Dear Ma’am:

Producing a living museum or any creative forms of multimedia showcasing

students understanding, insights and perspective of the different resources of media and
information is one of the performance standards of the subject Media and Information
Literacy (MIL). It is a portal where the students could express and show their outputs in
relation to what is being learned in the classroom.

In view of this, I would like to request to allow the students from Grade 12 to
conduct a Prototype Exhibit with the title: “Prototyping for Empathy” to be facilitated to
selected JHS and Grade 11 students. The objective of this activity is to educate the
students about specific issues related to legal, ethical and societal issues in media and
information. It also promotes responsible use of media and information.

I would also like to seek permission to use the rooms on the third floor of Dan
Fernandez Building, LCD Epson projector and school sound system and speaker. The
said event will be conducted on June 6, 2023 from 7:05am – 10:00am.

Hoping for your favorable response about the matter.

Respectfully,

Jennalyn R. Adato
