Sir,
The Petitioner most respectfully submits as follows:-
1. That the above case was dismissed in default by this Hon’ble Court on
05.04.2023.
2. That the Petitioner was not well and was preparing and travelling for MPPCS
paper to get some stability in her life. Due to these reasons she could not contact
her lawyer in time.
3. That the Petitioner came to know about the dismissed in default on 02.05.2023
and after that Petitioner contacted the lawyer and stated to restore the suit.
PRAYER
It is therefore, most respectfully and humbly prayed that in view of the facts and
circumstances mentioned above, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to:-
(i) Allow the present application and condone the delay of 30 days in filling the
Application before this Hon’ble Court in the interest of Justice;
(ii) Pass such other and further order or directions or any other relief in favour of
the plaintiff, which this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper in the facts
and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice and equity.
AND FOR THIS ACT OF KINDNESS THE PETITIONER AS IN DUTY BOUND
SHALL EVER PRAY.

about 37 years do hereby Solemn affirm and declare as under:-
