Login to CMA CGM Go to ‘Transport Management’  ‘Document Dashboard’

Search or Filter Your Documents

Our Document Dashboard is designed to provide maximum flexibility and ease in finding your
documents. You can search your Bills of Lading by Booking or BL Reference

Enter Booking or BL # and Click on ‘Filter’

BL Printing - Waybill

You can download the Waybill by clicking on the PDF Icon from Document Dashboard.

BL Printing - Original

Note:

a) In order to print the OBL, please install the latest version of “Adobe Acrobat Reader.”

b) In order to open the original BL, you should have “FileOpen” plug-in installed on your
computer (one time installation).

If your system is not installed with this plug-in or if you are not sure if you already have it
installed, kindly install the plugin from File Open website: http://plugin.fileopen.com

PS: Remember to restart your system after installation of File Open Plugin.

c) Original BL will be printed on System’s default printer only. So kindly update your printer
to default printer under system control panel.

d) Kindly update your Browser setting as per the instruction given in separate section
below.

➢ Once you have completed above instructions, access your Original BL from
Document Dashboard by clicking on Document Ref:

➢ Click on Download and Print button to download the Original BL for Printing

Open the downloaded Original BL PDF, click on Print button and select your printer to print
Original Bill of Lading.

BL Printing – Non- Negotiable

You can download the NN copy (Copy Negotiable) by clicking on the PDF Icon from
Document Dashboard.

BL Printing – Original (Browser Settings)

No setting change required. Version 9.0 & above supported.

Disable built-in PDF Viewer in Google Chrome:

➢ Go to Chrome  Settings

➢ Click on ‘Advanced’

➢ Click on ‘Content Settings’ under Privacy

➢ Tick below option and enable the option to save the changes.

Mozilla Firefox

Update Default PDF handler in Mozilla to ‘Save File’:

➢ Go to Tools  Options  Applications


➢ Update PDF handler to ‘Save File’ option
