Subject: Holiday Work

Good day!

In view of the upcoming holidays for the month of October and November, please be advised
that Staff of Xiamen Huihuang Construction Corporation shall be one with the Filipino people in
the celebration of the following:

1) In accordance with Presidential Proclamation No. 359 s.2023, please take note that 30
October 2023, Monday, is declared as a regular holiday throughout the country in
observance of Barangay and Sangguniang Kabataan Elections and November 1 is All
Saints' Day, while November 2 is All Soul’s Day and classified as an additional special
non-working day.

2) In line to this, If the employee did not work, the “no work, no pay” principle shall apply,
unless there is a favorable company policy, practice, or collective bargaining agreement
granting payment on a special day.

3) In addition to this, please take note that October 31, 2023, as by the management
decision, declared as well as no workday and for this week for it will end by October
29,2023.

4) Due to the stated dates above this will affect the payroll day for this week. As per usual
schedule we release salary by Saturday but on these special occasions the management
decided to change this to this coming Sunday, October 29, 2023.

Any concern and clarification will be entertained only in the office. Please look for Ms. Tig or
Safety Ariel for further inquiries.
