SCHOOL- BASED TRAINING WORKSHOP ON CONTINGENCY
PLAN DEVELOPMENT
To: All Teachers
1. This is to inform you that there will be a SCHOOL -BASED
TRAINING WORKSHOP ON CONTINGENCY PLAN
DEVELOPMENT to be held on December 11 and 13, 2023, at
8:00-5:00pm at the San Rafael Central School.
2. The training workshop aims to:
a. Enhance and update existing School DRRM Contingency
Plan.
b. Capacitate school personnel in the
development/enhancement of school contingency plan.
c. Prepare school proposal for the downloaded fund to be given
to our school for the write -shop of their contingency plan.
3. Enclosure No 1 contains the work committees and the program
for the said event.
4. Attire for the day will be our Blue Green T- Shirt for the first day
and Apple Green on the second day.
5. Participants to this training workshop are the School Head,
School DRRM Coordinator, School Facilities Coordinator, School
Supplies Officer, Clinic Teacher and School AO.
6. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is
earnestly desired.
