1st: Contract Subject
(The subject of this contract is related to the 2nd party's providing household
services to the first party.
(oe The purpose of this contract is to document the relationship between the two.

If one party wishes to renew the contract for a similar period and the other party
agrees, the contract will be renewed through “Musaned” platform through the
contract authentication service.
4th: Parties' Obligations
First party obligations:

Undertakes not to assign the household Laborer to perform jobs other than the
agreed upon work, unless in cases of necessity that warrant such an extra job ,
provided that the assigned work doesn't vary from his/her original work,
Shall not assign the domestic labor to any job that endangers hivher health or
the safety of hivher body, or infringes upon his/her human dignity.
the Laborer to contact the competent authority in case of any dispute over the
terms of this contract.
Shall support the Laborer to open a bank account in Saudi Arabia, according to
the rules and regulations of the Saudi Central Bank to deposit wages monthly.
The first party undertakes to grant the domestic labor (1) one month-paid leave
following two years in service, and if he/she wishes to renew for a similar period.5th: End and termination of the contract or
annulment
This contract ends automatically by the rule of the law in the
following cases:
[5 The contract term ends without renewal
(Incase of the employer's death. I the family of the deceased employer wants
the second party to continue working for them, they must contact the Labor
Office in due time to correct the name of the employer.
(2 Incase of the second party's death, and therefore the first party is committed to
bear the expenses of deporting the body of the second Party and transferring it
to the destination where the contract was concluded or from which the Laborer
was brought in (when appropriation), unless the body was buried in Saudi
‘Arabia with consent of his relatives in coordination with the deceased's embassy.
[5 The first party is entitled to terminate the contract without notifying the second
party in the following cases:
1) In case of issuing a return visa and the period specified for the return of the
Laborer to the Kingdom ends.
2) In case of a final departure and the Laborer is not in the Kingdom.
3) In case of a report of absence is announced.
The first party shall bear all the costs of the second party
return to his/her country in cases of contract termination and /
or completion:

The second party shall bear all the costs of his/her return to
his/her country in the following cases after termination of the
contractual relationship:

6th: General Provisions
(2 Any dispute may arise pertinent to any of the clauses of this contract is subject to
the authority of the domestic labor disputes settlement committees (and the
like). In case no settlement is reached, the case will be referred to the competent
court.‘The duration of the contract, the data of the second party, the workplace item
of the worker, and paragraph (1) of the financial aspects item may be amended
by an agreement between the two parties through Musaned platform and
added to this contract as an appendix, provided that such amendments do not
conflict with domestic worker and similar regulations and the decisions issued in
Implementation thereof, and any other relevant regulations.
This contract is subject to rules and regulations of the Government of Saudi
‘Arabia as far as its interpretation, implementation and resolving of emerging
differences based on them
All notifications, daims and data related to this contract shall be written and
delivered to the other party.
‘The hijri calendar applies to this contract.
‘Any change to any of the communication data contained in the contract's
issuance shall not be regarded unless the other party is notified in writing at
least five days before the change.
