RESOLUTION NO. 003 - 2024
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN ANNUAL BARANGAY
YOUTH INVESTMENT PROGRAM FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2024 OF BARANGAY LAY-AHAN,
POTOTAN, ILOILO.
WHEREAS, Internal Rules and Regulations (IRR) of R.A 10632 provide guidelines for implementation and
allocation of 10% Sangguniang Kabataan Funds;
WHEREAS, The Sangguniang Kabataan have identified and prioritized most needed programs and projects
of the Sangguniang Kabataan Members to be funded from SK Fund;
WHEREAS; Upon thorough deliberation, this body concluded that these Program, Projects and Activities
identified are the needs of the Katipunan ng Kabataan as supported by the Annual Barangay Youth
Investment Program.
NOW THEREFORE; on motion made by Hon. Nilo c. Prequencia SK Kagawad duly seconded by Brix
Anthony P. Porras SK Kagawad
RESOLVED AS IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED TO APPROVE THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN
ANNUAL BUDGET FOR CY 2024 OF BARANGAY LAY-AHAN, POTOTAN, ILOILO
RESOLVED FURTHER, to furnish copy of this Resolution to the office of the Sangguniang Bayan,
Sangguniang Barangay, Municipal Budget Office, DILG Office and the Municipal Accountant’s office for
the review and approval.
