Assume that you have to perform a task analysis for your company. Select a job that is
familiar to you and explain the four (4) steps involved in a task analysis.

Although training evaluation provides information used to determine training effectiveness,


many companies do not conduct training evaluations because they are perceived to be too
complicated to implement. Determine four (4) ways to motivate companies to evaluate
training programs.

Managers and trainers should consider using technology-based training methods even
though traditional training methods can be effective. Examine four (4) conditions that
managers and trainers should consider when using new technology in training.

Wearable technology is taking the world into new realms, making technology personal and
