
enzyme glycoside hydrolase breaks down the complex sugar
(carbohydrate) into simple sugars (glucose and fructose).
There is a gene called NAGA which is responsible for the
production of glycoside-hydrolase so scientists replaced the name
glycoside-hydrolase with nagalase. The immune system is inhibited
by NAGALASE. The more NAGALASE is present, the weaker the
immune system will be. This is another link that connects dietary
carbohydrates to chronic diseases. A strong immune system is crucial
to fight off diseases.
To have a strong immune system the immune protein called
GcMAF is needed. GcMAF stimulates macrophage to attack and
destroy unwanted intruders including cancer cells. It appears that
increased activity of the NAGA gene suppresses GcMAF protein
production and thus suppresses the immune system.
Nagalase is not produced by cancer cells but it is present there
in large quantities because cancer cells can only use glucose for
energy. Nagalase is present everywhere there is glucose therefore
Nagalase is present where there is cancer cells. Nagalase is present
in the body of those individuals that eat carbohydrates and have
suppressed immune systems.
9. Cyst, Tumor and Cancer
Although glucose does not directly trigger growths, glucose
does interfere with cellular cleansing and elimination due to immune
suppression as previously described. A characteristic of all tumors is
their inability to absorb oxygen which causes them to grow.
Tumor cells cannot use fat as an energy source and they cannot
produce glycogen for the same reason. The only food that cysts and
tumors can utilize for energy is glucose because glucose does not
need oxygen to produce energy.
The insane hospital diet must be addressed because a patient is
Dr. Darko Velcek 40
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
served food that causes chronic health problems. If a person had a
condition requiring hospitalization and was unable to eat the
physician would order intravenous feeding. The "food" given in that
IV is glucose. It is no wonder cancer and cysts grow like crazy being
fed a glucose diet. The medical profession to include dietitians, do not
understand nutrition thus we need to obtain truthful and accurate
information in order to be healthy.
10. Alzheimer's Diseases
Brain cells are the same as any other cells as far as metabolism
and energy production goes. Nerve cells use a lot of energy when
active, in fact almost twice as much energy as muscle cells.
When we eat correctly there is no dietary glucose present in
brain cells (neurons). Neurons like all cells depend on fat as their
energy source. This means neurons have plenty of active
mitochondria fulfilling those energetic demands. Problems develop
when a glucose diet replaces a fat diet.
In a carbohydrate/glucose diet the amount of mitochondria is
reduced and there is an unsteady availability of blood glucose
resulting in energy deprivation causing issues of concentration and
thinking problems known as "brain fog".
The longer the time periods a person is without food the more
brain health is undermined because brain cells cannot efficiently
utilize fat since mitochondria count has diminished. This is why we
can hold concentration only for an hour or so before we become
weak and crave for sweets to re supply the energy brain so
desperately needs. There is always a presence of nagalase and a
lack of GcMAF protein. This provides an environment where tumors
could grow. In addition the steady irritation of insulin from a glucose
diet affects neurons as any other cell so you can see how this can
lead into chronic brain malfunction causing dementia and Alzheimer's
disease.
10. Fungal Infections
Dr. Darko Velcek 41
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Fungus thrives on glucose/sugar. Remember, glucose changes
the body’s environment by making it more acidic which triggers
microsoma to change into fungus. Every human eating carbohydrates
daily has fungus. The more carbohydrates eaten, the weaker the
immune system allowing more fungus to grow. The practice of
carbohydrate consumption is a prescription for disaster.
Previously, I discussed serious health problems directly related
to dietary glucose to include inflammation, pain, brain fog, swelling,
diminished circulation of the blood and the lymph, cell death or
necrosis, high levels of triglycerides or cholesterol, bloating, obsiety,
Type One Diabetes and Type Two Diabetes.
Dietary glucose is the main culprit to the above conditions and
all chronic problems from which humanity is suffering. Fructose
apprears to be a serious health problem involving uric acid. Fructose
is transformed in the liver into uric acid and triglycerides if we eat
correctly. No matter how much sweet fruits eaten only minuscule
amounts of fructose enter the blood and no harm is done. Dietary
glucose is the reason all Hell breaks loose because carbohydrates
dramatically increase glucose/fructose absorption.
Some Other Foods I Want to Mention
Honey
I did not have an opportunity to analyze honey consumption and
absorption and the affects on a healthy person's body that had not
been previously compromised by dietary glucose. Thus, my take on
its consumption is strictly from considering the way in which a body
Dr. Darko Velcek 42
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
reacts to honey as a food source.
Honey contains almost equal amounts of glucose and fructose
making it very sweet. Although honey is processed by bees glucose
and fructose are absorbed into the blood utilizing GLUT transporting
mechanisms. Fructose being more sticky (viscous) captures more
transporters so that only small amounts of glucose are absorbed
which does no harm (when honey is consumed in small doses).
Correct eating maintains small amounts of transporters so no harm is
done. Having said that I always recommend using small amounts of
honey so as to not increase the amount of GLUT.
Which Sweeteners to Use?
If fruit, used in a smoothie is not ripe enough to have a yummy
sweetness I use a small amount of honey or ripe bananas or dates.
You can use maple syrup but not the artificial maple syrup. Or you
can use raw cane sugar but not American "brown sugar".
I have seen people develop kidney issues after consuming higher
dosages of stevia.
Avoid all white sugars.
Avoid all sugar substitutes (youtube "sugar substitutes" for additional
information, also watch any of the Russell Blaylock, M.D. reports).
Milk and Dairy Products
There have been negative reports portraying milk as an allergic
substance that causes production of mucus in the body and inflames
the intestines. There are stories and “studies” explaining problems
caused by milk's enzyme casein which is what is said to be the culprit
of diarrhea due to the humans inability to produce lactase.
Lactase is the enzyme needed to break down milk sugar (lactose)
changing it into glucose and later into glycogen allowing it to be
Dr. Darko Velcek 43
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
absorbed.
Let us look at milk. The food for infant mammals is milk which is
loaded with protein for growth, fat for energy and sugar as a reserve
energy boost, plus a perfect source of vitamins, minerals, enzyems,
etc. needed for the infant's rapid growth.
Previously I explained how food is broken down in the digestive
system into the most basic elements before being absorbed into the
blood stream. No matter the age of a person neither fresh (raw) nor
processed milk cause harm.
Although the chemicals of antibiotics, growth hormones and other
substances injected into animals has the potential for harm although I
cannot site an independent scientific research study since corporate
industry is well protecting itself.
Generally speaking, chemicals injected into or ingested by humans,
animals and plants are harmful there are no doubts about this.
It can be stated that people who do not digest lactose have health
problems especially the problem of allergies. My experience with
several people suffering from allergies was wonderful because after
two weeks of using my protocol and their bodies being hydrated and
cleansing the lactose intolerance they had previously experienced
had “miraculously” vanished.
Occasionally I drink milk. Daily I consume yogurt, milk kefir and
cheese. Neither my wife nor I nor my clients have issues with lactose
due to being hydrated and the cells having the cleansing mechanisms
turned back on.
A personal friend reported noticing "mucous buildup" after drinking
milk. Unfortunately, she confused the production of saliva, which is
the first stage of digestion, as being mucous. Although milk is liquid,
it is not water. Milk contains fat and proteins thus the body begins its
digestive process in the mouth by creating saliva which can easily be
confused with mucus.
As far as caseins are concerned, they are phosphoproteins. Caseins
Dr. Darko Velcek 44
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
supply the body with amino acids, phosphorus and calcium. Caseins
are crucial elements for growing organisms (infants) but are also
good for those full grown (adults). Milk has calcium. When growing a
need for calcium is present and in grownups, because of their acidic
diet, calcium is used to alkalize the blood.
In brief, non-processed or raw milk and dairy products have health
benefits.
Pasteurized milk and its products are no longer milk because of the
practice of applying heat which destroys the benefits.
Water
Talking about digestion and not mentioning water would be ridiculous
yet water is not discussed in most books devoted to nutrition or
medicine.
Water (H2O) is a liquid and serves as a transporting mechanism to
move solubles into the body and move waste out of the body.
Dr. Darko Velcek 45
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
However, water is much more than a transporting mechanism
whether in the body or on the land.
Water can be structured into various crystalline forms depending on
the position of hydrogen bonds. Dr. Masaru Emoto spent his life work
studying this phenomenon. This information about water and nutrition
is not available to students of medicine or veterinary or dentistry,
these students must obtain this data on their own. (For more
information about the beauty and "miracle" structured crystalline form
of water research just youtube Masaru Emoto.)
Crystalline structures in water are very important. The importance is
the ability of the crystalline structures of water to change. When the
water's structure changes so does its properties. For example, water
changes to a boiling point or freezing points or changes its surface
tension. Water also changes absorption rates. Depending on the
water's crystalline structure it can be healing or neutral or toxic.
Let us focus on the crystalline structure of water. Oxygen (O2) has
two hydrogen molecules bonded to it. Hydrogen atoms do not touch
oxygen. Nothing is touching, they are merely lined up in a particular
order and hold there by magnetic field.
They line up and make "connecting bonds" because they are
electromagnetic. Hydrogen can be lined up in a perpendicular
manner (90 degrees) or parallel to each other or in any other relation
by changing the angle where hydrogen atoms bond to the atom of
oxygen.
As many molecules bond to each other they form a symmetrical
structure resembling a crystal. If water is frozen and sliced into ultra-
thin layers, those crystals can be seen under a microscope. This
information can be seen in photographs from the extensive research
and books of Dr. Emoto.
Our body may structure water before absorbing it. The obvious
reason to structure water is that a cell can absorb water molecules
that are lined up in particular structure much easier then if the water
Dr. Darko Velcek 46
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
molecules are bonded without any particular order. The structured
water would allow better cellular hydration. The water then changes
its crystalline structure within our cells and then within the organelles.
It was discovered that a chromosome has water and it is structured to
remain in liquid form until 40 degrees Celsius below zero.
Structured water, having a crystalline form operates like quartz crystal
as proven by the research of Dr. Emoto and others. Both structured
water and quartz crystals maintain memory through their ability to
store vibrational/magnetic frequencies.
Everything has a vibrational signature including plants, animals,
rocks, letters, numbers, etc. Each and every flower has its own
vibrational signature so if a flower is placed into water the vibration of
that species of flowers is recorded.
Water loses its crystalline structure when passing through pipes.
Water becomes dead. Also dirty and toxic water will lose its
crystalline structure and become dead
Dr. Darko Velcek 47
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Water exposed to the vibrations of music or words or even numbers
also become structured to that which it is exposed. This is because
all of them represent specific frequency. (For a visual enhancement of
this information please see youtube regarding the topics of water,
vibration, music, words, etc. by Dr. Emoto.)
Structured pure water has health benefits. It is important to structure
the water to benefit your health before drinking it. Experiments have
shown that water can be restructured using electrical devices as well
as non-electrical devices.
Structuring water can be done simply by using your thoughts since
thoughts are electromagnetic by their nature. Thoughts are
electromagnetic waves that can be measured (like ECG and EKG).
Electromagnetic waves (thoughts) interfere with the electromagnetic
structure of water and lead hydrogen into a particular position thus
restructuring the water.
Into what position the hydrogen moves into strictly depends on
thought thus different thoughts produce different vibrations and
produce different crystalline forms in the water. (See Dr Emoto's book
or youtube "Miracles in Water".)
To restructure pure water you can hold a container of water and have
your thoughts loving and simple: I love you water. Thank you for
nourishing me. I love you. I am grateful. I bless you. You are healing
water. Use your own short phrases or simply a word.
Phrases can be written on paper and the water container placed on it.
The vibrational signature remains on the paper as the word becomes
symbol for the meaning expressed on it. The water recognizes and
absorbs the vibration of the words. (Youtube Dr. Emoto and his book,
"Miracles of Water" to see his photos of his research on this topic.)
You can also use your finger to write a word on a glass where it
remains until the the erasing gesture removes the words.
You may understand this better after I explain quantum approach to
Dr. Darko Velcek 48

diet.
Water has the capacity of absorption of thoughts, nutrients, etc.
Water enters our blood through mucous membranes of the digestive
tract and through the skin.
Blood must maintain it precise water / sodium balance for proper
functionality, which was discussed earlier.
If blood does not have enough sodium to be in perfect ratio with water
then the body begins eliminating the excess water to re-establish the
sodium / water balance.
On the other hand if the blood does not have enough water to be in
precise balance with the sodium then the body begins eliminating the
excess sodium to re-establish the perfect water / sodium ratio.
The easiest way to hydrate the cells is by drinking pure water with
sea salt. Use a one-half teaspoon of sea salt for each liter of pure
water. ONLY use sea salt, not just for hydration purposes but as an
additive to meals. ONLY drink pure water. (On line, there are many
gravity fed water purifiers that use carbon filters that are easily
cleaned, Berkey for example cleans water to 99.99%. Stainless steal
is less likely to develop bacteria than plastic. Clean the container with
colloidal silver in order to not contaminate the water with chemicals.)
Only pure and preferably structured water with sea salt allows cells to
hydrate and cleanse themselves. Cells hydrate through cellular
osmosis. This process is the sodium-potassium-osmotic pump.
Sodium being smaller than potassium will penetrate into the cell.
There is an internal cellular process called cold fusion and it produces
potassium within the cell. I explained more in my book “The Owner’s
Manual for the Human Body”.
It is crucial to drink three liters of pure water with sea salt on a daily
basis to maintain the blood clean. When half teaspoon of sea salt is
mixed with one liter of water there is no danger of overdoing either
the sea salt or the water. In a one gallon jug, I mix 3 liters of pure
water and one and on-half teaspoon sea salt. For ease of
Dr. Darko Velcek 49
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
consumption and ease of correct measurement I make this each
morning.
I am frequently asked, even by cardiologists, “Doesn't salt cause high
blood pressure?” The correct answer is: when the body is healthy, no
matter how much water and salt you ingest, your blood pressure will
not change.
High blood pressure may indicate circulation problems and the
person may need to contact a physician for a check up.
Unfortunately, physicians give patients chemicals for hypertension
and not information to resolve the problem.
Reading the information in this book, understanding its significance
and putting into action the dietary suggestions will resolve
dehydration and hard arteries causing high blood pressure will repair
themselves.
Elevated blood pressure may also be a temporary issue while the
cells re-hydrate, dietary changes are made and cells begin to
detoxify. When the person is completely hydrated and cleansed, and
fats are the main dietary choice, circulatory issues subside returning
the bloods pressure to normal.
Sea Salt
Salt comes from many sources, and is in many colors and is
marketed for a number of different audiences. Most of the salt sold is
rock salt that comes from mines and not from sea water.
The bottom line is that many ancient salt mines were developed at a
time in the history when earth was experiencing lots of volcanic
activity so I do not consume rock salt (sediment salt). Sediment salt
does not have the same properties as fresh sea salt since it was
Dr. Darko Velcek 50
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
rinced through the ages and demineralized.
As for the pink Himalayan salt, the people of the Himalayan
Mountains buy sea salt from trading caravans and do not consume
the pink salt. All rock salts are low in magnesium which is a very
important mineral.
Let us discuss genuine healthy sea salt which is gray and not brown,
not black and not pink. Although slightly pale pink salt may come from
sea inlets or bays where crustaceans live. Those crustaceans have
high beta carotenes causing sea salt to be slightly pale pink.
Real sea salt is always wet. It is impossible to keep sea salt dry even
when the salt is closed in a plastic bag. The wetness is caused by
magnesium bonding with water. Since sea salt is loaded with
magnesium the salt is always wet as seen in the following picture.
Real sea salt does not pour easily unless it has been "purified". Table
salt found in grocery stores has been highly processed with all types
of chemicals in order for the salt to flow with ease and be white in
color.
Spices and supplements
When a person eats correctly, no supplements are needed and the
only spice really needed is sea salt. Sea salt contains all the minerals
found in blood plasma so anyone saying that we need to eat
vegetables to bring minerals into our body is mistaken. But we do
need to consume sea salt for those minerals.
We do not have to debate this just have a look at the wild animal
Dr. Darko Velcek 51
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
world. Bear, wolf, raccoon, wild bore, etc. are omnivores like us. They
feast on animal protein and available ripe fruits and berries. They only
eat vegetables (grass or leaves) when they need to purge their
digestive tract.
Spices may be used to make the meal appealing to the pallet or
attractive to the eye. Hot spices irritate the digestive system causing
inflammation, speeding it up and and causing faster elimination.
Remember how inflammation prevents cells from the absorption of
water and nutrition. Consuming spices daily has a negative affect on
the body.
Garlic
We are told all kinds of stories about this "miraculous" and
"medicinal" plant called garlic. As with all myths the miracles keep
growing and growing. Now we are convinced that eating garlic daily
will make us superhuman with iron health. WRONG!
Most medicinal plants are toxic and toxicity suppresses the symptoms
Dr. Darko Velcek 52
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
similar to prescription drugs. Garlic is another plant that is very toxic
to the nerve cells (neurotoxic).
No matter where you keep cloves of garlic neither animal nor fungus
goes near it? They all know garlic is poisonous and steer away from
it. If house or garden plants have parasites a remedy is to add a
smashed garlic clove to a pint of water, allow to sit in a cool place for
8 hours, strain off the garlic and spray the water onto the plants.
In the past people knew the medicinal properties of garlic and used it
for headaches and to rid themselves of intestinal parasites. When
ingested garlic is also absorbed into the intestines of parasites,
causing them spasms. They release themselves from intestinal
mucous tissue and ungulate out of the body.
Today garlic is claimed to have antibacterial action, lower blood
pressure, suppress tremors of Parkinson’s disease, prevent heart
attacks and more.
Remember a component in garlic is sulphone-hydroxil, which a very
potent neuro toxin. Sulphone-hydroxil is absorbed into the blood is
capable of passing the blood brain barrier thus entering the brain.
Garlic impairs nerve action, slows reflexes and causes a loss of
clarity in thinking and concentration. The slowed neuron conductivity
causes delays in reflex reaction and a lowered elcetrical current for
the heart contraction causing a drop in blood pressure.
If you think that any of these effects are therapeutic, please
reconsider.
The reason most people do not experience a negative effect from
ingesting garlic is because cells adapt to toxins the same way cells
adapt to alcohol. When a person eats garlic the cells remember its
vibrational signature and stop the osmotic pump thus preventing the
toxin from entering. When a person consumes alcohol the cells
detect its vibrational signature and in ten minutes stop its absorption
and cellular harm is then minimized.
Onions and leeks have lower quantities of these neuro toxins. I do not
Dr. Darko Velcek 53
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
dispute that garlic and onions have some beneficial elements the
same as red wine but the neuro toxins out-weigh the any benefits, in
my opinion.
The neuro toxins of garlic, alcohol, onions and leeks stop the osmotic
pump of the cells thus preventing cells from hydrating and absorbing
nutrition. The body increases its rejection of the neuro toxins by a
diuretic action which increases dehydration.
But because of the millions of dollars paid to advertising agencies by
the wine and food distributors many people have a hard time
accepting the science of truth which is different from the "science"
bought by the food and wine industries. Advertising is a multi-billion
dollar business because it affective in influencing the way in which
people spend their money. A good campaign ad can sway a smart
person into buying and consuming harmful products. (Johnson &
Johnson are being sued because the toxins in baby powder caused
ovarian cancer. www.meneolawgroup.com/talc/cancer )
Garlic is not a health food as we are told. Some scientists are
suggesting that European people have different genetics and that this
is the reason why they tolerate the alcohol better than tribal people.
When people consume garlic the tolerance of alcohol raises. The
cells are already hydrating sporadically because of garlic's presence
and alcohol stops an already weak osmotic pump.
Green tea contains caffeine and is dehydrating as is ginger because
it is neurotoxic as well. Always check the active ingredients in
recommended “therapeutic” remedies as there are toxins.
People who are serious about their meditation practices do not
consume garlic or alcohol. They do not want those toxins in their
brain or body.
Dr. Robert Beck observed that after garlic enters the blood circulation,
the left brain hemisphere stops to communicating with the right brain
hemisphere.
Dr. Darko Velcek 54

Supplements
There may be some circumstances where taking food supplements is
required however if you live healthy by exposing yourself to sunlight,
drink structured water with sea salt, spend some time walking
barefoot on the earth, eat correct diet, have some form of spiritual
practice and exercise properly there is no need for supplementation.
Dr. Darko Velcek 55
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Sometimes the concentrated elements of supplementation cause
saturation and create problems. The most obvious problem caused
by supplementation is arteriosclerosis, problems with thyroid gland,
mood swings and itchy skin.
People suffering from osteoporosis urinate calcium so taking calcium
pills makes no sense. This means that the person with osteoporosis
has calcium blood levels exceeding tolerable levels. Now doctors are
instructing the patient to force calcium saturation of the blood by
taking the pills. The body has to somehow deal with it so calcium is
pushed out of blood circulation and crystallize in kidneys causing
kidney stones, arthritis and lumps under the skin. Read more about it
in my book “The Owner’s Manual For The Human Body”.
Herbivores
After decades of a vegan diet most vegans are ultra thin while most
vegetarians are fat. This is because vegans are malnourished from
the inability to absorb nutrients from raw plants, remember the
fiber/cellulose membrane around the cell's. Vegetarians eat heat
treated vegetables which means dietary carbohydrates/glucose.
Dr. Darko Velcek 56
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Earlier, I explained how cells reacts to dietary glucose and how this
type of food promotes obesity and disease.
Herbivores (plan eating animals) do not have health problems eating
plants (issues develop when man introduces them to grains and
cooked vegetation). First, herbivores eat raw so they do not have the
access to dietary carbohydrate/glucose. Second, their digestive
systems are different from ours.
Some herbivores like cows, goats and sheep have rumen which is a
huge part of stomach where vegetables go first. Here mixed with
saliva (water, salt and enzymes) and micro organisms, vegetables
ferments. It becomes a breeding ground of bacteria that help in this
process breaking down cellulose fiber and fermenting sugars turning
them into fat. Then this fermented vegetable goes to normal part of
stomach and the rest of digestion but now it is full of fat and not
sugar. This digestive process is completely different from a human.
Some herbivores do not have rumen but have very large stomach
where food also ferments like a horse or gorilla. We are told that
these two animals normally do not eat animal protein. But the
Mongols frequently fed their horses a diet of sheep blood and meat
during the harsh winter when grass grazing was impossible. Similarly,
the nomadic Bedouin tribes fed their Arabian horses camel butter or
blood and locust when available. Meat fed horse develop smaller
stomachs and more energy. Grains are toxic for all animals causing
horses to suffer from colic. Cow's stomach pH changes when given
grain as it disrupts the micro flora. The same happens when we eat
grains.
Going Quantum (Not Going Woo-Woo)
First, I want to admit that I am not a quantum physicist and quantum
physics is theoretical science so mistakes will be made.
I have engaged in extensive practical work in my attempts to
understand the world of frequencies. I obtain good information and
Dr. Darko Velcek 57
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
knowledge with teachings of Drunvalo Melchizedec about the sacred
geometry in Volumes I and II, "The Flower of Life".
I now understand the Australian Aboriginals saying, "Everything has
its own song". Song is the sound that every frequency produces.
Most sounds they refer to are below or above our hearing capabilities
but our cells receive those frequencies. When telomeres are
stretched (like in young creatures and children) cells can receive all
the sounds in the form of frequency trapped by telomeres.
I mentioned at the beginning of this manual how every thing including
thoughts has a particular frequency. Matter of fact, there is an
orchestra of music since material things are composed of numerous
atoms, molecules and bonds, each carrying its own frequency. Each
fruit or plant or animal has its own resonance and subsequent
song/vibrational signature.
Remember everything is energy which has its own vibration that is
unique. For example, a Berch tree vibrates different from a broccoli
from a liver and from a rose. And a healthy cell vibrates different from
one that is sick.
There is a phenomenon called entrainment seen on this 4 minute
youtube.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5v5eBf2KwF8 It is interesting to
use the phenomenon of introducing a healthy frequency of a liver to
stimulate an unhealthy liver. The unhealthy liver will attempt to
entrain/match the frequency of the healthy liver until it "heals itself".
In the early 1930s Royal Rife, after many years of scientific research
created a frequency machine that cured all types of diseases. That
machine had 100% success with curing every medical condition
presented without any type of side effects. Unfortunately, Rife
became a target of the American FDA, his machines destroyed, his
research material confiscated, he was arrested and jailed where he
mysteriously died. There are many sites on the web devoted to his
knowledge.
Dr. Darko Velcek 58
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
A practitioner of Reiki or a practitioner of any energy healing modality
can write the healing frequency number on your body while sending
that vibrational frequency into the person which causes the body to
entrain with that frequency and heal itself. Or write the frequency
numbers or healing words on a glass of water so the person may
drink it to add to the healing session. Remember, the brain is a
frequency transducer so you can consciously create frequencies with
your thoughts, and send them into the person who needs healing. (14
min video of Gregg Braden on this topic to include healing kidney
cancer in real time: https://www.youtube.com/watch?
v=VLPahLakP_Q )
I have mentioned how sound (the God) created all frequencies from
the void and this has created a 3D expression of our present “reality”
of mountains, oceans, and all life. This template is called Sacred
Geometry or “The Flower of Life”. So as we discuss nutrition, we can
elaborate on it from the standpoint our brain's manufactured three
dimensional “reality” called food, or we can bypass the brains
expression of frequency and think of food as a symphony of
frequencies of energy. http://forbiddenknowledgetv.net/cymatics-
how-sound-informs-the-material-realm/
To simplify this here is a path to create our reality.
Creation:
1st. Energy---
2nd Sound---
3rd Frequency---
4th Sacred geometry---
5th Light (wave and particle called photon)---
6th Brain (brains processor and program) will recall the image of food,
designated to particular frequency (this we call the thought) or it will
transmit this image and we will see it with our eyes and call it apple,
Dr. Darko Velcek 59
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
steak, water, etc. depending on its frequency.
As we have been talking before about fats, carbohydrates and
proteins, now we can see them before our brain converts the
vibration to an object. So before the brain manifests the food as the
“real” object, the food exists in a form of energy---sound---light and
sacred geometry. This means that any of those forms can
successfully nourish or body.
This is quantum physics and not woo-woo or gibberish nonsense and
you easily follow what I am discussing if you have already taken the
time to look at any of the sites on youtube or book by Dr Emoto, or
Gregg Braden or Drunvalo Melchizedek you are now on the same
page as the bio-physisist Fritz-Albert Popp, Alfred Wolf, Nassim
Haramein, Michio Kaku, Max Planck, et al.
Ancient Shamans around the world have oral traditions of their rite of
passage called "vision quests" or "walk-abouts" as they are called by
the Australia Aborigine when they saw geometric shapes intertwined
with objects which slowly disintegrate in light. Those experimenting
with LSD and other hallucinogenic drugs experienced the same.
Many Sun Gazers claim hunger vanished and there are records
"strange" abilities of Yogi Practitioners being able to survive without
eating and without the access to the sunlight.
How do cells survive without “real molecular” ingredients present for
nourishment? Well, the way I see it, "reality" is a dream state of our
spiritual existence. It is a game created to experience our own
thoughts and senses and explore the depth and breadth of being
detached from our spirit self.
Going back to nutrition, let me explain how this works. Every cell has
chromosomes. Chromosomes are in the nucleus of the cell and are
not important for survival of the cell. Once a cell is created, it can stay
in its current form indefinitely. But for any change to occur, that cell
needs chromosomes. Because chromosomes have DNA loaded with
genes which are necessary for manifesting whatever change there is
Dr. Darko Velcek 60
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
to be.
Genes are positioned in different combinations and react or resonate
to different frequencies. Since there is a multitude of frequencies and
there is also a multitude of resonating/responding genes. This
resonance stimulates the cell to respond in a certain pattern through
oscillation within its surrounding medium (water).
This selection of resonating genes is called the activated genes
(active genome). Now you can see why life without water is
impossible to achieve.
To capture the frequencies and transmit them onto the gene's DNA
they use their extensions (telomeres). Telemeres look and act like
coiled strings and the more relaxed and extended the telemere, the
greater their range of received frequencies and the better the cellular
activity.
As one gene has increased activity another gene will decrease in
activity. It is not exactly that one gene suppresses the activity of the
other, instead the frequency has changed and this has created the
change in the way genes will resonate (genetic expression). Every
gene responds to a different frequency.
I have attempted to continuously show you the science of cellular
functioning behind food choices. The cells react/function according to
the task they are given as a result of the food that enters their world.
They can function smoothly, easily and free from stress with foods
that promote their wellbeing through the frequencies they were
designed for. Or they must change their functionality, as the
frequency has changed which no longer induces the correct
frequency and stimulates the resonance of genes that are not
supposed to be active. The food that we put into our mouth has
strong effects because its resonance comes into the close proximity
of cells so the effect is strong and either promote health or promotes
sickness.
This is important to understand so you really "get it" about the way in
Dr. Darko Velcek 61
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
which your diet affects your cellular behavior. A plant's cellular
behavior and a human/animal's cellular behavior each has a specific
program. This is a set program in all living things (plants and animals
- no matter their size or complexity) except humans. Humans are the
exception because of free will. We can choose to eat and drink
according to the program's design, like all of creation. Or we can
deviate from the program.
All of this information is on a scientific level. You eat a plant and your
body will respond in one way and if you eat meat your body will
respond in another.
Now I want to just touch on another possibility. For those of you who
want to increase your personal spiritual self, increase your connection
with creator, be one with nature, experience your spiritual side or any
way you want to phrase it I want to add the following.
I, and others through out history want to be in touch with our spiritual
selves, realize the truth and experience this creation as spiritual
beings who are not obligated to actually eat and drink. We want to
use our brain to manifest the food that supports life via thought forms,
create the symphony of resonance that will stimulate the genes and
create cellular behavior that will follow the program of the creation.
How do you know what frequencies to use? This is simple. When
particular symphony of frequencies hits your brain, the brain will
visualize them and project them so we are going to see them as a
stake or cheese or bread. So you take them, smell them ad discover
their texture. All those are just frequencies interpreted by your brain.
To create the food utilizing your brain you go through the reverse
engineering process. You think about what you want to eat, recall the
smell and the taste of the food. Recall how you feel eating it and
visualize the process. Your cells will receive the same symphony of
frequencies as if you have actually been eating this type of food. Of
course the belief and the doubt filters have to be deactivated because
the most necessary part of creation is the belief system.
I think that this was the original concept created by God. Eva's apple
Dr. Darko Velcek 62
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
was just a symbol of parting from the spiritual concept into the
materialistic world we have since accepted and explore with our
senses.
Please understand it is thought that this program and this body
(vehicle/Avatar) can be used to change frequencies (manipulate food
vibrations) and this changes the genetic expression and cellular
activity.
This is the reason why animals living in the wild and eating their
natural food do not suffer from chronic diseases as do humans and
domestic animals who are not eating the diet God intended. The wild
animals obey the requirements of the program in their brain and are
synchronized with nature and live in harmony which is reflected by
their health. Humans change the frequency of their food (processing
with chemicals and heat) and do the same with domestic animals
(pets) and "factory farm" animals.
Manipulating food changes its frequency and this new frequency
causes changes in the DNA vibration making genetic changes visible
in the cellular activity.
Food that has been genetically modified is food with a different
vibrational frequency that is not recognized by the brain program and
often cannot maintain it. The natural frequencies designed by Creator
are now different which causes cellular activity to be altered
(inappropriate gene resonance). This leads to disease of the person
or animal consuming GMO foods or heat treated and other ways
manipulated foods.
Fasting
I am discussing fasting at the very end of this manual for a simple
reason. We must merge science with all aspects of creation and not
separate it in boxes or we will not understand what is going on.
Dr. Darko Velcek 63
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
By reading this manual, you now understand how food is represented
by frequencies. Wrong frequencies alter genetic expression and this
stimulates cells to alter their behavior making the body function in
different way.
Food is broken down before it can be absorbed into the blood, then it
is very close to cellular structure and it strongly influences the genes
and overpowers the influence of all other frequencies that are
affecting genetic expression. This is why the wrong food makes us
sick. This is why if we stop eating and just drink water with sea salt,
there will be no more genetic stimulation coming from the food.
Water and sea salt hydrate and cleanse cells which receive
stimulation from their environment and allows them to be more in the
tune with nature. The frequencies come directly from the Central Sun,
the Planets, our Sun, mother Earth which are the frequencies of
creation and reestablish the correct genetic expression.
Unfortunately closer the source of frequency, the stronger the
influence on our genes. So if our organs are polluted their
frequencies are altered causing interference with the genetic
readjustment and slower healing. This is the reason healing is a slow
process of re adjustment. When a body is toxic, the frequencies are
distorted which slows down the healing process. Thus another reason
to eat correctly.
When we eat correctly cells utilize fat for energy and we never
become hypoglycemic. This is the reason fasting is not debilitating
and an empty stomach is easy to cope with. Being without a food for
a day or a week is not a big deal.
But the situation is very different when the diet is incorrect. When the
cells are adjusted to glucose as an energy source the lack of it makes
us hypoglycemic and weak from the very first day. The second and
third day more and more of the mitochondria becomes active, the
power returns and fasting becomes easier. This is the reason a one
day fast is of little benefit if the person is consuming an incorrect diet.
A person with an incorrect diet needs a one week fast to receive
Dr. Darko Velcek 64
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
benefits in genetic readjustment and healing.
People on the correct diet receive healing benefits even with a one
day fast because the cells have the correct genetic activity so one
day detox. Will be noticeable.
Since fasting is used to detoxify and readjust genetic expression it is
best to avoid bringing any juice frequencies into the body using only
water and sea salt. If hunger is "unbearable" just add one or two
drinks containing lemon juice and pinch of cayenne pepper with the
salty water each day.
Conclusion
Throughout this manual I attempted to explain science the way I see
it behind the cellular response to plant food (vegetables or fruit or
Dr. Darko Velcek 65
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
nuts) and animal food (meat, fish, foul) and later the vibrational
response from a quantum physics view point. Finally on the spiritual
plane I mentioned "life as we know it is just a game". This game is
run by a certain program that all participants must obey. If not, they
will experience stress, dis-ease and problems. We are more than our
bank account, our job, our home and the name on the clothing label.
We are made by creator and we have become creators.
If you are playing the game and begin changing bits and pieces there
are consequences which have possibilities like when you change
your food, your body undergoes changes. If you are consistent and
follow certain parameters in your diet your body adjusts.
Remember, to be patient and loving of your body during the change
process and treat your body as the temple where your soul/spirit
resides. The body may experience difficulties with a change of diet.
However, it may be your mind-set is influencing some of the physical
affects on your body.
Look at your self-talk during this period of transition from harmful food
habits to healthy food habits. Notice if your body is reflecting wellness
from the food you consume or illness from the food you consume.
The truth is that the best performance you will get from your body is
when a natural diet designed by the Creator is followed because it
supports the body at the cellular and DNA program/level.
Of course the body experiences a recalibration process as we move
from unhealthy foods to healthy foods and the genes return to their
correct frequencies. The process begins by consuming the correct
food and having a water/sodium (sea salt) ration as well as hydration
from drinking three liters of water with one and one-half teaspoons of
sea salt daily.
The flow of the process goes like this: 1)hydration 2)detoxing, 3)gene
recalibration, 4) healing and 5) rejuvenation. The original genetic
expression (diet and lifestyle) was designed to maintain the body for
a minimum of 600 years as reported in the holy books (before we
Dr. Darko Velcek 66
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
started to manipulate our food by heat and introducing sugar,
microwaves and prepackaged foods with their colorings, additives,
flavor enhancers, preservatives, whitening, corn syurp, etc. - with all
those chemicals no wonder people are sick and dying).
I suggest that you really, truly understand each section before moving
to the next.
Understand the information well enough that you can explain to your
mom or best friend about the importance of the water/sodium (sea
salt) ratio especially if that person is taking high blood pressure
"medication".
Know why the body should not be given dietary glucose each day
which is the sugar in carbohydrates of bread, pasta, rice, potatoes
and cola drinks. This dietary glucose causes the body to be poisoned
just like a person consuming alcohol!
Be aware how the body fights for survival when overwhelmed with the
huge amounts of sugar consumed each day in the Standard
American Diet (SAD) which is low in fat and high in carbohydrates, a
program dictated to the public by the "experts" physicians and
dietitians).
Be cognizant of the stress put on the body, specifically the liver when
it is overwhelmed by a diet of carbohydrates/glucose/sugar.
Remember the pancreas creates a lot of insulin which causes
irritation which causes inflammation which causes a cascade of
conditions to include Diabetes and even death.
Understand the difference between the way a cell functions when it
must deal with plant food (a potato) or animal food (fish, fowl, meat)
and that a diet of carbs is harmful and a diet of fat/animal is healthy.
There is a scientific truth about fat that must be remembered. It is
healthy to choose a saturated fat of butter over an unhealthy
unsaturated fat like canola oil. Because saturated fat (meat, foul, fish,
, coconut oil) benefits the body and canola oil, margarine, corn oil,
etc. is harmful.
Dr. Darko Velcek 67
The Resonance of Human Nutrition
Know the reason the body is harmed by neuro toxins found in
alcohol, garlic, onions and leeks and the relationship of the osmotic
pump in this dietary equation.
IF you know, and truly understand these few facts you will have an
easy time making future food choices.
It is easy to agree to a diet cola or a glass of red wine when you are
oblivious to what the harmful effect they have on your cellular
structure. It is easy to take an aspirin with a sip of water to alleviate a
headache when you don't have the information of the possible heart
attack from dehydration or imbalanced water and sodium/sea salt
ratio.
However, when you know this information, healthy food choices and
hydration are made easily and on a daily basis. Of course, you can
choose one day in the month to have a pizza and a glass of red wine
with some chocolate cake for desert and the next day return to a diet
that supports hydration, detoxing, energy, nutritional absorption,
balanced minerals and fats as well as rejuvenation.
Love and light to us all!

early 1980s.
Darko accidentally (there are no accidents) discovered the missing link in the
cellular osmotic pressure mechanism and he continued his research in the field
of cellular medicine.
He also began to follow one of his personal interests which was design and
became a very successful Certified Interior Designer in Manhattan, NY. His love
of the water led him to obtain study for and receive his Certification for Boat
Master Captain. He purchased a sailboat and went to the Caribbean in the
1990s.
Darko meet and married the lovely and smart Venezuelan, Hilnoretna Lunar
Robles and presently resides near the jungle in Peru where he continues his love
of learning about science, biology, nature, spirituality, writing music and playing
his guitar.
He has an international following of others who are also interested in truth about
wellness, diet and science. Darko says with the ease of the internet maintaining
contact with friends and clients is fun and hassle free. He is able to answer
questions, give interviews and make recommendations to his followers.
In January 2.013 he published his first e-book “The Owner’s Manual for the
Human Body” which is available through his blog site:

He concludes: “If you do not understand the way the cell functions, you cannot
help the body heal at the cellular level. If you cannot help the cell, you cannot
help the body. Cure the cell, and the body will be healed.”
