f S 12 Spring Mount (Deflection:痴m)

■ Features
As a type of FSL series, it uses SM垃type (static deflection of 50mm)
and prevents damage and distortion of the equipment and pipe. The
upper housing (compression plate) has a restrain bolt and level bolt,
while the CR-type acoustical non s k id pad on the bottom is to
prevent the transfer of high-frequency vibration)

UNIT 12, 4/F., BLOCK A, WAH TAT IND. CENTRE, 8-10 WAH SING ST., KWAI CHUNG, N.T. Selection Guideline: Selection Criteria
TEL : (852) 2815 0928, 2815 0899 FAX : (852) 2854 0123 As the water-cooled chiller unit width is >6m, the minimum static deflection should be >38mm (By ASHRAE handbook & NSV handbook) rate deflection =50mm
The requirement of Isolation Efficiency is > 95% E > 95%
By equation E=(1-TR)x100%, Transimssion Rate TR should be < 0.05 TR < 0.05
By equation TR=1/-(1-η2), Frequency Ratio η should be > 4.58 η > 4.58
CLIENT : ATAL By equation η=fd/fn, fn should be < fd/4.58
As given by manufacturer, the lowest fd is 1500 RPM. By fn < 1500/4.58, fn should be < 327RPM
fn < 327RPM
PROJECT : Tai Wo As given by manufacturer, the highest fd is 13500 RPM. By fn < 13500/4.58, fn should be < 2946RPM
Under such circumstance, the 327 RPM is used as the criteria for fn
TITLE : Summary Table for Vibration Isolator - Water-Cooled Chiller By equation fn=1/2(3.14)Sqrt((9800/ds))*60, static deflection ds should be > 8mm to achieve 95% isolation efficiency
Minimum static deflection > 38mm
Also required by the specification, minimum 50% deflection should be achieved. Minimum static deflection should be > 38mm
DATE : 2023/12/2 (Rev.1) By equation K=W/ds, Spring Constant K should be less than Point Load/38 for each point K < (Point Load/38)
As suggested by supplier, the safety factor for point load should be 1.4 Point load = Operation weight x 1.4 safety factor

Selection Criteria Dynamic Weight x 1.4 Safety Factor 38 < ds < 50 Spring > 38mm > Point Load 1 fn < 327 Given fd (by manufacturer) K < (Point Load/38) η > 4.58 TR < 0.05 E > 95%
