New Head Office for the Zambia National Commercial Bank (ZANACO).
In order to provide the Full Scope of the Required Consultancy Services, M/S Linter
Architects Limited, as Principal Architect and Team Leader, has teamed up with M/S
Spectrum Architectural Consultants, as the Project Architects, and with M/S Mwila
Kafula Registered Quantity Surveyors, as the Project Quantity Surveyors, and with
M/S Silverbill Consulting Services, as the Project Co-Quantity Surveyors, and with
M/S Kiran and Musonda Associates, as the Project Civil and Structural Engineers,
and with M/S D H Engineering Consultants, as the Mechanical Consultants, and with
M/S R M Consulting Engineers, as the Electrical Consultants, and with M/S Dexterity
System Solutions Ltd, as the Green Building Energy and ESG Experts, each
contributing Specialist Services in its area of Expertise.

of experience. He has a long record of practice in his profession in Zambia. He is also a
Certified Member of the Project Management Institute.
Muhetu Wachata (BArch, MZIA) - Registered Architect with Zambia Institute of Architects
(ZIA). He has over 14 years of wide and varied experience. He has a long record of practice
in his profession in Zambia. He is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Project
Management at the University of Zambia.
Chibuye Chimbukuma (BArch, MZIA) – 12 years of experience in Architecture and Project
Management, mostly gained in client- oriented private architectural practices.

The Company & Its Objective
Linter Architect was registered and incorporated in Botswana in 2004 and in Zambia in 2014.
The objective of the Consultancy is to provide professional services of the highest
international standard to firms and individuals engaged in development-related activities in
Zambia and the region. To this end, we are committed to working from our base in Zambia,
using and bringing together the best available local skills and knowledge wherever and
whenever appropriate. We are also committed to computer technology as the means of
maintaining international standards of service, and we are equipped with the latest
technology, including Computer-Aided Design (CAD), communications, graphics and
general office software.
Facilities, Equipment & Resources
Linter Architects operates from a purpose-oriented office in Lusaka’s Chainama (PHI) Area,
Corner of Chitimukulu Road and Matandiko Close on Plot No. 59, Lusaka. The office
surroundings are peaceful, attractive and equipped.
Linter Architects is fully equipped with its own computers, and all
necessary general office equipment. We have the following in-house resources immediately
available for the benefit of our clients as required:
• IT specialist and administrative support personnel.
• Full range of word processing, spreadsheet, database, data analysis, communications
and graphics software.
• General office equipment - copier, binder, fax, printers, scanner etc.
• Full CAD facilities, compatible with all major CAD systems, AutoCAD Architecture
2024, Revit Architecture 2024, Prokon Structural Analysis
• Survey equipment, digital cameras and camcorders.
• Laser and Colour printers / A1 colour plotter.
• Transport - owns 2No. conventional and 2No. 4-wheel drive vehicles. Through our
associates, we also have access to a large fleet of vehicles of every type.
• Field facilities - through our associates, we have access to logistical support and

operating in the field of Institutional and Infrastructure Engineering. It has executed,
implemented and managed projects that are funded by the Government, Private Sector, and
Funding Agencies such as African development Bank ( ADB ), International Development
Association ( IDA ), International Bank for reconstruction and Development ( IBRD ),
International Bank for Agricultural ( IFAD ), European Development Fund ( EDF ), Swedish
International Development Authority ( SIDA ), Kuwait Fund for Arab Economic
Development ( KFAED ), Kredisnstalt fur Wiederaufbau ( KFW ), and the United Nations
Development Programme ( UNDP ).
Kiran and Musonda activities were started in 1989 and are able to rely on a highly qualified
team of Engineers and Technicians. The Firm has its head Office in Lusaka, a Branch Office
in Ndola, and currently employs over 30 Staff. The Firm is also a member of the Association
of Consulting Engineers of Zambia ( ACEZ ).
In a developing like Zambia, the Firm places high importance on Institutional &
Infrastructure Development. It has extensive experience in understanding & development of
Appropriate Technology, Institutional and Sustainability development, Environmental Issues,
Social Impact & Women in Development and Technology Transfer. The Firm is accustomed
to working in logistically difficult conditions and are available to undertake long or short

established in November 1999, with initial Staff of 1 Engineer and 1 Engineering Technician.
Since then, the Firm has undertaken numerous projects in Zambia in association with other
Consulting Engineering Firms.
D H Engineering Consultants is a wholly Zambian owned Engineering Services Consultancy
Firm based in Lusaka, with offices situated on Plot 2333 Kabelenga Road.
The Engineers have between them over 20 years’ Experience in Design, Project
Management, and Final Commissioning of various Electrical, Mechanical and Water related
projects throughout Zambia. The Firm is also specialized in the field of Engineering Design,
Supervision and project Management for the Petroleum Industry.
The Firm also provides Environmental Engineering solution to Clients. It provides Technical
Expertise in all fields in order to produce detailed Environmental Impact Assessment Studies
and Reports for its Clients, in accordance with the Zambian Environmental Protection and
pollution Control Act and its stipulated requirements. It also provides Technical Solutions to
Mitigate Against any Environmental Impact from conception through to final commissioning
and operational handover.
The Engineers are registered with the Engineers registration Board, and Members of the
Engineering Institution of Zambia. The Principal Engineer is also a Member of Institute of
Mechanical Engineers of the United Kingdom, as well as a Chartered Engineer.
