Dear Parents and Students

As we approach Eid holidays, I wanted to take a moment to communicate with you about an
important initiative we have planned to ensure continued learning and academic progress
during this extended break.
With final exams so close it’s crucial that our students make the most of their time away from
school to review and reinforce the concepts they’ve learned throughout the term. To facilitate
this our dedicated team of teachers, have diligently prepared study packs for each subject.
These study packs contain a variety of engaging materials, including worksheets and practice
questions to prepare effectively for the upcoming final exams.
We understand that the holidays are time for rest and relaxation, but we also recognize the
importance of maintaining the academic momentum, especially during this crucial time of the
school year. Therefore, we kindly request your support in encouraging your child to prioritize
their studies and dedicate some time each day to work on their study packs.
To recognize their efforts, we will be implementing a reward system for students who
demonstrate commitment and diligence in completing their study packs. This may include
certificates of achievement, classroom awards, special privileges, and more.
Thank you for your ongoing support in fostering a culture of learning and excellence at The
Avicenna School.
The due date for the submission of The Study Pack is Monday 15 April, 2024.
Please note that final term result includes 15% Study Pack marks.
Should the students need support from teachers, they will be available from Monday 1st April,
2024 to Tuesday 9th April, 2024 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm. Teachers will not be available
besides the time mentioned.
